Corrin grasps his amulet and calls out, "Lucky, Lucky, Lucky Lady...guide my friends and make them ready!" The halting priest casts bless on Orilo, Elya, Anborn and Winter (cast at 2nd level). Corrin then gets low to the ground, hiding behind his large allies while fumbling for his sling and bullets.

Seeing the beast grow closer to the party, and by extension encompass the entirety of his vision, Orilo gets a real far off look in his eyes for a moment. Visions started to play before his mind of scenes of the tribe, and of others met... and lost along the way. The spinning flail stops as the last of the images passed in the brief instance. Looking to his shield next, then closing his eyes he puts away his flail in favor of dungy looking feather while holding his shield high.
He intones the name with both reverence, remorse, and so much more. At the last one tears of black began to pour from his eye. Yet, he doesn't blink them away, so intent was he on staring the charging bird down. And with each name spoken, what had looked only as strange symbols etched along the frame face of his shield begin to glow in varying shades of blues and whites save the last. This one instead changed burned orange near an 'empty' space on the shield, and for a brief while could be read in common as Gerra Dawnwarrior.
"Nine there are! Failed by the tenth! But carry on I shall, so that there names be not forgotten. Due is there vengeance! But, only in glory or death of the tenth shall it found! So tremble, Sky Cleaver! For you have been chosen as the instrument of the Oath this day!" He shouts out as forms flicker one by one into view at Orilo's side as appariation, spirit of goliaths save the one, that fly off immediately to terrorize the creature with their presence and attempt to hold back its wings. If its fall takes it close but not directly on the tower, Orilo lets out a "SHA'KA E' RAVAH!" as he runs to leap atop its fallen form with every intent on riding it the rest of the way down to hopefully the courtyard ground.
Though if it doesn't he just points to the creature, prompting the spirit of the feminine figure with blue flames for hair to sink into its form and mark it to Orilo's eyes only. Either way, all of this he does following everyone else's actions to harm the creature.
On a failed save, the creature is frightened for 1 minute or until it takes any damage. While frightened, the creature’s speed is 0, and it can’t benefit from any bonus to its speed. (If flying without a hover speed, it falls to the ground prone)
On a successful save, the creature’s speed is halved for 1 minute or until the creature takes any damage.
Elya looks at the massive bird, a bit in shock, as she just barely saved by Anborn's divine magic. Glancing down and realizing she's still in one piece, she begins to rage and hurls both of her javelins at the roc.
Even from twenty feet away, the bird is large enough to cover Anborn in crew in shadow. The cleric wisely decides that he does not want to be within range of this creature's talons. "Nope. **** that." He disengages down the trapdoor and as a Bonus Action casts Spiritual Weapon calling another celestial whip towards the bird.
Corrin shifts as the bird flies, keeping his larger allies between him and the beast. Following Anborn’s lead, he calls on Charmalaine for a spiritual weapon and a large wooden mallet appears to attempt to bonk the bird. Corrin then calls down sacred flame on it. (DC14)
Winter was pretty sure Elya would have kicked the bucket if the bird had grabbed her, the shifter noticing how Anborn's shield helped her out immensely in dodging that bullet. I'd hope she'd utter a thank you after this whole thing blows over. With the creature close enough she took another shot at it.

Having done what they could, the spirits fade one by one back to who knew where. All but one, whose presence he felt lingering within the creature. "I am sorry, Gerra." He whispers faintly just moments before shouting at the bird, "Face me, Sky Carver! Or are you more chicken then dragon slayer!?"He beats a gauntleted hand against his chest several times in clear challenge of the creatures sense of dominance, if nothing else.

Anborn senses that this tower was not built to handle a giant death bird on top of it and decides to make a good life decision while encouraging his companions to do the same. "I'm getting the **** out of here before this tower collapses and we all die. You should do the same. Probably." He will run out the door of the tower while casting Guiding Bolt at it.
Attack: 7 Damage: 10
And as a Bonus Action he'll command the celestial bullwhip to attack it.
