Eugene chuckles to himself, deciding to keep his understanding of Courfaxis under raps for now. "Harold, Remi, and 'Falk'," he gives a knowing look at the vested man, a look reserved of judgement. "Deal me in fellers, I've not much ter my name but I've always the touch of luck." He gives a wink to no one in particular and takes his cards.

As Vito is the Big Blind he has $0.10 in the pot already.
"Call" Remi puts a Nickle in to match his Half Blind. "I raise 5." Harold smiles as he puts in 3 Nickles.
The Pot has $0.35 in. It is Eugene's Turn to Call $0.15, Raise, or Fold.
Edit: ((No need to roll, I've got a set of Playing Cards right here))
The ex-preacher leans back into his seat as he casts a glance over at the shaggy denim-clad man sleeping against the cubby door, contenting himself to watching the first round of the card game. "Tell me Falk, we've heard from these two, what sends yeh out west if'n I may ask?"

Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3
After a moment of consideration Remi calls the bet putting two more Nickles in. Harold also calls the bet adding one more Nickle. The Flop is laid down revealing 6♠9♣4♠. Remi considers once again. "Is no good," he says in resignation, "I fold." "Well, I for one feel lucky," Harold proclaims as he grabs 3 Nickles, "I'll start this round with 15!"
The Pot has $0.75 in. It is Vito's Turn to Call $0.15, Raise, or Fold.

Insight to discern general character of Harold & Remi: 9
((^for DM))
Eugene matches Harold's smile and looks over at Remi. "Ohh, I'ma wanderin' west like the wintry wind my friend. Seems the last right place to spread the Word," he finishes bitterly as he casts his eyes downward.
Vito smiles at Eugene and says, "Oh, just having a look see. Hear there's some money to be made." Vito then gives Harold a look and smiles. "I'll stay in for fifteen, and raise you another nickel," Vito says as he tosses in .20 cents.
Harold's smile lessens slightly before he quickly puts it back. "Alright," he nods and takes out another Nickle, "I've got you." The Turn is laid down revealing a 3♥. Harold thinks for a bit, "I'd like to Check this one."
The Pot has $1.00 in. It is Vito's Turn to Check, Bet, or Fold.
Vito takes an extra long drag on the cigar and blows out a cloud of smoke the hangs in the air making their hats look like mountain peaks with mist at their base. "I bet ten cents."
Harold appears to really not want to back down, engaging in a little sunk-cost fallacy, "Alright then." Harold put in 2 Nickles. Harold and Vito Showdown. Vito has 6♣6♠K♥J♠9♣, Pair of 6s. Harold has J♠10♣9♣6♣5♥4♠, High Card. It seems Harold was hoping to get a Straight. "You got me," Harold says disappointingly pushing the pile of Nickles towards Vito, "but that's just one round. I'm up for a second round if you are."
Vito gains $1.20, his current Money is $1.90.

This feller seems like ter squeeze these folk outta whate'er he can...Eugene thinks to himself as he watches the game unfold. "What have any o' y'all heard about this settlement Jamestown?" He asks as he looks around the three card players, fiddling idly with the chain of his necklace. "You seem the intrepid type, I'm sure yeh've heard stories," he ends his gaze on Harold.
"Jamestown?" Harold replies thinking, "Nice enough place I suppose, better than the Winter Quarters Outpost that this train used to stop at. There's a lot of Prospectors and Tradesmen going there lately. Some bigwig's employee hit Gold while minin' for Coal not to far from it, and the town sprung outta nowhere in less than a year. Nearby the Railroad means easy transportation. It's pretty close to Owlbear River, so it has a good reliable water source. Plenty of hills nearby, so the Prospectors have plenty of options to try their luck if they don't want to try pannin'. There's Joe Crier's Ranch to the South of it, so between that and the occasional Nugget I figure it makes enough Tax Revenue to remain. Some Asherites live up North of it, not every likes that, but it means there's also trade flowin' both in and out. Of course there's been some rumors as well, but I wouldn't wanna scare you." Remi mutters some Corfauxis.
Eugene
"Sure, don't tell them about the Dragon Sightings."
Vito
The Asherites are a newish Religious group that started 40 years ago in the East before being run out by Locals. Most Soldiers and Southerners don't seem to like them as they tend to have Northerner political leanings and tend to be on good terms with the Native Orc population.

Sorry, didn't notice that. Harold seems to be a little on the Intrepid side, while Remi is hard to read.
