"Madame Eva, no doubt.."He nods, as if remembering a distant memory. "I may a powerful ally.."he muses humorously, "..in the regard I have extensive knowledge of Castle Ravenloft.."
He pauses for a moment, "Thank you for bringing me back..and..for the massage..?"the last part he says with incredible awkwardness.
"You know, that was a one-time thing that will never happen again and that will never be spoken of again. I just remember one of my tutors talk about how the recently resurrected always complain about how being in a coffin ****s up their back. How about we get started finding those last two items so that we can put the bastard down, eh?"
The celestial blooded stops pinching the bridge of his nose, and shakes his head, dismissing a disturbing line of thought. "So it seems. Though..."He looks warily over to Ireena and Ismark if the two still be around, then back to Leo. "After seeing to your woman, you will come with us to ravenloft? I, at least, will not force your hand in that matter. Though we will need a map."He folds his arms across his chest. "Also, there is the matter of the doll. For last piece of mind, and to give our friend here at least a day to enjoy life with wife again, we look into this, yah?"Orilo frowns and starts scratching his chin. "There was that whole explosion earlier as well... Not our business, per se. But could earn a --"A look is given to Elya before he coughs back of a hand. "Some good will. Could earn good will. Maybe potions on way."

"Sure, let him have a day with his wife. He just came back from the dead, he should have a few moments to enjoy before having to deal with Strahd again. And maybe it might show her that we're not total bastards." He whispers that last part.

After a tearful reunion with his wife, Leo gathers his things and steels himself for the inevitable task of leading adventurers stronger than himself against the Devil Strahd. But you are all not strong enough, yet. To go now and storm the Castle would be suicide. During his days here in Barovia, Leo explored the land with his party and found three locations that were a source of great evil in the land - sources of evil that could be purged. Conquering them will make you strong and prepare you for the horrific evils in the Castle.
THE OLD BONEGRINDER Once a grain mill that served Vallaki, this slouching windmill is now home to three night hags: Morgantha and her wretched daughters, Bella Sunbane and Offalia Wormwiggle. The hags snatch children, devour them, and use the windmill’s grindstone to crush their little bones into powder. This great evil must be destroyed.
TSOLENKA PASS Tsolenka Pass is a gravel road that hugs Mount Ghakis, climbing to great heights. It is home to two horrible abominations of nature that prey on the population and their lives must be ended. The mountain's weather is unforgivably cold.
YESTER HILL A group of druids who worship Strahd as lord of the land and master of the weather convene here, atop Yester Hill, on the very edge of Strahd’s domain. This hill is also where the evil blights that walk the Svalich Woods are born, and where Strahd comes on occasion to glimpse his ancestral home. Much evil resides here, be on your guard.
As you all prepare to pick a location and leave, rumors enter the Inn that speak of Blinsky's Toy Shop being completely burned down with no survivors, something about his "very special customer" not having his doll available for purchase this week. Apparently, that made him or her very upset, and Blinsky paid for it with his life.
Strahd ain't shit! Anborn can 1v1 that *****,Let's gooooooo!
"Tsolenka Pass sounds good. Let's kill some beasts." Before leaving, he asks Leo a question. "So that doll, any idea who might want it and why said person would torch a toy shop along with the owner because they couldn't get it? Other than being a giant shit, I mean."
"Of the three, I think I concur with Anborn on this one. I'm not sure I'm quite up for entangling myself with Strahd-worshipping druids at the moment and the thought of get up, close and personal with a trio of hags is even less appetizing," Corrin says. "Let us head for the pass."

TSOLENKA PASS
You arrive in the early evening from the south. The shelf of rock on which the mountain road clings grows narrow. To your left, the icy cliffs rise sharply toward dark, rolling clouds. To your right, the ground falls away into a sea of fog. Ahead, through the wind and snow, you see a high wall of black stone lined with spikes and topped by statues of demonic vultures with horned heads. Set in the center of the wall is a closed iron portcullis, behind which burns a curtain of green flame. On the other side of the dark wall, gripping the mountain’s edge, is a guard tower of white stone topped by golden statues of mighty warriors.
The gatehouse is 30 feet high. The adjoining walls are 20 feet high and lined with stone spikes.
"You have to go through the gate."Leo says, remembering. "Someone will need to dispell the magic just beyond it to do so."
Leo sighs in relief. The gate shrieks with the sound of metal on metal as it rises on its own, and stays open. You pass through. There is a guardhouse tower on your right.
You catch something out of the corner of your eye. A nine-foot-tall shadow goat stands atop a crag above you, its dark purple fur blending perfectly with the rock of the mountainside. It lowers its head, and malice glimmers in its eyes.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Before:
After acquiring the map, and all is said and done, Orilo had been leaning Elya's probable direction about potentially rescuing kids. But at the proverbial end of the day, he bit his tongue, and followed along after the others. The tangling with weird casters could wait a while longer...

"Watches the edges. Ain't no coming back from a tumble down there." He says, clenching his fist at his side.

Winter blinked in surprised at the rumor of the toy makers untimely death, at most sending a look over to Corrin and if their eyes would meet she would simply shrug. "How unfortunate." Would be all she would comment, blue-grey eyes flickering over to anborn as she remembered that Molly was still in his coat pocket. She decided that she would ask for the doll back, but at a later time.
Now:
The rogue sees the creature charge and pulls out her rapier with furrowed brows. "Stupid goat."
