"Now that we have the tribes set, let's get to today's challenge," Von begins. "For this challenge you will swim out and swim through a ringed tube, there is one for each of you. It requires finesse to enter it just right. After that you'll make it to land and have to dig under a log and crawl underneath it, again there's one log for each of you. After that you will swim some more to another less slender ring, each of you will need to use finesse to get through your rings. Immediately after the rings there is a buoy that needs to be untied to be released, it is 30ft below the surface of the water. When all 4 buoys are released, you can make it to the platform and begin shooting. You can have as many shooters on the platform as you want. After you take your shot, if you miss, you will have to have the buoys retrieved and either swam back to you or thrown back to you. First tribe to have all four buoys in their baskets will win reward. Tonight's reward, is a Survivor picnic, sandwiches, cookies, tea, lemonade, salad, cake, chips. Everyone take your spots and we'll get started."
Rules Translation:
Overall: Familiars and pets that do not have a swim speed cannot compete in this challenge. If you do not have a swim speed, the water is considered difficult terrain. You do not need to wait on anyone to continue on, therefore it is possible to have one person complete the challenge and everyone else not have completed the first ring, though that would be very difficult. The first number written is for distance in that section, the second number is the distance from that point to the very beginning of the race.
Rings (1st and 2nd set) (Acrobatics Check): No one can help on the rings, unless it makes sense, but since everyone has their own rings and you cannot touch others, and I'm not sure verbal clues would help. The second ring is larger (easier) than the first ring.
Log (Athletics Check): Everyone has their own log. As an action you can attempt to crawl under it OR dig sand out, reducing the DC for the log by 2. You can help others dig under their logs if you decide to.
Tied Buoys (Sleight of Hand Check): The length on the map for this section is vertical, not horizontal, as you are swimming down. For those that cannot breathe underwater, each turn you end underwater, will require a Constitution save to stay underwater (due to being 30 feet deep). If you fail, you must move on your next turn before doing anything else and movement can only be used to swim back to the surface.
Platform and Basket (Attack Rolls): If you have access to a buoy, you make make a thrown attack (you can use strength or dexterity) to make it into one of the baskets. If you miss, the buoy will land in a random place in the water. It must be retrieved to make another shot. You can swim out yourself and get it or someone out there can throw it back to you as their action.
Spells: Same rules as last challenge. No damage dealing spells. Any spell you can cast that does not require you to roll for damage, you may cast.
Reward: The picnic equals to your character having the equivalent of 7 servings of rice, as well as your hit points fully restored.
Any questions? - If you post for your turn, I will take that to mean you have read and understood the rules and you have no questions.

LeShanna will cast haste on herself and will start a bladesong as a bonus action. My movement becomes 40ft, I don't have a swim speed, assuming the rings are like the gaps in the last challenge (and don't require an action) I will dash and go as far as I can. Acrobatics Check: 21
The rings are at the 25ft mark in each section. They do not require an action to attempt, however, if you fail the acrobatics check, that ends your turn.
Initiative Round 1:
(21) LeShanna:Concentrating on Haste. Clears the 1st ring.
(19-20) Khan:Can't clear the 1st ring.
(19-9)Kurot: Can't clear the 1st ring.
(19-5) Toxic:Clears the first ring and charges through all the way to the first log.
Khan will dash and attempt the first ring. Acrobatics: 10
I know you said that everyone has their own ring, so I assume the fact that I'm a small race doesn't mean anything because the small races would have a smaller tube that would make it just as hard for the medium races to get through theirs?
Toxic will dash as a bonus action, then dash again, swimming like a torpedo 60ft in the water (how many Acrobatics checks? I’d like to know before I roll.)

Yes, that is correct. Same DC for all, because everyone has their own specific rings and log.
