Another arrow flies from Pyro's newly acquired bow, this one slamming into the orc's side. Your enemy winces noticably from the strike, but continues to growl threateningly and swing his cleaver between Xavier and Del.

Seeing the severely wounded state of the last orc in the room, Thain runs back to Aramis's cell and shoots an arrow at the keyhole on the cell door. The arrow strikes true, but deflects off without apparently causing much damage.

Roaring at this foe who dares to stand against him and frustrated at his own inability to finish him, Del brings a haymaker around into the head of the orc, which physically caves in from the force of the blow with an audible CRUNCH. The orc's eye's roll back into its head as it slumps to the floor.
As relative quiet returns to room, Sterckrit takes a last puff on his pipe, taps out the ash, tucks the pipe back into his topknot and then walks to his cell door. With a casual wave of his hand (Pryo notices a thin piece of wire in his hand), his cell door swings open with a click. Glancing towards Aramis's cell, he motions over his shoulder as you all hear an audible unlocking sound and that door also swings outward. Stepping over the orc with the crushed head with a grimace, he takes a seat at a nearby table, produces an apple from apparent thin air and says cheerfully, "Well that was exciting! Those things *he nods towards the orcs* weren't very friendly now, were they? And not half as interesting cellmates as you lot." Munch, munch, munch.
*Everyone except for Thain hears a loud SLAMMING sound from above. While everyone is glancing at the cieling or towards the stairway however, Pyro notices the ring of iron keys that the fallen guard has still clasped in his stilled outstretched hand.*

'The barbarian begins tossing things around, overturning tables and tearing crates and sacks open, though his still simmering rage at being locked up prevents him from undertaking a thorough search. He turns up a shortbow, a light crossbow, a few javelins, 2 quivers of arrows, 2 cases of crossbow bolts, a crate full of mismatched leather armour and a few sacks full of preveserved fruit and vegetables. There is no sign of the equipment that was taken from him last night.'
