So are you going back down the stairs to the large cavern with the mushroom forest?

Making her way back to the tunnel with help, rope, and whatnot, Iroona looks back into the slippery cave with some regret. "I'm a little lost, with all the twisting caves. Is there another way to get to that dam area where the little river comes out? Do we care?"

"I wonder what's up there," Iroona muses as the group heads eastward and passes the cliff leading into a cave northwards (to area 26). "Slate, would you boost me up, I'll take a quick look?"

 Iroona you notice something squishy in the rocks as you're poking around - what you don't see is the other one attack you! 

[Tentacles: 23 Damage: 9 slashing damage]

as this thing grasps you in slimy tentacles it pulls you close and tries to bite you with its beak as well!

[Beak: 18 Damage: 6 piercing damage]

((OOG If it's a roper I am running away and never coming back lol those things are OP af in caves. Jk Jk, I'll stay but yikes, please don't be a roper!!!))

Some questions:

1. Has it been more than an hour in-game since we fought the troglodytes and the bear?
2. Is Iroona alone up in that high cave area (26 on the map)? Or is this taking place on the fungus floor?
3. Does it matter at all? She had 15 hp at the start of this, and an AC of 10, and she just took 18 hp. Warlock down!

Iroona screams and flails about, then falls limp in the thing's tentacly grasp.

Initiative: 17

1) More than an hour? probably you were wandering around and destroying sarcophagus and slip n sliding in river caves
2) This happens before you try to climb up there
3) WARLOCK DOWN! Still roll initiative so I can put you in the order of things Iroona please.

OOC > We do need to know when those Death Saves need to be rolled! The irony of course, is that she's still got 3d6 worth of healing saved up.

Flint sees his companion goes down and has a flashback to a time before...

He stands his ground looking for a chance to...help or flee. He still hasn’t decided.
