So I'm not sure how you can verbally help her untie the knots. But when she starts the puzzle, you can give her advantage for helping by verbally calling out pieces that you see.
So, not to mess up the order, for clarification, here's what's happened:
Khan delivers bag to Seth, who untied 1 of 3 bags. LeShanna is running.
Seth unties another bag, totalling 2/3. LeShanna continues to run.
Seth unties the final bag and unlocks the puzzle. LeShanna hands the bags to Whisper, unties 1 bag for 1/3.
Seth will make an investigation check with advantage due to Anastasia's silent aid to begin the puzzle. Whisper gets 2 checks, the first is a roll of 3. This is the 1st of 4 rounds that the lever can be pulled. If the leader spends their action to help, they cannot pull the lever in the same round.
So verbally solving the puzzle makes sense to me. Since you're still under silence and can't speak, you could potentially help Seth, like charades almost, pointing to pieces to place. However, what I'll have you do is a performance check for Anastasia. If your roll is 13 or higher, Seth can have advantage for your help for that round.
