Quillary will risk the fire for one more round, staying in the kitchen and grimacing at the burns, leaving the Moonbeam where it is, trained on Bugman and Sneaky, she steps up to Hobbie and swings at him with her club, as fire blossoms along its length! She may be chuckling throatily, but with all the noise, it is unclear. She does have a somewhat manic grin on her face.
Bonus Action: cast Shillelagh on her club, tapping it on the cat skull. Move: Step north one square to get within melee range of Hobbie Action: (moving the Moonbeam takes an Action, but leaving it where it is does not, so...) she will swing her magical club at Hobbie (with extra 1d6 fire damage from Absorb Elements). 23 to hit, for 12 magical bludgeoning, plus 3 fire damage. Reaction: her Halo of Spores reaches out to Hobbie, Con Save vs DC 15 or 4 poison damage.
Ongoing: The Moonbeam causes 9 radiant damage to anyone starting their turn there or entering it, or half on Con Save vs DC 15. Moonbeam last for this round and 6 more, or concentration.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
DEX save: 27
Does there happen to be a window in the bathroom? Never mind. Hildigrim will run into the living room (halfling nimbleness to move through Hobbie's space). Seeing the crowd of people, he'll use disengage (bonus action) to move west. Then, seeing the interior door, he'll dash (action) to duck inside the bedroom and out of sight.
Resolving Quillary's previous round... She tries to dodge the flame, Dex Save: 11
She also will use her Reaction to cast Absorb Elements gaining resistance to fire, and adding 1d6 fire damage to a melee attack should she land one next round.
Edit: so fail, but with Absorb Elements it is still just half damage, so 13 pts. She is down to 19/45
Whoops, forgot the Concentration save... Con Save vs DC 10: 10 By the skin of her teeth!
(Some of that Flame Strike damage was radiant. "Absorb Elements" on fire reduces the damage from 27 to 19, so Quillary is at 13 HP. But it also reduces the concentration DC from 13 to 10, so she does make the save.)
Dex Save: 22 Pascal rolls out of the way at the last second, and then he’s going to Subtle Spell to avoid the Silence, and Twin Spell to Cast Hold Person on both Hobbie and Raven! DC 14 Wis
(Player's Handbook states: "You can use only one Metamagic option on a spell when you cast it, unless otherwise noted." So Pascal cannot twin the spell this round, and should get one of those sorcery points back. I'll have the spell target Hobbie.)
Hobbie WIS save: 16 Hobbie resists the paralysis again.
Bugman starts to get up, with a hand from Raven. "Good job with that Bug-potion, boy wonder trusty sidekick. Now, let's..." Bugman doesn't say anymore, as Quillary's still-active Moonbeam slams him back into unconsciousness.
Sneaky CON save vs Moonbeam: 19 (only takes 9 damage)
Sneaky would like a more fragile target, but can only get sneak damage against Jorin this turn. Three short sword attacks, on first hit sneak damage: 14
Attack: 27 Damage: 15
Attack: 16 Damage: 10
Attack: 18 Damage: 10 (would miss, but Hobbie the war priest adds +10 to roll)

Hildigrim steps back, like he is going to charge through that bathroom wall... and then runs past the kitchen fires, past Hobbie before he can react, and into the bedroom (out of sight).
Jorin takes down Raven with his first swing (with a flash of Radiance to make it even more impressive). He connects 3 more times on Hobbie (for 35 damage), but misses on the last swing.
Quillary hits Hobbie for 13 damage (with a bit of fire as payback). Hobbie CON save vs. spores: 13 (resists poison)
Hobbie concentration saves: 25, 22, 13, 11 Pascal and Quillary are no longer Silenced!
Drusk will use Channel Divinity to heal Pascal and Quillary, who are now at half health (Pascal = 29 HP, Quillary = 23 HP)
Hobbie smirks as he is about to cast Mass Cure Wounds, but realizes he already used his 5th level slot on the flame strike. He has to go to plan B, which is a Healing Word at 4th level on Bugman. Bugman is conscious with 13 hp, but currently prone. (Oh, those were terrible rolls.)

Hobbie's Silence spell has ended. Quillary's moonbeam is still active. Pascal has 1 more fire breath.
Hildigrim sees the drow courier running and diving on top of the bed, during the moment when both Bugman and Raven were down.
Bugman has 9 hit points and is prone. Hobbie has taken 88 (under half left), Sneaky 26 (above half), and Raven is unconscious/dying. The courier has taken 28 damage (under half).
Party HP levels: Drusk (39/52), Hildigrim (42/64), Jorin (45/72), Pascal (29/58), Quillary (22/45).
Pascal is up. (He will take fire damage is he stays in the kitchen, or doesn't take action to put out the fires.)

Hobbie DEX save vs. flame breath: 13 (Hobbie takes 11 fire)
Pascal lets out a small belch after his last flame breath, then ducks out of the burning kitchen. (He is outside the house, about halfway to that western living room entrance.)
Bugman starts to get up, and is slammed back unconscious by the Moonbeam. (If only the healing spell was a little higher...)
Sneaky CON save vs. Moonbeam DC 15: 15 (Sneaky takes 18 radiant)
Sneaky disengages, then circles clockwise around Jorin to the spot east of Hobbie. Sneaky will take two swipes at Quillary (trying to stop the Moonbeam so Bugman can wake up).
Attack: 12 Damage: 7
Attack: 8 Damage: 10
Sneak damage: 10
Drusk will cast a 2nd level Healing Word on Quillary: 11 , and Drusk gets 4 hp healed too.
He swings his mace at Hobbie. Attack: 22 Damage: 7 (misses)
(Quillary takes 24 damage, and then is healed 13. Still up, and needs to roll Concentration check vs. DC 12. Will take a bit of fire damage if she stays in the kitchen this round.)

Quillary growls in frustration, and her spores explode in a cloud of gray ash and black motes. She shoves her way past Hobbie and Drusk, taking a swipe from Sneaky, ending up next to Jorin, diagonal from the table where Bugman is lying. Then she sticks out her hand like a puppeteer, and Bugman's body twitches...
OOC > Gonna need a lot of DM rulings on this one. First, can she in fact move diagonally so as to enter Drusk's space without having to go through Hobbie's space? If not, she can't move north at all (and can't do this next thing). Second, is Bugman "dead" in the sense that she can use her Fungal Infestation power that reads thusly, "At 6th level, your spores gain the ability to infest a corpse and animate it. If a beast or a humanoid that is Small or Medium dies within 10 feet of you, you can use your reaction to animate it, causing it to stand up immediately with 1 hit point." Also needing clarification, does the creature have ot die in the same round she uses her Reaction? If it was a round before, is the power unavailable? Is dead at zero hit points, or after failing three Death Saves (these guys are being treated like characters, not monsters, so I am unsure).
I will post dice rolls and such after I hear back and determine what she actually does.

Quillary takes a bunch of stabby wounds and swoons, but Drusk's healing spell keeps her on her feet, barely. (Confirming I have her at 11 of 45?)
(Oh, good point. She was at 22, so Sneaky's hit would have dropped her to 0, ruining concentration automatically. Then she is healed to 13, and stands up from prone.)

(I let Drusk move diagonally into that spot. Since Quillary is risking an AoO, she can move NE (Drusk's space), then north.
I've been treating Bugman like a PC, as far as being unconscious instead of ded-dead. What you could do is yell for Jorin to hit Bugman 2 more times = 4 failed death saves. If Jorin decides to do that, Bugman is prone (advantage to hit). Jorin losing 2 or maybe 3 of his attacks is a fair price to set up Quillary's fungal power.
Not a very nice thing to do, but these are not nice Xanathar thugs.
Looking at rpg.stackexchange, the people there think the reaction has to be used at time of death. But if Jorin is dealing the blows this round, then I will let him hesitate long enough for Quillary to get within 10' of Bugman. And Quillary can make the zombie attack this round.
With 15' of movement left after standing up, she can reach the spot where Sneaky used to be, in front of the door. She is within 5' of Bugman, diagonally. Hopefully Pascal notices that Quillary is next to the door instead of Sneaky, before launching an attack next round.)

Well, the zombie gambit is mostly to take Bugman out of the running for heal-of-the-round, so if Jorin has to kill him ded dead (so he can’t be healed) to do it, then Quillary would not Reaction raise, and instead would Reaction spore attack someone else.
Jorin can do what he likes, but Quillary will yell as she passes him, “Put this guy on the table down for good!”
