Roselina hears the woman, looking over to see Quilrith as she sighs. "I believe that he just needs to use the bathroom. Isn't that right, Quilrith?" she said back to her before asking him, hoping that Quilrith plays along with it.
"Sorry Mistress, I wanted to see who was banging on your walls putting those posters up. Perhaps we could glean some information from the Burgomasters lackeys.
"It would be his lackeys putting them up," the woman says. "They have nothing to do with me, and I have had enough of these celebrations. The Festival of the Sun, his calling this one, last week it was the festival of the wolf, three days before that it was the festival of the moon, the day before that was the festival of the pigs..." she says, with a slight annoyance in her tone. "And the bathroom is here downstairs, through that door," she says - pointing to a door on the opposite side of the room from the stairs.
"So, you are loyal to Strahd, fair enough. But you also say he is not himself lately. What can we do to help solve this and bring this realm back to normal? And how can you help us do this?"
"This is normal, as long as I have remembered Strahd has been the lord of the land. I have known no different. But he has not been himself, that is correct. He hasn't been seen out of his keep in years. He used to wonder the realms and check on his people. He doesn't do that anymore, so as to how we can be of help, we can't, because we can't get to him. Those that have tried, have never returned. So we don't even know what is wrong with him," Lady watcher replies to Vrakrith. Looking confused that he suggested that it meant something was wrong with the realm.
"My apologies lady, if I misunderstood. I just meant that the Burgomaster seems to think he must throw these festivals and that it isn't normal for the realm to have such festivals. What can we do to aid in setting Strahd back on the right course? How would we reach him if we tried to speak with him?"
"Ha! You want to reach him, he chooses who he speaks to. The mists only allow access to those he wishes to him," Lady Watcher responds. "He has a keep that he hides in the mist. Only his people can travel freely through them, and only he can part them to reveal his location," Lady Watcher adds.
Roselina listens to her, sighing and annoyed. "He seems to have some interest in us since he came and appeared before us in person, trying to intimidate us. So if we keep doing what we have been doing, he'll get more interested. But it seems like this is all we're gonna get here for help in this town. We should move on then and figure out how to get to him another way." she would say, thinking that this talk was utterly pointless and not helpful except having found an ally of Strahd.
"I've been here for my entire life, born in this house and I will die in this house," she says, completely straight faced. It's then that you noticed that nobody in this town has smiled once. Lady Watcher is no exception. When you ask about Strahd she looks toward you and says "His and my family have a long shared history, and most of it on the same side," she tells you.
"There is no beauty left in this world. The burgomaster's son cursed my daughter with insanity, so I hope you can understand I don't want people wondering around in case they might get hurt," Lady Watcher says.
Sova's ears perk up at the mention of her daughter and the burgomaster's son, "How exactly did his son turn your daughter mad? Is he a threat to the community?" Sova's eyes flair as the thought of another child being harmed slowly angers him. "Is that any way that her sanity can be restored?"
"They were to be married, but his scheming and manipulation slowly drove her insane," Lady Watcher tells you. "Her mind was damaged, it is not a poison or a disease, as that magic hasn't worked. There is nobody here that can do any stronger, however," she says.
As Quil goes outside, on every wall of every building as you step out is a poster.
The poster says: COME ONE, COME ALL, to the greatest celebration of the year: THE FESTIVAL OF THE BLAZING SUN! Attendance and children required. Rain or shine. ALL WILL BE WELL! --The Baron--
Quil slowly makes his way around the building seemingly admiring the architecture and the grounds. In reality he is causing the joint, looking for access points where he could gain entry either at ground floor or further up the building withe through doors windows or even a chimney.
As Quilrith starts to make his way toward the stairs, the woman looks in his direction. “Where are you going?” she asks.
The hammering, after about 10 minutes finally stops.
Roselina hears the woman, looking over to see Quilrith as she sighs. "I believe that he just needs to use the bathroom. Isn't that right, Quilrith?" she said back to her before asking him, hoping that Quilrith plays along with it.

"I see," Lady Watcher says with a slight smile. "Well, if there's anything else?" she asks.
Returning from the bathroom Quil looks around at his fellow adventurers. Before casting his gaze once more upon Lady watcher.
"Your lovely home seems like it's fallen into disrepair. How long have you been here good lady?
There was also one more thing, you seem to know a lot about Strahd, are you not worried at all by his nocturnal proclivities?"
Quil ask, an innocent look on his face

"Why thank you m'lady. It is a lovely home, would you be inclined to perhaps give us a tour. I for one would love to inspect your antiquities"

"That seems fair, unless one of my associates needs anything I think we shall visit the village find out what's going on."

The date for the festival is tomorrow.

As the leave Vrak looks at one of the flyers.
"So, do we leave town or attend the festival? We don't seem to be learning much here. We can at least report what we have found out to Rictavio."
