Ok so thanks to Iroona's warning you know that there are orcs across the way - however only Vonman and Iroona can actually see them (because darkvision) they are about 45 feet from you. (So I believe ranged attacks from anyone that can't see them at the moment are at disadvantage.)

Rowena finds a cozy spot to sit down and cuts off about 3 foot of her rope and ties one end of it to her maul and the other end around her wrist to secure it so that later should she drop it etc. she won't lose it... as it will be more or less attached to her.
She turns to the dwarf Vonman, "are you a fool or practically minded dwarf? Look at the darkness in here, I'm no better than half-blind. What bloody use is the wand to me... to us if I cannot see to use it? Now take it, and use it to cover my beautiful bum!!!" She extends her hand with the wand in it to give to it to him...
OOC: Not sure if that counts as Rowena action no worries let the others have a chance instead Rowena hogging the spotlight who went first last time so more than willing to go to the end of the line to be fair so Iroona is up...
OOC > Is Rowena doing this as her combat action? Not entirely out of character to stop and have tea amidst the battle, but...
Iroona will step over to Sir Aldon, and cast Light on one of his crossbow bolts. "Shoot it that way!" she points across the chasm along the bridge at one of the orcs. Then she hides behind Slate again.

OOC: What would have Rowena besides what I outlined, she cannot see the orcs to use the wand nor does she want to risk trying to cross the bridge and risk losing her weapon without securing it first and offing the wand to someone to use it to help provide her with cover fire when she is ready to charge the bridge and try to cross... so for me, yes that is her action since there is little she can do except scream taunts and she already used her best taught. So please free to continue initiative order, thanks. :)

Like a slow arc of lighting, Sir Aldon's bolt soars across the gap misses both orcs completely and slams in to the wall behind them. They are now currently backlit by the glowing crossbow bolt on the ground behind them. They seem surprised at first and they are gripping what appear to be javelins, and are prepared to throw them.
The parties excitement is short lived however as one orc grabs the glowing bolt and throws it in to the chasm between you. It slowly tumbles about 200 feet before disappearing in to what appears to be swift moving water.
Now from out of the darkness, a javelin flies through the air at Sir Aldon.

It clatters harmlessly wide.....

Slate growled as the light source disappeared, <goblin> "Foul smelling rotworms, come meet the Scion of Talos the Untamed!" she called across the chasm to them as she cast light on her Warhammer so the group would once again have something to light up the darkness. She then moved toward the bridge and stood with her shield raised and warhammer at the ready.
