Florus eats a light breakfast before going to the stairs to wait for the others to finish

At the armor shop Leto will walk in and see how the shop keeper responds to them first. Then looking at the wares, specifically for Studded Leather Armor, and asking where he can buy some incense; as well as anything else interesting. He'll also mention that the Jailkeep is light on funds, and see if the shopkeeper has any leads on ways that the group ("heroes of the town") can earn some coin. He'd also like to try to get some 'reminders' on how the group has helped the town out in the past, not straight out saying that they don't remember, but not hiding it if asked.

((sorry to just summarize it. about bed time here so just wanted to post more or less what the plan is))

Dresh has a fun time drinking some alcoholic chocolate milk.

As Leto and Krwa look around, they notice a few posters hanging around town.

One says, ‘Missing! Little girl! She should have a separ and a Unicorn stuffed animal! Please help me find her!’. Everyone seems to treat it as if it doesn’t exist. Especially as someone puts another poster over it, saying, ‘Need Money? Offering a 30gp award to someone who can help clear the mine of dangers!’

The last poster reads, ‘Adventurers! Are you bored? Are you poor?  Come to the Mayor’s place! I have jobs ready, with various rewards!’ -Balzavur.

The Unicorn looks surprised. What? The heroes! Out of coin? How! Look around town, I bet there are a few people who need help with things. And you haven’t done anything yet, silly. It’s what you’re supposed to do that counts. You take note that there is some Studded Leather that costs 23 gp there. He also notes some Incense is being sold at the Groceries.

I say to the unicorn, "What are we supposed to do? How will we know that it counts..?" I also show it my rapier, "How much would you buy this for or can I trade this for a light crossbow and 20 bolts? I do have a shortbow and arrows to sell or trade too."

Dreshckles walks outside and only sees that the poster has a reward so he naturally heads towards the mayors place.

Florus seeing no one staying he will move back up to his room once more.

((gotta RP a couple things here)) Before getting to the shop, but seeing the poster of the missing girl will say "I wonder if that has anything to do with that strange kid's sister..."

Back in the shop, Leto nods at Krwa's question, and adds to the unicorn "Refresh my memory please as well... if we have yet to save the town, how is it we own the tower exactly? And, how is it know that we're to save this place?"

The unicorn looks as if it’s trying to shrug. The mayor gave it to ya’, how would I know what you’te Supposed to do? You haven’t done it yet. Krw, honey, i’ll Give ya’ the crossbow for either the rapier or the bow, whichever ya’ would like. Try looking around, there might be a library somewhere around where you can catch up.

Florus, as you make your way up, the note (which I assume you have, as it said) changes. It now reads;

’Great! Now that all 4 imposters are here, we can start! First game! Find the knife! Seriously, remember the book? Go to my Florus’ room, and find the knife. The others have disappeared, I can only guess what the man with a body in his closet did to them.’

Dresh, as you go to The Mayor’s hometown inn, where the mayor is, you see a very large black Dragonborn, however, he doesn’t seem like a black dragon born. Up close, you see whenever he breathes, static goes through poeple’s hair, and his breath is visible, as if it were 18 degrees outside.

I pass her the rapier and get a light crossbow with 20 bolts in exchange. "Thank you for your business and your advice. I appreciate it." I suggest to Leto: "Let's head over the mayor's place, it seems like he might have some answers for us."

To Krwa Leto will say "Sounds good." and to the Unicorn "Thanks for the info. I'll be back for the armor when I get the coin." We both then head to the mayor's place.

You all go the the mayor’s place, and notice the same things about the Dragonborn Dresh did. He takes notice of all of you standing there, and smirks. Hello! I see you are here for the jobs, no? Well, i’ve Got plenty! Come on inn, take a seat, and tell me what kind of job you’d like. I’ve got plenty.

Leto will be the first to walk up to him and say "Paying jobs are certainly one thing we're looking for. Though if the major is around we'd also like to have a chat if possible. It's about our tower..." gesturing back towards the tower ((assuming it's big enough to see from here of course~)), adding "If he's busy now we can chat with you about jobs while we wait."

The large draconian looks at you funny. Well, who do you think I am? Your grandma? Now, what’s the question?

A bit confused Leto, more slowly, replies "You said you have jobs. I said we were interested, but also that we'd like to see the mayor afterwards. Let's start with the jobs then eh?"

You must’ve hit your head hard. Fine. You can see me after the jobs. Now, come in, sit down, and i’ll Give you a small list to choose from. Wasn’t there someone else in your group? Maybe you shouldn’t be here without him, or the other way around.

Leto replies "It has been a long couple days here... Remind me of your name again sir? I'm sure you know who we are. Florus wanted to stay home this morning to get some work done, so we can chat about jobs and let him know what we learn later. The Jailkeep is nice, but we're hoping you can give us something to do while we wait for whatever we're supposed to do to save this town and for which we earned the Jailkeep... a bit fuzzy on those details too actually..." rubbing his head.

(No, that means this man must’ve known ‘You’.)

Balzavur. That’s the name. Now, about this jobs... Balzavur pulls out a small packet of papers. Now... what sounds good... we have... there’s been some very troublesome Goblins recently, out by the mine.... hm.... they’ve reported a Stirge nest nearby Higgins and Lanes... No, that one’s no good.... ugh, how did he get out? I shouldn’t trouble you with that.... here! Found one!

Now, this one gives a reward of 50 gold. Recently, a cult has been growing up. Some people thought it’d be funny to praise a goblin trickster deity. Now, they aren’t the problem. Recently, they’ve been recruiting mor and more people, and we think they’ve gotten hold of a very powerful weapon, one that threatens us all. We need someone to take it back. You can’t go full force here, you need to be stealthy taking this away.
