Erric's eye bug out. He shouts, "Maldorn! Jambiya! Help!"and immediately casts phantasmal force on G4 to make it seem like a massive church bell plummets from a great height with a huge clang, totally encompassing the gargoyle. All it can see is bell. All it can hear is the paralyzing, overpowering, deafening sound.
Failed INT 15 save, and 6 psychic (thunder!) damage
With his bonus action, he inspires Aseid with a simple thumbs up (1d8 to use in the next 10 minutes!), before moving away, to O17 or O18, if the gargoyle fails the save and can't see him in the "bell."

It looked like they've bitten off more than they could chew. Not that it mattered anymore, though. Aseid did not move, did not need to - that double-bladed weapon he carried around suddenly touched one gargoyle, another, and then he made just one step to the side (N11) and the second blade reached the third one. Hopefully, that was enough to attract creatures' attention even if the touches were.
(Aseid can not see the "summoned bell) but should he understand what is going on, he would hope the potential damage from the weapon will be the proof of the reality of the danger.)
And he is using the Bardic Inspiration for the second attack: 5

Let's say Maldorn heard, but didn't know what he was hearing. However, Munchy reacts in a way that causes you to investigate this round, and the two of you can go in Round 2.

DC15 INT save: 10 — Woo! What a roll. Erric, do you want to stay where you are, then?
Erric chants a quick arcane phrase in an attempt to break into the mind of one of the gargoyles. His hope is to hurt it was well as blind it. Unfortunately, for some reason, he is unable to alter the creature's thoughts. Despite the frustration of a failed attack, the bard turns to Aseid and inspires him. As he is still standing there, Erric's eyes widen as Aseid is suddenly a flurry of motion. His long weapon is moving too fast to see, but Erric can see the results. It first slices into the far gargoyle, then the one he meant to hinder, and then with what Erric would almost call a dance step, Aseid moves a little closer to the gargoyle closest to him and leaves a wound there.
The three winged menaces immediately pounce upon the dark-haired warrior.
G2 with advantage (flanking with G4) vs. Aseid: Bite Attack: 22 Damage: 4 piercing; Claw Attack: 7 Damage: 5 slashing
G4 with advantage (flanking with G2) vs. Aseid: Bite Attack: 24 Damage: 12 piercing; Claw Attack: 24 Damage: 7 slashing
Erric can hear what sounds like tools hitting Aseid's chain armor as the creatures bite and claw at him. Aseid avoids and blocks as much as he can, but in the end, he endures a claw from G2 and a bite from G3, both of which he reduces to the minimum; but then G4 catches him distracted and gets in a hard bite and a good claw scratch. (23 total damage)
Erric also notices that the flying gargoyle scratches the small creature climbing the building, but then begins flying toward him and Aseid, leaving the other alone.
Round 2!
Players may play. Maldorn has to move 30 feet to get to the square below the left door. Jambiya has to move 25 feet to get to the square below the left door. Erric, if you still wanted to move in Round 1, that's fine. Just remember that the G2 was at L11 and G3 was at O14. G1 is now 10 feet off the ground.
Jambiya perks up as Maldorn stirs and follows him outside (I’m assuming he goes outside), where she skitters to a halt, taking in the scene. With barely a thought, she lets loose two bolts of Eldritch energy at one of the stony figures attacking Aseid!
Move: 30’ to the square below the square below the left door.

The creatures could fight, Aseid, could give them that. Not that he expected anything else, of course, but he could live without that many claws and teeth tearing apart his armour and his flesh. Two blasts from the tavern that came with the noise from the opened door, gave hope, though. Just the briefest of a moment for concentrating his strength - and Aseid attacked again:
BA: Fighting Spirit (advantage on weapon attack rolls until the end of the current turn and 5 temporary HP.)
Attacks on G3:
Attack: 9 Damage: 12 Attack: 20 Damage: 13
(If by any chance the first attack finished G3, then the second is on G4)
Erric still moves south about 20 feet. He whistles shrilly and glares at G2, casting dissonant whispers, for 8 psychic damage on a failed WIS 15 save, and using its reaction to flee.
Maldorn indeed stirs and goes outside: "Let's go!"
He moves 30 feet and ends up at the square below the left door, just north of Jambiya. Seeing Erric involved in a fight, Maldorn plucks a feathered arrow from his quiver and shoots. In fact, he shoots two of them at the nearest gargoyle.
-> Longbow vs. G3: Attack: 19 Damage: 10 piercing (Assuming this first attack hits, Maldorn is making this Gargoyle his Favored Foe, no action required, for an extra 1d4 damage, which is already included in the damage roll.)
-> Longbow vs. G3: Attack: 28 Damage: 8 piercing (If the first attack hit, then please ignore the extra 1d4 damage rolled here. The damage roll would instead be 5.)
As a bonus action, Maldorn whistles and a zooming flying snake launches from within his droopy sleeve and performs a Fly By attack against the same target. Sagitta ends his movement at {U-16}, 10 feet off the floor. (I think that uses all of Sagitta's movement, but if not, he'll fly higher.)
Jambiya sees Maldorn moving toward the door, correctly interprets his and Munchy's actions, and speeds by the old man out of the door and into the rainy street, where she skitters to a halt, taking in the scene. With barely a thought, she lets loose two bolts of Eldritch energy at one of the stony figures attacking Aseid! Both bolts of green-white energy slam into the back of the closest grounded gargoyle, sending shards of stone flying, but the creature is still on its feet.
DC 15 WIS save: 12
Erric moves south to try to stay out of the fray. He whistles a shrill, magic-laced tune only G2 can hear. The creature shrieks a gravelly complain and turns to fly into and then out the other side of the ruined temple. (Aseid, you can make an attack of opportunity if you wish.)
Aseid pauses for the briefest of moments to study the gargoyle Jambiya had just hit twice, and then the dark-haired man quickly strikes twice, cutting the creature nearly in half with one swipe, and then finishing the job with the second. It falls apart into a pile of rocks.
1 or 2: 1
Maldorn grabs the first of two arrows from his quiver and lines up a shot with the same gargoyle Jambiya had just hit. But Aseid beats the hunter to the punch, cutting the stone creature down. The flying gargoyle heading toward the group then catches Maldorn's eye, so he switches his aim to that target. He lets go of the first arrow, and it hits the flying creature's side, leaving a small divot, but not appearing to do much damage. The creature pauses, and Maldorn's second arrow flies by, chipping off a tiny section of the creature's shoulder. The gargoyle opens his mouth and hisses at Maldorn as Sagitta launches himself at it. Seeing the flying snake coming, it dodges, and Sagitta flies around and then up into the air to avoid being bitten or scratched.
Since I switched targets on you, Maldorn, let me know where Sagitta ends up at the end of this turn.
The gargoyle Erric sent away appears to come back to its senses, and it turns around and returns to Aseid's side. It and the gargoyle on the opposite side of the fighter both attack.
G2 with advantage (flanking with G4) vs. Aseid: Bite Attack: 23 Damage: 8 piercing; Claw Attack: 20 Damage: 7 slashing
G4 with advantage (flanking with G2) vs. Aseid: Bite Attack: 23 Damage: 7 piercing; Claw Attack: 10 Damage: 6 slashing
Again, Aseid feels the flurry of attacks. The late hour, the rain, and the heaviness of the blows of the stone creatures all weigh on him, and he feels like his muscles are pushing through mud. He suffers another two bites and one claw scratch. (22 hp damage)
G1 turns and heads toward Maldorn and Jambiya. It attempts to bite the old man while trying to scratch the little goblin girl.
G4 vs. Maldorn: Bite Attack: 21 Damage: 5 piercing
G4 vs. Jambiya: Claw Attack: 6 Damage: 5 slashing
Maldorn can't quite get out of the way of the creature's sharp teeth, but Jambiya twists away from its claws.
Round 3!
Players may play. Aseid's on his last leg! Aseid, you can make an AoO for last round if you want. Maldorn, I need to know where Sagitta is.
Erric sees Aseid's dire strait, casts healing word at third level for 9 hp on Aseid.
He's frustrated that his dissonant whispers still allowed the gargoyles to flank the warrior -- he'd hoped that the fleeing gargoyle wouldn't return in time.
He casts vicious mockery at G4 for 3 on a failed WIS 15 save. It's a stupid joke about gargoyles having toothy smelly maws, but he says moss, then then makes a lichen pun. He's barely trying, it's late, and he's wet from the rain. Then he moves to P14, trying to give it some of its own flanking medicine.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sagitta can be at the same place as previously mentioned, {U-16}.
The surprise bite scares Maldorn. The ranger rolls backward and moves as far from his assailant as he can. (Can he reach {AA-11}? If not, he'll go to {AA-10} instead.)
Sagitta swoops in for another attempted Fly By attack against the same enemy both master and beast attacked last time. (Was it G4? I'd like to know because of Favored Foe but can't tell from the description above.)
Using her goblin-inherited nimbleness, Jambiya slips away from the flailing gargoyle in front of her and races in Erric’s direction, letting two more bolts fly at one of the gargoyles attacking Aseid!

I switched Maldorn's focus to G1. Sorry I wasn't more clear. That's why it attacked you and Jambiya.
BB, (last round) you swing at the fleeing creature, but even with your weapon's long reach, you just miss it.
DC15 WIS save: 2
Erric quickly speaks healing into Aseid and then sidles up behind G4 and whispers something half-hearted into its stony ear. Despite his less-creative attack, it seems to have an effect.
BB, Erric is now flanking with you around G4. You could get advantage and still have your BA to make a third attack, but you won't get your temporary hit points. What would you like to do? We will use the rolls you made regardless.
Maldorn and Jambiya both scramble away from G1, avoiding possible reactionary swipes. (You can both move to the square you hoped for.) Jambiya fires two more bolts of green-white energy. Both hit the closest (to her) gargoyle attacking Aseid. Her aim isn't the best, however, and the second especially does little damage.
Maldorn encourages Sagitta to do another fly-by, but, once again, the creature narrowly avoids his fangs.
Hey, Mingo, are you remembering fury of the small? I can't remember the last time you used that feature.
I'll let BB decide what they want she wants to do before I finish this round.

Finishing BB's turn:
Aseid again takes a heartbeat to study his opponent before taking two more swings. The creature turns at just the right time to dodge the first attack, but the second leaves another stone furrow in its hard exterior.
The formerly flying gargoyle follows the little goblin girl and the flying snake, intending to take a bite out of Jambiya and clawing into Sagitta. (Maldorn, you might be tempted to say Sagitta is high above Jambiya, but if you look at the movement from U16 to attack G1 when it was at T11 and then back down to R15, taking into account that vertical movement would act the same as horizontal movement [moving "diagonally" on a vertical plane would use twice as much movement every other time], Sagitta is either still only five feet off the ground or maybe 10 feet off the ground. Either way, he would still be in melee with the gargoyle when it is at S15.)
G1 vs. Jambiya: Bite Attack: 15 Damage: 8
G1 vs. Sagitta: Claw Attack: 24 Damage: 7
Jambiya knocks the creature head away, avoiding its teeth. Sagitta, on the other hand, misjudges its swing, and the little creature takes a blow.
Undeterred by Erric's presence, the gargoyles surrounding Aseid continue to assault him.
2=1, 4=2: 2
G4 vs. Aseid: Bite Attack not at advantage (vicious mockery): 19 Damage: 6
G4 vs. Aseid: Claw Attack at advantage: 19 Damage: 8
G2 vs. Aseid: Bite Attack at advantage: 21 Damage: 5
G2 vs. Aseid: Claw Attack at advantage: 15 Damage: 6
One claw attack and one bite land, taking a little of the air out of the sails that Erric helped put back in.
Erric moves to P13, and and almost rises in the air, and uses his bonus action to call out a clear, resonant note that distracts the gargoyles and emboldens his friends (Mantle of Inspiration):
As a bonus action, spend one use of Bardic Inspiration to grant 8 temporary HP to up to 4 creatures you can see and that can see you within 60 ft. Each creature can immediately use its reaction to move up to its speed, without provoking opportunity attacks.
Four targets, so definitely Aseid and Jambiya and Maldorn. If he can also target Sagitta, he will. If not, he'll target himself.
Erric uses his reaction to move to S9, and then casts phantasmal force on G1, attempting to try the massive deafening churchbell again, this time on G1 for 6 psychic damage on a failed INT 15 save. He then moves to R6 with his remaining 20 movement to see who this person who was initially attacked was.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(@rkmobius: Sagitta would welcome the 8 temp HP but he doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity when he moves because of Fly By. So, if Erric can make better use of his reaction right now, please don't feel bad about not targeting Sagitta. The post/turn that follows assume Sagitta is not target by the Mantle.)
Maldorn is not happy about Sagitta being attacked but knows the winged serpent has more fight in him. Once Erric incentivizes the old ranger to move, Maldorn takes a new position at {BB-15} as his reaction (hopefully before his actual turn begins).
This is not a fight that favors either Maldorn or Sagitta, but they are not about to become a burden to their companions. Maldorn shoots two more arrows at his marked foe and, afterwards, tells Sagitta to fly at the gargoyles face to give Jambiya an opening for her next attack. Sagitta is also ordered to flank the gargoyle by moving to {T-14}.
This time Aseid was better prepared and managed to block two attacks of the clawed monsters. The luck would not last long, though, and inspired by the simple tune from Erric, the warrior tried to find a position where he could see both enemies.
Erric's eye bug out. He shouts, "Maldorn! Jambiya! Help!" and immediately casts phantasmal force on G4 to make it seem like a massive church bell plummets from a great height with a huge clang, totally encompassing the gargoyle. All it can see is bell. All it can hear is the paralyzing, overpowering, deafening sound.

Undeterred by Erric's presence, the gargoyles surrounding Aseid continue to assault him.
2=1, 4=2: 2
Round 4!

-> Longbow vs. G1: Attack: 17 Damage: 7 piercing
-> Longbow vs. G1: Attack: 24 Damage: 6 piercing
-> Arrows used: 4
This time Aseid was better prepared and managed to block two attacks of the clawed monsters. The luck would not last long, though, and inspired by the simple tune from Erric, the warrior tried to find a position where he could see both enemies.
