Iroona looks Rowena and Von over, and then says, "Let's take a little rest, but first, let me help you out, Miss Rowena." She will lay her hands on Rowena, and the glow of light emanates from them (she casts Cure Wounds at 2nd level), and Rowena is healed 13 hp.

Then she turns to Vonman, "I'm afraid I don't have as much left, but you and Pail o' Water should probably be standing behind the rest anyway," but she touches him and her hand glows briefly (Healing Light feature) and he is healed 1 hp.

She sways a little, leaning into Slate. "Now, just a Short Rest would be grand."

So as you all settle down to take a breather and recover a bit the hour goes by uneventfully.  Feel free to use hit dice if you still need some HP.  Theis place has been eerily quiet while you rest as well, but nothing disturbs you except perhaps the dead ogre in the corner who's head lies on the floor next to them.

Slate

Slate spent the downtime going through and gauging how much she'd collected from the chest, situating it in her pack so that it wouldn't jingle as much as they moved forward, and eating a bit of rations to keep her strength up. "Is everyone ready to move forward now? Was that statue of consequence?"

Rowena looks at the statue and back to Slate, "I don't know, Iroona was fiddling with it. But I am ready to continue on when everyone else is good to go."

Is Rowena approaching the statue again? or just looking down the hall at it?

Iroona pipes up, from over where she is being effortlessly stunning. "If it was trapped, then it is probably of consequence, no?"

Slate

Slate chuckles, "Maybe, some people are just sick"

Rowena is close else I assume being that Iroona cast a cure wounds on her but not paying any mind to the statue.

I was under the impression that everyone moved back to Ulfie's room to rest? if you're at the statue still then everyone will need to do another CON save (DC 12) before we get to the short rest.

I'll take that in to consideration Oddlot - let's see what everyone else wanted to do then.

OOC: Just putting out there that I assumed Slate was in Ulfie's old chambers, for at least the hour necessary to grant the Short Rest. As far as I am concerned she hasn't moved from there. :)

As I understand it, Von went to Investogate the statue and failed, triggering the gas. Iroona went to pull on the hammer because she’s impulsive and a know-it-all, then I read the spoiler text and realized she’d been gassed, too. 

I think everyone else would have noticed and stayed away. Then Iroona healed people, then the party went to Ulfie’s room for an hour and everyone got a Short Rest.

Now we’re deciding whether to go back to the statue.

If that's what everyone agrees on then no need to do CON checks and we can continue as before :) unless y'all go play with the statue again

Very much so. However, he cant leave his tank. Von frowns. One second. 

10 Minutes Later..

Von creates an invisible person, now here to mess with the statue. Go. Do the thing. See if that has any other traps. He is now our trap tester. Here. Von hands the invisiman-Steve!-a lit torch. Now he’s a guide. So, are we resting, or what?
