"No, Ms Starcaller I will not betray you." she says with smirk as if the thought of her betraying anyone was funny.
The room goes quiet as you wait for the prisoner to be brought in. Once he is, he seated on the middle bench as before. Looking around and seeing you all there as well as the magister he smiles, "Ahh, so you are willing to deal. Your honor, as I told these fine folks yesterday I am perfectly willing to assist in the matters they are investigating provided I am freed and granted immunity for any possible past digressions I may or may not have committed."
"That's mighty kind of you." Magister Barch says in a dry tone. Looking to the party she continues, "Feel free to start questioning him. I'll only observe unless I feel you've missed something."
"Yes ok, I'll take over than. But Fenerus if we are to consider anything, how are we to know that you actually have the Stone of Golorr? You could have it hidden anywhere and be sending us on a wild goose chase.
Do you really know where the gem is?"

Selinae whispered to Kestrell, " So what if we free him and grant him immunity......and then I pull his arms and legs off? He doesn't seem like a nice person."

Selinae whispered to Kestrell, " So what if we free him and grant him immunity......and then I pull his arms and legs off? He doesn't seem like a nice person."
Kestrell whispers back: "Not only that but, he would save a lot of money no longer needing socks, shoes and gloves."

Do you really know where the gem is?"
"What sort of nonsense question is that. Of course I know where the stone is! And I won't be sending you anywhere. You meet my demands and I'll take you there personally."
Magister Barch sits up in her chair. "I certainly do. It appears Fenerus hid the Stone of Golorr on the top floor of an old tower in the Dock Ward. I know of the tower, it'll be on Dretch Lane. Rumor has it that it was built by a mage and there's still some magic active in there so be careful."
As the Magister reveals what she knows, Fenerus's face starts to turn red in anger. By the time she's finished speaking the veins on his forehead and neck are standing out. He turns to Phaedra, "You! You! You tricked me! How dare you have her invade my mind!"
The magister motions to the guards, two of whom come over and grab Fenerus and start forcing him out of the room as the door closes you still hear him shouting about his rights.
"Well, it seems this worked out. I'd recommend heading to the abandoned tower quickly, these walls tend to have ears." says Magister Barch as she heads back toward her office. "And I look forward to your tavern opening. I'll try and visit soon."
"You are indeed a woman of your word Magister Barch, thank you for your help. I will say a prayer for you and it would be a pleasure to see you at the opening. If you ever need our help, please let us know."
Phaedra looks back at the others and she can't help a smirk.
You all leave the courthouse and head toward the dock ward. It takes you about an hour to reach your destination. As you walk up to the door you feel an odd shiver go through you.
Before we proceed, I need 3 rolls from everyone:

"Impressive! I've got this buddy who always beats me at Three Dragon Ante. Now I think I know how he does it."
Phaedra raises an eyebrow.
