As Tock coils up the rope, everyone looks to Dog for what to do next.
Keyrie:
Walking from the green portal to the red one, Keyrie sees that the spike trap in the passageway here has been disarmed. The rusty floor spikes jut up like metal teeth. She and Myon walk easily through the trap and portal into the teal room. The purple room leads to the blue portal, where she heads east into the collapsed passageway. Just before reaching the stairs, she can see into the room containing the black pudding. The creatures ooze quietly in a giant puddle on the floor. The party has not come this way. No amount of sniffing by Myon can detect their scent here either.
Descending the stairs, Keyrie stops as she suddenly remembers what awaits in the exit chamber: A stone golem.
Dog's suggestion is met with dead silence but after he ties the two ropes together in a robust knot, Tock patiently climbs back down into the chasm to explore the remains of those who failed the minotaur trial.
He finds 5200 + 8 gold pieces.

Additionally, he finds a golden bird cage with electrum filigree (worth 250gp). Bird bones lay in a pile inside the toppled cage. He also finds what looks to be a large, well-made tapestry (250 GP) rolled and stored carefully in a sizable bamboo tube and a bronze crown that appear to have belonged to some minor royalty long since missing.
"Since you have yet to smell them around here then they most likely have not left yet. Lets try and find a safeish place to settle down and try and find them." Keyrie tells Myon. Thinking out loud she continue talking to Myon. "If we go back to the blue portal we can go down from the purple to a trapped door and secret wall, I can't recall anything being in there so if we use the wall and stay away from the door it should be relatively safe."

Keyrie:
Backtracking through the blue portal puts Keyrie and Myon in easy reach of the small hidden room. Certain there is a secret entrance somewhere on the wall, she searches until she finds a hole in the mortar that she can barely stick her finger into and depress a switch. The wall swings open like a very heavy door. Inside, Keyrie finds a single skeleton of a dwarf who starved or died of injuries here. He has little of value except for 200 gold and (49) a magical ring that is not easily identified.
Dog suggests tying each thing Tock finds to the end of the rope and Dog pulls each one up, one by one. He starts looking at the shield, cloak, and ring, and wishing he had the bag of holding to shove the tapestry and birdcage etc into!
"Thank you Tock for checking -- it was worth it I think. Feel like you get first choice from all of this. Now that we're all rested up, where do we want to go? Purple room? Tock can you tell me more about the movement you heard in that unfinished passageway to the north?"
Tockwill send some of the stuff up first, like the bird cage and shield and the tapestry case that all look fairly easy to attach to the rope. Then hold on to the rest and climb / get pulled up.
Upon reaching the top he is seen wiping away the last tear and says, "Those minotaurs are cruel to build a maze where so many perish. I very much hope Neventi and Gentoa are OK."
"As for what I heard, I couldn't tell. All I know is I heard something move or shift around."
"Lets go back to others and divvy up this stuff. The ring I found is still a mystery."
After gathering the stuff, as well as FeyTok's body, Dog suggests going to just outside the purple room, lighting another bolt or something up thanks to Tock's cantrip, and throwing it in. Then walking quietly north, close to the goo room but staying away, and just seeing if that same light appears. He's just trying to see if the purple room goes somewhere near the room with the goo -- he doesn't want to be surprised. If Tock lights up a bolt, he does this.
"Myon you stay here I am going to go out and try and find some clue as to where our friends are. The traps by the Red portal were set off so I am going to start looking around the Teal portal area." Keyrie will turn into a giant weasel and head to the teal portal area, not going into the room yet, to see if she can smell or hear anything.
Heading north out of the light blue portal, Dog gets the sense that he is not alone. After a quiet moment in the dark, the feeling fades and he cautiously moves on to the purple portal. The glowing bolt disappears into the purple light. Traveling down the long hall to the north, he peeks into the room. He sees very little in there. Especially no magically lit bolt.

Keyrie:
In her giant weasel form, Keyrie feels her way through the dark passageway, quietly padding on the stone towards the footsteps. They are walking down the long corridor to the north, towards the room with black puddings. The person or creature stops at the end of the hall. Smelling the stale air of the passageway (12), Keyrie senses the distinct odor of Doggear Brakespine.
"This ring is really something special, it protects your mind from penetrative magics! I'm willing to give this to whoever thinks they'd need it most. But if no one is interested, I find this piece fascinating." Gash goes on about the ring following Dog as he does his teleporter experiments.

Dog was hoping that Tock could use FeyTok's and Dog's ropes, tied together, to climb down to the bottom of the chasm to check the remains?
