Urgog lies across the bed, feeling the warmth provided by the blanket. As he drifts to sleep, he begins to have nightmares of what transpired in the Durst household. His dreams recall watching Eldon get crushed by Lorgoth the Decayer, seeing Kestrell's body get desiccated by the shadows, Cinna getting eaten alive. He sleeps for about four hours, and he starts seeing Strahd in his dream. Within the dream, Urgog is standing inside the Darklord's Shrine, where Kestrell was slain. Strahd's figure is where the status was. Urgog looks upon Strahd, his body trembling with fear. He hears Strahd mutter "Your soul is mine!" followed by a maniacal laughter. Urgog watches as Strahd's body suddenly goes from standing where the statue was, to being right beside him. Strahd's mouth is inches from Urgog's ear, bearing his vampiric fangs. "Run!"
Urgog's body flings forth, waking up from the nightmare. He looks around, to see that he's no longer alone in this bedroom in this house. Urgog can see that a villager had grabbed his backpack and was about to bolt until Urgog woke up suddenly. The villager hesitates briefly, before deciding to run away anyway with Urgog's backpack. How does Urgog react?
The villager quickly rushes out from the house and is now on the street with Urgog's backpack in tow. Urgog with only his handaxe and shortsword in hand, is now pursing the villager. The villager dashes down the muddy road, as he looks back to see that Urgog is 90 feet behind him. Urgog also dashes, in an attempt to catch up to the thief. Urgog winces as his calf wound hasn't quite recovered yet. Urgog can only dash 4 times before he'll start getting exhausted.
If Urgog decides to just dash after the thief, he can make a Constitution Saving Throw.
Meanwhile, the two ghasts in the Darklord's Shrine have feasted upon what remains of Kestrell's corpse. After two hours have passed, a new shadow rises from Kestrell's body. Kestrell's shadows has faded memories, he remembers how he died, but can't remember much else. The shadow is free to roam as he pleases, and can react to the ghasts as well.
Urgog dashes across the muddy road, the late night being illuminated only by torches that are lit by the houses a bit of moonlight that pierces through the cloudy sky. The thief turns a right while fleeing from Urgog. Urgog's wounded leg doesn't snap just yet, but it may have a higher chance if Urgog continues to dash.
The thief takes the corner, and there's a moment in which he's out of sight from Urgog. If Urgog is going to dash, he'll need to make another Constitution Saving Throw.
His wounded calf muscle still stings, but doesn't give way just yet. Urgog continues to dash, and takes the corner but doesn't see the thief. It's approximately 2 am and they're not many torches illuminating the street. Urgog's darkvision only allows him to see so far. He's more than welcome to make either a Perception or Investigation check to see if he can determine where the thief went.
Urgog trudges through the mud, trying to be stealthy but he grunts and winces with each step due to his hurt leg. He reaches a point to where he can see a campfire built in the middle of the alley, with four young teenagers standing around it. The kid that stole Urgog's backpack is among them, distributing the items from the backpack with his buddies. Urgog watches from afar without being noticed as they meddle with his adventuring gear. How does Urgog react?
Urgog slowly makes his way up the alley towards the group, his Sword and axe at the ready. He pauses closes by and clears his throat. "Find anything in there that you find interesting?" His voice comes out as a low growl and he fixes his eyes on the thief.
The boys stagger backward as they see the bugbear approach them, a creature they've never seen before. "What is that!?" one of them calls out, as they turn around and run away. Another follows suit and darts away as well. The thief, and another boy, look worried and see that Urgog appears to be wounded due to his wrapped up leg. The other boy says "Let's kill it!" while he reaches over to retrieve a Scimitar. The thief sets Urgog's backpack down and retrieves a Light Crossbow. The thief looks like he wants to run, but since his friend is eager on attacking Urgog, he doesn't want to leave him alone.

Urgog sees that they're wielding weapons and are intent on harming him. How does he react?
Urgog looks at the two and sighs. "I did not want to kill you, but" he smiles showing his teeth "This might be fun. I only wanted my pack back, just so you know. And dont blame me if you die." With that he moves closer to the one with the blade and slashes out at him with the short sword.

Continuing through with the swing he brings the hand ax up to slash at the guy as well.

Urgog swings with the silvered shortsword and leaves a deep laceration in the boy's shoulder. Upon swinging the handaxe forth, the boy parries with his scimitar.
The bandit with the scimitar will attack Urgog out of retaliation, while the other steps back to gain distance so he can fire his crossbow.
Scimitar Attack Attack: 11 Damage: 2
Crossbow Attack Attack: 14 Damage: 7
The scimitar and bolt seem unable to puncture Urgog's chain mail.
His first strike cleaves the boy to death. Seeing that the thief is now standing a few from him with the crossbow, Urgog darts to him to slash at him with the handaxe instead.
The boy gets nervous as he gets stricken with the handaxe, and drops the crossbow. Urgog's backpack is still on him, as he tries to run away, provoking an opportunity attack from Urgog.

Urgog strikes at the boy's legs, and he falls face-first into the mud, Urgog's backpack falling to the side. The boy cries in pain as his legs were eviscerated and is now bleeding out.
Meanwhile, a half-elf Warlock is walking along the street, on his way from the Blood of the Vine Tavern. As he's walking along, he hears the commotion occurring in the alleyway adjacent to the street that he's on. He investigates closely, to see that two villagers are getting slaughtered by a bugbear in chain mail wielding a silvered shortsword and a handaxe. Nixus brandishes his wand and casts Eldritch Blast on the bugbear surprisingly.
Urgog peers down upon the boy clutching his legs, pleading for his life, as he glances to the side to see a purple beam flying at him.
Eldritch Blast Attack: 22 Damage: 7
Nixus blasts Urgog in the injured leg, re-aggravating the injury that he sustained from the Death House. Urgog now has a -5 penalty to his movement.
