Dog bought two bottles for 50gp, if I remember, and on his turn he'll hand one over to Martin or Bulwark. He'll look at the other one as he runs after the mist wondering what to do with it. Take a sip and spray it out at the mist? Dump it on whatever the destination is? He tries to see if he knows how this might work. (Arcana: 27)
Recalling the lore for vampires, Dog recalls that, while holy water is useful for fighting a vampire, killing it is limited to preventing it from regenerating in its resting place, if sunlight and running water are unavailable.
Dog freezes, and tries to think on his feet when Althus asks his question. "Althus! She disappeared, which doesn't seem great for our magnificent lady. Can you feel or see where she went? You know so much more than the rest of us newly converted do. We must rejoin her!"
If Dog can see where the mist is headed, he'll follow it, or at the very least note where it seemed to be going. But the introduction of the paladin into the mix means this already complicated situation is getting even more so. He tries to play along and ape the manner in which Althus and Gash and others have been acting under her spell. He'll try to give Bulwark and Martin looks when Althus is looking away.
(Garielle doesn't get a move until everyone had confirmed their turn is over. Althus still has an action, as does Martin and Gash has an entire turn. )
Dog looks at Bulwark and Martin, half-winking a bit, and then at Althus, pointing up. If there is a hole large enough for Stitches to crawl through, Dog will send her up to take a look through the hole. Regardless, he makes for the stairs to go up toward where he sees the mist going. He's quick, but he's not recklessly pushing himself -- if he can see a trap, he'll stop short of triggering it. He's looking for the mist again, of course, and also probably a coffin, or something similar to it. He pulls out a torch as he goes and uses a dagger to try to sharpen the butt end into a stake. He has no idea how a mist might be affected by a stake, but he heard a story about staking vampires, so he's giving it a try.
(OOC: I'm banking on that high arcana check to justify the little bits of OOC things I remember from 5e vampires, but if Dog wouldn't know that things aren't over, I can hold off on that...)
Think the stairs are immediately north of the library? Also, amazing idea to cannonball the mechanical man through the ceiling! Love it. Stitches would be able to fit through that fairly easily :)

Yes, Martin, Dog, and Bulwark spied stairs going up north of the library. The ceiling will have an AC of 17 (remember, the house is mostly stone) and 92 HP.
Upstairs is dark, lit softly only by moonlight through the windows in the hallway. Walking down the hall, Dog, Martin (and Bulwark? and Althus?) see the hallway turn west at a couple of places. At the first intersection, they can see two rooms, one to the north and one to the south. At the end of this passage is a pair of double doors to a third room.
Can I tell which way to Garielle or which room was above the one she misted from?
She was in the library just south of the stairs you just climbed. You have some choices! You cannot smell her at the moment, though. Perhaps she has not reformed yet.
Martin shouts “who’s got holy water or something?”

Assist Dog to give advantage?

Althus walks towards Dog and Martin, calling out, "Garielle! Garielle! Do either of you know where Garielle is?"

Martin is simply going to watch to see where the Mist goes

(Oh sorry! I thought you meant the mist filled the library, dissipating. Jumping ahead. Will edit my last post to reflect that.)
(I didn't dump wis and insight for nothin)
Althus looks at Gash, mildly confused, "...converted? Converted to what? I can try to find her, I guess."
(Divine Sense)
"Not sure why I would use that... it only works on certain types of creatures and surely I couldn't be friends with one of those."
Althus detects the undead Garielle still in the library. In her mist form, she drifts up through the slats and holes convenient to her in the ceiling.
Gash, meanwhile, keeps running when Tock misses his shot.
(Everyone may go in any order.)
Martin casts Jump on Bulwark, and points at the ceiling. "Think you can hit that hard enough to chase her straight up?"
Have we seen any stairs?

(Well poop... Bulwark the Battering Ram sounded so fun, too)
Martin follows behind Dog, eyes out for traps and secrets

Oh, also, there was no hole big enough for Stitches to climb through, so the spider is still with Dog.
