Insert the Red Gem into the empty slot.
The statue seems to glow faintly when you place it in.

It is a tiny room with not much room to move. You notice there is a sarcophagus with a stone greataxe on it inside the cave.
I go in to the room and life open the sarcophagus.
When you open the lid, you notice a well dressed skeleton with a great axe that has seen use in battle. The handle is split into pieces and the head of the axe is worn and chipped. It has two slots it on the head looking seemingly close to the gems you had earlier.
