The guard escort the couple out and the seem stricken with grief. You know that much of this attitude is a sham and that Jill is playing her part. Still for now there is nothing you can do.
Time for you to head out to the Tavern. You are all a bit tired and still need to do your report. (Updated the interactive Map HERE)
( I am still waiting for the result of my insight on the woman when she told us about she doesn't know nothing of the Black, but time for more direct methods)
"You know Jill... I have the feeling that you are hiding something. You don't need to protect anyone, we can protect you, after all we are your friends, aren't we?"

Ouch missed that one. Sorry.
So insight first; She is lying to you.
Jill looks at Kriz as she is leaving the cell, (Save 14 ) "We are not."
A little bit frustrated Kriz leaves towards the tavern with the others.
"That should have worked "she mutters and explains to the others " I tried a little trick with Jill back in the cell. But she resisted, and she doesn't struck me as someone with elven blood. That woman is dangerous and we should keep an eye on her in the future."
As with North Ward, watch patrols are quite frequent as one of the benefits of position. They are always polite and generally lightly armed, as most of the miscreants they find in this ward are well-dressed, drunken nobles who need only to be steered to the next party. The Watch deals swiftly with any other disruptions, their tolerance for any vandalism, violence or theft being quite low.
The boundaries for this district are Julthoon Street and Shield Street, with a small eastern arm extending to the High road along Vondil Street.
Architecture
Aside from the Palace, you cannot find more finely crafted workmanship than the homes of Sea Ward. While North Ward tends toward pretense, the older, grander villas and temples of this ward have an air of stateliness and majesty (to say nothing of haughtiness). The ward's variety of building details are astounding, from talking tavern signs that wink at customers to three gilded towers that seem braided together. While seeming petty and grasping to outsiders, an address here is not a joking matter, and many Waterdhavians spend their entire lives hoping to get a good address within Sea Ward's boundaries.
Most of the ward's streets are paved in cobbles or corduroy. The nobles insist on getting the rest of the alleys paved, but the Lords' Loyal Order of Street Laborers are under express orders to maintain the existing corduroy roads. They may, however, replace the corduroy by the House of Inspired Hands with cobblestone, as frequent "testings" and explosions have set the log road on fire on multiple occasions.
Fruli joins the rest of her team, sniffing the air and looking about. Without her backpack, she just has her weapons and the contents of her belt pouch.

The team moves toward the north and enters the Sea Ward via the Sul Street. You are all wearing grey cloaks and a wolf brooch holds it closed so that the people know who you are and it doesn't take long for one to find you.
Small boy comes to you and you see bruises and blood on the side of his head. " Come sirs, please, they are stealing my moms goods..." without waiting for you he darts of to the Whim Street on the side and then right.
Seb quickly turns to the others before they follow the boy. "Now is that just coincidence, or does the posh prick ward have more crime than all of them?" He chuckles, shrugs and turns to follow the young lad.

The druid's nose wrinkles as she looks around warily. "We should help, but look for traps as well. A wounded child is bait no one can resist." Fruli had seen it before, employed by crooks and con men. Also goblins had been known to leave an injured victim in sight to draw further prey.
She follows the child, but remains on her guard.

Xana thanks him and asks him for a description of the mage. Then follows Seb, once he’s given her one.

OK. The mage is young and has bright golden hair. He is tall and lanky.
The time he saw him he had a dark blue robe with a silver start on his breast.
When she rejoins the rest of the group, with the baker in tow I presume, she looks to the rest and says, “We good to go?”

If you have nothing else to do in the city you can move to the Tavern Thread and make your report to the sergeant .
Crash waits outside checking in with the stablehand that Neblin, his horse, is being looked after properly.
After Seb leaves the tavern, he leans against the outside wall and finishes his toast as he waits for the others.

The kid leads you to a Bow and Arrow shop and goes straight in. Inside you can hear noise as the a thug or two are rummaging through it.
Strangely enough there are no citizen near.
