The crystal construct rounds the corner and attempts to gore the giant warforged. Before he does, Bulwark's maul smashes into the crystal and sprays shards of crystal into his chest, causing 12 damage. Then it charges him with its horns.

(Dog, looking at the minotaur, would be able to tell if conjuring a wall of force, 5 feet high, would stop it from attacking if he put the wall between the party and it, right? I'm guessing it's way too tall and the axe way too long. But if I don't have the size right, let me know!)
Otherwise, Dog will move to 17 and try to get between Bulwark and the threat. Feeling slow, he'll attack with warhammer again:

"If this golem doesn't go down quick, we'll want to think about teleporting. Can Bulwark de-biggen? He's heavier now. Or can we knock this into the pool?"
(A wall would probably slow it down but not stop it, since it is a good 10 feet tall. Bulwark is at 26 and the minotaur is just south of him. Moving to 17 doesn't put you in reach unless you throw your hammer.)
(Can Dog make it one more square to close to melee? Never sure what diagonal moves count as on these maps. If he can't make it to melee at all, he will move a bit north, use the spell catapult to pick up a loose stone on the stair behind the Minotaur and cause it to speed in the direction of the pool, with the goal to try to knock it into the pool, and then move the rest of his movement clockwise around the pool.)
Stone's song sounds awful but it is enough to wrack the crystal construct with pain. This leaves the creature open for Gash to strike it with every beam of its scorching ray. The goblin arrives at Bulwark lying at the edge of the pool.

Dog hits again as the golem's horns score a hit on his shoulder and the greataxe clatters to the ground:

[mobile didn't add the +5 damage to those rolls, so add that on, as well as the +8 to hit - not sure why, because I did add it!]
(Taking the hit, as my reaction can I cast the force cantrip to get the construct to drop the greataxe? It's one of the functions of the spell, in addition to the momentary +1 AC boost I've used before.)

Tock's bolt crack's a significant shard off of the creature before it attempts to gore Dog and slash at him with its crystal axe.
