Correct. I edited it. I copied the attack roll and accidentally took the explanation of Toxic on the first roll as well.

So with this many people in the initiative order, I've put people together in groups. Everyone in the same group goes at the same time. I see how it can be stupid (no offense taken) seeing as how I let you guys explain your turns first before I reveal how the monsters spend their turns. 

I have you guys post your turns first so you aren't influenced by what the monsters do. Which seems like what just happened. When you saw the ogre attacked you, you wanted to dodge. So I have you guys post first, then reveal the monsters actions afterwards (allowing for reactions only) as the monsters are going to do the same thing no matter what the PCs do.

But yes. Everyone in the group moves at the same time, so if your damage brings the monster to 0 and his damage does the same, then both actions take place.

Shield 2 will double attack Xan with its spear. Attack 1: Attack: 15 Damage: 2 and Attack 2: Attack: 22 Damage: 3

Stonetree:

Half-Ogre 5: Will attack Torinn: Attack: 14 Damage: 11

Bolt Launcher will punch Stonefist with it's dying breath: Attack: 19 Damage: 8

Stonetree takes 4 damage as he kills the Bolt Launcher with his first strike, attacks ogre 2 with his second strike, then kills it with his final strike.

Torinn takes 11 damage from the half-ogre and is eliminated from the competition.

Niver yells out “help!” as he  sees his fighting partner vanish, now surrounded by two creatures seemingly 20 times his size. 

LeShanna sees Stripes going for the ogre and Niver all alone. She charges to N8 and draws her rapier and slashes at HG 5 with her shortsword and HG 2 with her rapier.

HG 5: Attack: 26 Damage: 12

HG 2: Attack: 14 Damage: 1

"Stripes slashes at the ogre, panting heavily and bleeding from multiple wounds, it's close to falling! LeShanna speeds across the battlefield to aid her gnome friend! She attacks each of her targets as they both gain more wounds and more blood stains the grass. None of the monsters for IKLIDA are going to remain standing much longer!"

Xan will bonus action disengage and move to B7 and attack shield 5: Attack: 22 Damage: 16

"Xan does gain a stab from behind from an unsuspecting shield kobold (5) but it still stands! Each tribe has 3 creatures left, but IKLIDA's monsters are much closer to death! Can VELUTHE catch up?"

I just changed it right before I saw your post lol I skipped Group 1 and went straight to Group 2

"Thanks, LaShanna! We almost got this!" Niver will go stab, stab, punch, punch the two massive monsters surrounding him. He will stab with the daggers before punching with a packed fist. Niver will go after half ogre 2 then half ogre 5 if 2 falls dead. 

Attack: 24 Damage: 5 

Off hand  attack: 13 Damage: 9 

Punch 1: 20 Damage: 6

"The half-ogre targets LeShanna with an attack! (Attack: Attack: 20 Damage: 18) Then Niver takes out his first half-ogre with a single dagger stab, then takes out the other with his punches! That's a strong gnome ladies and gentlemen!"

Khan sees that only 1 incredibly wounded ogre is left on Iklida's side. She knows she has to go for broke because she knows the hastened goliath will surely take out that last ogre. We have to win next turn just to tie.

One sharpshooter attack for each kobold.

Shield 2 - Attack: 18 Damage: 19

Shield 5 - Attack: 25 Damage: 25

Susan redraws her bow and smiles at her bats being alive. You’re alive! Yeah! She ha Shem fly to shield 5, (I’m dumb. Same target) and, as her last target died, she moves her Hunters mark to shield 5. They both team up to take shield 5 same targetdown!

Attack: 14 Damage: 7 from Susan

Attack: 18 Damage: 4 from bats
