Carrhae smiled as she continued to tickle Misha silly. She wasn't just satisfied that her plan worked to perfection (to be fair, Misha didn't really do much to make things difficult) or amused at the sight of Misha thrashing about and laughing uncontrollably, she was just having fun with her friend Sana, and she was sure that Misha was having fun too. Misha had always been able to put a smile on Carrhae's face and make her laugh, something that she had needed a lot during the last four years. There were also some other feelings that Misha had inspired in Carrhae, but that was for another time. Mainly one where she and Sana weren't having too much fun tickling Misha.

Misha’s eyes popped open wide, very wide, when Carrhae said “Now!”. She felt her ankles being gripped and both Carrhae and Sana launched a tickle attack! The explosion of tickleness coursed through her body, causing her to twist and turn and laugh uncontrollably. Carrhae and Sana had a decent grip on her, and she wasn’t able to squirm away. All she could do was accept it and tears came out of her eyes from laughing so much. When they stopped, Misha had fallen over, and was nothing more than a curled up laughing mess on the floor, too weak to do anything but giggle uncontrollably.
Carrhae scoops up the pile of giggly Paladin off the deck. "Aww, poor ticklish Misha." She wipes the tears off and gives Misha a kiss on the forehead as she lays her back down on her chair.

Carrhae returned Misha's hug and with the amount of laughing that Misha was still doing, she might have been helping her to stay on her feet. "We really did a number on you, didn't we? Misha turns to Sana, "Praising the Lord General Tyrant, of course!" She falls apart laughing again, pointing to the sky mildly with her index finger. She turned to Carrhae. "Ees ok, Kapitan, I know you, and Sana, mean well. Life ees very short and full of conflict, and you took advantage of an opportunity to hef some fun." Her face slowly got very serious, an expression Carrhae only saw maybe twice in her life. "But, do that again, and I weel smite you een the name of my General weeth my very own hammer."
She couldn't do it. She tried to remain serious as long as she could before her joke crumbled under it's own weight. She fell over and laughed very loudly again, waving her hand to indicate she was totally kidding.
Carrhae picks Misha up again and puts her in a playful headlock. "Threatening the Captain?" She says in a tone of mock offense. "If you do that again, I'm afraid I'll have to punish you. Maybe tie you to the mast so that anyone who passes by can give you a tickle." She laughs again before setting Misha down and heading back to her room for a nap.
Misha laughed a bit more and threw her hands up in surrender as Carrhae headlocked her. As Carrhae walked away and her face turned sly, curiously devious. "Wonder how Kapitan would puneesh Misha, ya?" She found herself playing with the knot of her top and snapped out of it when she remembered the mock threat of being tied up to the mast. "That part, probably wouldn't enjoy as much." she snorted in a giggle and gathered her things - returning to her room to clean up and dress up. She wanted to look at the orders again.
It was getting very close to launch, and even though Carrhae was the captain, Misha was the one to hand her her orders to reveal to the crew, and she wanted to be ready. According to the commands of Legion Commander Taetanicus, Misha was responsible for the deck crew, the overall condition of the ship, and casting and releasing the anchor, among a few other duties. This agreed with the information she was told from Carrhae as well.
She undressed and took out from her clothing drawer something a little more official. She dressed in a tight black fitting athletic top that revealed her arms, her stomach, but covered her neck. It was of Acheronian design, comfortable, like Kevlar - extremely thin, like a uniform. The dwarves would have been jealous of such durability of an item so thin. Her long tight pants were made of the same material, and she slid on a pair of thick military boots that came up to her mid shins. She buckled a belt around her waist, which, on the sides and back, had latches and a small pouch to hold items. She looked at herself in the mirror and twisted to get a view of different angles. She smiled. Acheronian clothing completely flattered her figure, and she liked it very much.
She stood at her desk for a moment, and read and reread the orders on the parchment many times making completely sure she understood everything.

Kali and Erriviel's Fun Happy Jaunt Through Happy-Funtime Land
Erriviel walked up to Kali, seeing her at sketchy spot. "Alright, now it's time to head for our real destination. Keep a hand on my shoulder and don't take off the blindfold."
He puts the blindfold on Kali, and begins to walk.
Kali wasn't one to be late for meetings, especially ones like these, so as soon as it came time for her to meet Erriviel at the spot, she was already eyeing the place until she saw him step up to her. A frown made its way on her lips when he mentions her hand on his shoulder. "Aww, you don't wanna hold my hand instead? So much for this first date."She quips, the frown dropping and replacing itself with a grin. With the blindfold on, she grips at his shoulder tightly. "Alright, alright, let's go. Don't get me shanked, yeah?"
"Ah, don't worry about knives and all that. No one who has any sense would try to waylay anyone on this path. I'd say I'd hold your hand if it made you feel better, but I have a reputation to maintain."
After nearly half an hour of Erriviel leading Kali through several twists and turns, as well as what seemed to be a few loops, he comes to a stop. He raps on a wooden door three times quickly before adding a fourth a moment later and whispers, "Seeing is believing."
The door quickly opens and Kali is greeted with a dimly lit room as Erriviel removes the blindfold from her head. An elderly gnome, wearing an old tweed coat, is sitting behind a desk watching them intently. "What's this, Spider? You've caught another in your web?"
"Not this time, Gazer. This is a guest. I require a few supplies."
The gnome frowns as he reads the paper that Erriviel slipped him, "It can be done, but to get some on such short notice I'd have to skim some off of a customer's order. You can't wait, can you?"
"Unfortunately not. Consider this payback for the tidbit I got you four winters ago."
"Ah yes, that was a fine one. If this is all you require, it's no skin off my teeth to get this for you. He'll rant and rage as he always does, but the Eye will put his foot down, metaphorically speaking, if he gets too out of hand. You're sure you don't want to turn that one in? Just a glance, she'd be worth a chest of gold, I promise you."
"Not worth it, I have other priorities at the moment. Send the ingredients to the full moon once you get them. A pleasure, as always. I see you have a new vase."
"A pleasure indeed. He sees it as well."
Immediately, Erriviel moves to put the blindfold back on Kali and lead her out the door.
Kali stayed quiet during the whole transaction, not entirely sure if she was allowed to in the first place and she didn't want to ruin whatever the drows relationship with this guy was, but she couldn't help but look around the area for anything note worthy as she listened to the two speak. At most she spoke to herself in her mind, questioning a lot of things they were saying to each other. For now she'd assume that Spider was his alias during these kinds of trades, and that Gazer was also a nickname of some sort. Whatever business they tended to do here was very obviously illegal, and whatever 'tidbit' he was talking about left a big impression if it was four winters ago.Knew Erri was a shady guy,Kali thought to herself, her arms folding in front of her as she shoots a glare over to Gazer at the mention of selling her.I'll break your pencil dick, gnome, you give this guy any ideas.
When Errivel waved the offer away, she gave him a look to see if he considered it. Yeah, I'm at least forth four chests of gold anyways, she jokes inwardly, wait there was a vase? Before she could really see said vase she was blind folded again, hoping the drow would see her exaggerated pout when she sets her hand down on his shoulder once again and is lead. When they hit the first turn, Kali finally speaks. "So... I'm gonna assume if I ask anythin' about that right there, you ain't gonna answer me, yeah?"
Erriviel didn’t seem to contemplate handing over Kali, and despite looking around for the entire conversation she didn’t see any vase in the small room. He continues to let the silence stand for a few more minutes before stopping and removing Kali’s blindfold.
”I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have, although I ask you to remember that at the end of the day, you’ve gotten what you needed at no cost to yourself.”
"I was willin' to pay what I could for this stuff," She mentions quietly, rubbing her good eye to get it to adjust to her new found sight. "And you don't worry about me talkin' to anyone about this, er, transaction. Lips are sealed, promise." She pauses, then continues. "You don't have to answer if you don't want to, but why'd you take this quartermaster job? Surely you were makin' enough doing this shady little business. What are ya lookin' for? Maybe for repayment, I could help ya? If you're lookin' for it."
Erriviel smiles as Kali asks her question, mildly amused.
”I assure you, I’m not in it for the money, but I was made an offer that I couldn’t refuse.”
He gives her a wink before continuing.
”I need no repayment to help out a friend, after all, friends have each other’s back in times of need. If I may ask, what do you need these ingredients for? You don’t have to answer if you don’t feel like it.”
What could blondie have offered that he couldn't say no to? ... Is he even talkin' about Carrhae? She decided not to pry further in that regard and answers his question instead. "To make drugs," She answers plainly, not feeling a need to sugar coat it. "For me, for... Precautionary sake. Do you mind giving' me the stuff when you get it? I'm usually hangin' out in my room anyways since we're docked."
Erriviel nods solemnly at Kali’s answer, ”A reasonable thing to do. I am not one to judge, and now we both know a little about each other. And of course, I’ll have it sent up right away, unobtrusively. If you do require anything further, you know I always have an open ear, no matter what.”
He proffers a hand to shake as they continue to walk back to the ship.
Carrhae wakes up from her nap, still bored. Some time had gone by and she smiled when she saw that the sun was going down. Not only was she closer to finally disembarking, she remembered that she and Kali were due to smoke some of the Bloom Nocturne that Kali had bought for her. She pulled out the pipe and the substance, but didn't make any move to smoke. She wouldn't start without Kali.
With the sun falling behind the horizon and her shopping date with Erriviel done, Kali had retreated back to her room and took a load off on her multitude of colorful pillows, staring up at the wooden ceiling of her bed, thinking back on her conversation with the doctor.
"You have to be careful when you're mixing these ingredients together, and make sure they're added in in the correct order too," She speaks at she scribbles down on a piece of parchment. "The crystal seeds need to be very finely ground along with the marrow root, if not, it could have a bad effect on you."
"Mmhmm," Kali responds back, only half paying attention to the doctors words.
"An effect magic can't help you with." She warns as she lifts her head to look at Kali. "Are you listening to me?"
The pirate cocked an eyebrow as her gaze went from her nails to Charlotte and smiled as if to say 'I was you *****', but instead she says: "Like my eye? Yeah, I got that. Anythin' else?"
Doctor Marvelle's lips thin then she shakes her head and goes back to writing.
Kali sucks in a breath and pushes herself up off her bed, about to reach for her pipe til she remembered Carrhae's offer from before. "Tomorrow's our big day, afterall. Why not?" She told herself as she left her quarters to go join the captain in hers. She knocks gently on the door and announces her arrival before pushing the door open and entering the room. "Hope that offer still stands, captain."

"It does. I had actually just pulled out my pipe in preparation of you joining me. Make yourself comfortable and I'll get us ready." As Kali enters Carrhae's room, she sees that it's rather simple compared to hers, with no tapestries and a bedspread that doesn't have the ornate pillows and silk sheets that hers does. She does however spot Carrhae's ornate armor and shield hanging up, a small altar dedicated to Sune, her workout gear, the station that she uses to put her make up on in the morning, a wardrobe, as well as a chest in front of her bed. Carrhae pulls out the bag with the Bloom Nocturne, takes a pinch out of it and puts it in the pipe. "I'm not being stingy. This is a potent drug and it takes effect quickly, so you shouldn't need a lot for it to take effect." While Carrhae waits for Kali to imbibe, she pulls off her boots, tosses her socks in a basket at the corner of the room, and leaves her boots outside the door, along with a note calling for Sloop to clean them at once. Carrhae closes the door behind her.

Making his usual evening rounds, Sloop stops by the Captain's quarters. Noticing the door shut and locked, he figures that something is up and goes to check on the captain when he hears giggling and other weird noises coming from her cabin. Stopping in his tracks, he hears what he believes to be....purrrrrrrrring?! Curious! Better not disturb her, as she must be having weird dreams. ;-)
Almost tripping over her boots, he sees her note and immediately grabs the boots and brings them over to the wardroom, where he proceeds to spit polish them to such a fine sheen they look brand new. "That'll put a smile on that pretty face o' hers!" he mumbles to no one in particular, before returning them back to her quarters. Before turning away, he hears more strange sounds coming from her quarters: moaning. "Huh. She must be eating a late night snack that's particularly tasty? Sounds like a good idea." And off he goes to the wardroom for a snack of his own, before turning in for the night. Big day tomorrow!

He proffers a hand to shake as they continue to walk back to the ship.
Slightly caught off guard by the question, Erriviel takes a moment to answer.
”To be perfectly honest, I don’t know what we’re heading into. Personally, I’m looking for... a song. I wish I had more knowledge, but sometimes we all have to go off a little faith, eh?”
And death threats. Those too.
"A song, huh?" Kali questions, giving him a side glance. "A little faith never hurt anyone I'd say." She gives him a soft smile, a stark contrast to her usual cheeky smiles and grins. "May be missin' an eye but I got good enough hearin', I'll listen out for any songs that aren't bein' played in the local tavern for ya, yeah?" Once they made it to the gangplank of the ship, she gives him a pat on the shoulder. "Thank you again, Erriviel. Have yourself a good evenin'."
Erriviel returns the smile, "Anytime, and a good night to you as well, Kali."

The pirate cocked an eyebrow as her gaze went from her nails to Charlotte and smiled as if to say 'I was
you *****', but instead she says: "Like my eye? Yeah, I got that. Anythin' else?"Doctor Marvelle's lips thin then she shakes her head and goes back to writing.
