Flint throws the fuzzy ball in his hand and yells, "Help me, help me, help me!" Angered at O'Malley for dropping him and making him wet!

Axe beak appears and rushes to try and assist Flint.

A surprised axe beak appears, and their talons dig in to the stone keeping them upright.......staring at a screaming, wet and slimy halfling and a smiling baboon sliding towards the river.

Make a DC 10 strength check to see if the Axe Beak can grab you with their...um....beak

Iroona watches everyone (except brave Sir Aldon) slip and slide and windmill their arms and she steps out as well, trying carefully to keep her balance.

(At her next opportunity, because I don't know if we're going round by round, Iroona will summon Shatterspike and try to slam it point first into the ground, to give her something to hang on to. In case you need it, here's a roll to hit the ground: 20 to hit, for 7 damage.)

The axe beak pecks at Flint as he slides past him and misses....then looks at Sir Aldon and sort of shrugs their shoulders.

Slate with her hand extended to help Iroona, loses her footing and lands on her side following Flint and O'Malley

Iroona gracefully slips, falls on her butt and starts to follow most of the party towards the river but then swings her magical sword desperately and it sticks in to the rock halting her progress.

So........Flint, O'Malley and Slate - I'll need you to make a DC 10 Strength saving through to stop from falling IN to the river and being swept downstream.

Sir Aldon and Vonman - are y'all planning on doing anything or just watching the clown show?

Flint grabs at the rocks and finds one to latch on to as he watches O'Malley get swept away. "O'MALLEY!!!! NOOOOOOOOO!!!"

OOC: Can Sir Aldon try and help one of the three before they fall into the river? Like grab them or toss out a rope?

Slate

Slate lands hard but immediately begins scrambling to grab a hand hold of something, anything. If this wasn't potentially dangerous it might be funny as she looked around and saw everyone else also slipping and falling. When she saw Iroona shove that wicked blade of hers down into the ground she couldn't help but be impressed, she had good instincts, but she didn't think she'd have enough strength to hold herself and any of the others. 

Strength Check: 4

I'll allow Sir Aldon to try and grab Slate then as she shoots past.

Slate go ahead an roll that Strength save again this time with Advantage

As Slate shoots past Sir Aldon, he manages to grab her by the wrist and stop her momentum

Sadly everyone watches as a smiling and laughing baboon splashes in to the river and disappears downstream.

Slate

Slate breathed a sigh of relief, "Let's get back to the stairs and head a different direction, this is a slippery slope to nowhere good it would seem" she then gave a nod to Sir Aldon out of respect for having caught her. 

"O'Malley?" Flint yells over the sounds of the water rushing by, hoping to hear his little companion. The axe beak and he leave the chamber, Flint knows this won't be the last he sees of O'Malley.
