Any other remarks such as that from ANY of you.....and the only crack that any of you will see is the crack in your skulls and ribs as my hammer slams through them
You pray to your god for guidance....ask them for some brains for all of you as well. You are all clearly in need. A large request though. Perhaps not enough power for that.
Yes yes big man pound your chest and stamp your feet. Until you’ve stared into the abyssal depths of a revenants gaze don’t try to scare me you are wasting your breath and my time. Now either help me find these goblins or kindly bugger off I have goblins to kill and a dwarf to rescue.
Steinarr makes a point of turning his back to X and focusing on the goblin track
Steinarr, having seen the trail the previous day you are able to find it again without too much trouble. The group begins to head north, following the trail. The trail is light, and would be easy to miss without skill in tracking, but Steinarr is able to follow it well; it suggests that a handful of goblins pass by that way most days, and occasional larger bands come through too.
(Do you leave the cart in the middle of the Triboar Trail, or take it off to where you camped and hide it?)
Please give me a clear marching order, single file. Who is first, second, third, fourth and fifth? First come, first served, and please check that you're not picking a slot that's already taken.
do you think you could get Odinn to look in the area for a camp or cave that goblins may be using as a hideout? Probably to the north since that is the way that one goblin tried escaping.
Always , my friend. you hear Soron snap his fingers, you see Odinn appear out of thin air , Odinn flies north 100ft (I put my hands on the shoulders of the first willing companion because I'm bilnd) And Soron starts describing the path ahead.
Be cause of the slow advance of Odinn , Soron hears the conversation between Demetrio, X and Steinarr and in response:
Ah, look at us! Already starting to look like a team ( he laughs for a few seconds and then begins to describe the path ahead of Steinarr , Odinn flying 60ft in front of him(Steinarr)).
Steinarr, the cart is completely hidden; it's certainly not visible from the road, and actually someone would probably need to get within ten feet of it even to suspect that it wasn't just a large thicket. It takes you about an hour to pull this off, but the result is something of a work of art.
First - Steinarr Second - X Third - Kylara Fourth - Demetrio Fifth - Soron (blind and seeing through Odinn)
You start along the trail, as it passes through the trees, then out into the grasslands, winding between small hills and rough patches and into yet another wood. An hour along the trail, and it is now well past noon. The air is still, and the only noise you hear is of your own footsteps as you trample leaves and grass beneath your feet. The wood is still, with only the occasional bird call to mark your passage.
Now two hours along the trail. Steinarr, you are distracted for a moment by what appears to be a fox darting through the undergrowth, but it scampers harmlessly away. You turn your eyes back onto the trail, and notice a thin wire across the way, tied between two trees only a few inches above the ground. You are two steps away from hitting the wire.
I pick up the scroll case that is by the horses and put it in the hidden cart(used to contain a map that Gundar had) while everyone bickers, when Steinarr sees the wire I assume he halts us and we inspect the wire. I then make the recommendation to Demetrio that he and Soron swap places so he is better protect a blind and deaf guy. (Also if we go over the wire I pick Soron up and Cary him over.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Steinarr does call a halt. Not being proficient in disarming traps he identifies the trip wire to the others and carefully steps over the trap. Once everyone is past it and they plan to continue he will begin actively searching for more traps.
This is definitely the right way then I’d say. I know it will slow us down but I don’t want to step into any other traps, we got lucky with this one.
You all step very carefully over the wire, Soron's steps guided by Demetrio, which takes a little time.
Continuing, the trail emerges from the woods and into grasslands; tall grass is interspersed with thickets of brambles, and you cross a few small stream that flow eastwards. You follow the trail as it curves behind a raised area of earth and continues on.
Steinarr, you hear a crunch beneath your foot. Make a Dexterity saving throw.

You have a life to lose. Pray to your god or your demon or the depths or whatever it is you believe in. Because *I* will surely not be protecting you.
Let's hope your being enjoys a front row seat to your death as much as I will.

First:
Second:
Third:
Fourth:
Fifth:
Steinarr will take first position as he is tracking.
If the cart cannot fit up the track then he takes a few moments to hide it nearby and obscure it with foliage
stealth or survival for camouflaging the cart?

By all means, guide us, show us your heroism.
X will take the second position, Warhammer and shield out

Roll Survival to hide the cart, please.
Survival roll.

That should do the trick! Right let’s be off then.
Steinarr heads up the track following Odinn and scanning the ground
Marching order:
First - Steinarr
Second - X
Third -
Fourth -
Fifth -
Please confirm for the others, and we'll get moving.
Soron would be the last one using the one in front to guide him cuz his blind and deaf
I’d say Kylara third then and Demetrio fourth as he can protect both that way
First - Steinarr
Second - X
Third - Kylara
Fourth - Demetrio
Fifth - Soron (blind and seeing through Odinn)
