Dog will try to keep Martin from touching Gash, swinging Gash to his other side so Dog's between Gash and Martin, and sets him on the ground.
His eyes lock on the vampire and he uses his action to cast protection from evil and good on himself, if he has a clear path to her (if Althus is completely blocking access to her, he'll cast the spell on Althus). He rushes Gerielle and uses his action surge to try to get in two attacks on her if he can reach her with his warhammer.
Attack: using the clockwork amulet, roll is 10 + 9 = 19, Damage: 8 Extra Attack: 15 Damage: 13
(If Dog has no clear melee access to the vampire, could he throw the javelin of lightning at her? If so, those attacks are minus one to hit and damage, and Dog would try to recall the javelin with his bonus action, since he's bonded to it, to throw it for the second attack.)
Okay, a couple points of clarification before we continue. I didn't have access to my battle map until today, so sorry for the confusion. This should help clarify for Martin and Dog:
Garielle appeared between Martin and the foyer where everyone else is. He will have to run past her to try and heal Gash. If he does that, and Dog wants to jerk him away, Dog won't be able to cast his spell in the same round. It will take his action to prevent Martin from touching Gash. Althus and Tock have both gone but I will wait on Martin and Dog for clarification.

Garielle screeches as Althus' first attack lands. Her skin sizzles in response to the holy magic that accompanies the attack. "You intend to be a thorn in my side, do you?" she says, sucking in her breath. "Thorns demand immediate attention."
Althus' second attack swings wide as the vampire repositions herself to face the paladin.
Dog is going to hope that Martin doesn't try to run past the vampire and get hit with an AoO to try to heal Gash in the foyer. Then the turn outlined above happens, where he casts protection from evil and good on himself, and then tries to hit her twice with his warhammer.
(Hope your phone situation gets sorted!! Hope it took a bath in a place with warm, beautiful water...)
Turning around, Bulwark immediately begins heating up again, overclocking as the Frenzy takes hold, seeing the creature that entrapped his goblin friend. He releases his grip on his warhammer and shield, letting them fall to the ground as he rushes forward, whipping out his maul and recklessly coming down on the vampire with two strikes.
Martin's arrow strikes the vampire squarely in her throat, eliciting a gurgled cry. She tears the arrow from her neck and lunges at Althus, her fangs drawn in a ferocious snarl.
Legendary (re)action: Unarmed Attack against Althus: 23 Grapple (DC 18) instead of damage.
Tockshifts closer to the door, behind another bush (re-rolling stealth: 21) and takes another shot at her, loading one of his magical bolts:
Attack: 15 Damage: 17 (ugh.. but the attack is with advantage, so there's for a better attack roll: 29).. (ok.. so that would be an additional 16 damage on top of the 17, which comes to a total of: 33 damage)
Althus, newly enraptured, is still able to respond quickly to the threat on his mistress' life. The bolt strikes Garielle but it is Althus whose chest punctures from the strike.
(Aura of the Guardian. Althus takes the 33 damage instead of Garielle. Althus is back in Persuasion's control now. I just wanted to keep things a little interesting. Y'all are hitting too hard!)
Althus grunts as he absorbs the damage from the arrow. One of the large crab claws on his shoulder rises up, clicking a few times before shooting out towards Bulwark. As that happens, he also reaches a hand out towards Dog, seeking to stop him from moving.
Unarmed Strike (Against Bulwark): 20 Damage: 7
Replacing second attack with a Grapple against Dog. Athletics: 23
If Bulwark is hit by the Unarmed Strike, Althus will attempt to grapple him as well with a BA. Athletics: 24.
If both "enemies" are grappled, Althus will move forward 10 ft, staying close enough to Garielle to protect her with his Aura, but far enough that Dog and Bulwark are both out of melee range.
The other crab claw reaches into Althus's pack, bringing out a steel helm and slamming it onto the Hybrid's head. His eyes glow red through the helm as he speaks, "I'm going to have to ask you two to calm down a bit."

Furious at what this vampire is doing to his friends, Dog roars. Loudly. He deflects Althus' attempt to grapple with his elbow and turns once again to Garielle. "We could have talked this over. But that time's over now. Try me on for size, not them!" He grips his warhammer tightly and swings for her as hard as he can.
The tide begins to turn as Althus absorbs the attacks of his comrades. But Dog lands two successful blows, leaving Garielle looking ragged.
"Heal the goblin, if you can," she orders Althus as she moves back into the hallway and through the door she appeared in. (No AoO as she is using a legendary action.)

Garielle stares into Althus' eyes, his blood dripping from her teeth, saying "Defend me," in a raspy voice. WIS(17) or be charmed: 0

That's a +5 on the save but it isn't enough. Althus is enthralled!
