Abner doesn't find any traps. He can see oak two doors, one to his left and one directly ahead. The floor is made up of wooden planks and he doesn't see any evidence of a cellar.
The house looks like quite a rich style two storey manor made from wood. Beams would have held the ceiling up, but much of the upper floor looks to have been destroyed in the fire.

The clearing is quite wide, so there's no damage to the canopy. The grass and shrubbery immediate to the manor has burned away, within a roughly 20 ft. radius of the walls. From what Therne can see, the fire started from a singular point directly on top of the roof.

"What do you think Abner? Is it safe to walk in, or will I fall through the floor?"
Brozak looks at his companions and says, "I am probably the heaviest, with all of my armor and whatnot. Shall I enter gingerly to see if the floor will hold me? No need to risk the whole group."

Stepping over the threshold and into the entry hall, Abner's foot crunches down on charred chunks of wood and burnt paper. The floor creaks but holds firm as he steps on it, indicating that the structure is sound. Looking up, the half-elf sees that the ceiling has fallen through, exposing the gap-filled roof. It would appear that most of the upper floor has fallen through, except for a small section to the right of the door - perhaps the remains of a single room. The ceiling is 15 ft. tall however, so the upper room can't be reached.

As Therne gets back around to the front, she will relay what she saw. “I expect those two points of magic are somewhere within the house, so watch out for those. I can cast again inside, too, if you like.” She’ll also show the scraps of writing she found. “Is that the wife? I don’t think we got their given names, did we?” She rubs the back of her head at the realization. “Oh, and stay out of the garden for the moment, I don’t think that we can convince twig blights that we are friends, and being made of wood I doubt they set the fire.”
As we explore, Red will want to be in the middle of the order. Most of my tricks don't require line of sight, and I am the softest target of us. If we need to get up there, I could Mage Hand up a grappling hook and a rope - if we can see an entry to climb through. If anyone is trying something hard, remember to get a Guidance from Sister Adri or an Inspiration from myself. Shall we let Lady Therne direct us since she had the recon? Brother Brozak in the lead as he suggested.

Therne will recast Detect Magic, and go inside cautiously. She’s going to start by just peering in as much as she can to see if she can spot that first magic signature (hopefully with some guidance or other form of assistance).
Therne sits cross-legged outside of the manor, preparing her ritual to cast detect magic again whilst Abner and Brozak gingerly move through the entry hall.
As Abner steps towards the right, a floorboard beneath his foot creaks loudly and sharply, causing him to cringe slightly. Looking around the corner, he sees a hallway with three doors, two of which are ajar. The nearest door appears to be slightly cracked, and looks like it leads to the room that lies beneath the intact upper room. The floors and walls seem to be the same as the entry hall, strewn with debris and burnt remains. The ceiling here is blackened and crumbling, with whole sections having fallen through to scatter lumps of timber across the floors. A blackened portrait hangs limply from a wall on the left side of the hallway.

Once Brozak and Abner are in, Red asks Adri Sister, can you take rearguard?
Allowing Therne space for her ritual, Red enters, looking around the room. As Abner looks to the right hall, Red will look to the lower left corner and listen at the door

Red sees that the left hallway leads to what was once a ruined ballroom. Two oak doors lead to an adjacent room, both of which are closed. Another door further along the hall is ajar. The floor, walls and ceiling are consistent with the right hand side of the hallway. As far as anybody can tell, there is no life here.

"I'd be happy to. " Adri responds to Red. She will once again cast Guidance on Therne and once she is done, she will follow behind her into the building while looking behind them for any dangers.
Red hears nothing from the room when he listens at the door. It doesn't appear to be locked, like the other rooms in the manor, and does not have a keyhole.

Perception check for Detect Magic (looking mainly for the source of that magic closest to the door, or any new magic detectable only inside): 18 (drop 4 if you'd prefer it to be an Investigation check)
Therne detects the aura within 30 ft. of her again, but can't spot the aura that gives away the position of whatever is causing the necromancy signal. At this point in the entry hall, she can also pick up the conjuration signal. Both of them are faint, suggesting that they are hidden behind something or have multiple barriers between Therne and the source.

And what about the signs of fire damage, extent of the tree canopy/etc?

To Brozak, "Dunno! Let's find out?"
Abner gingerly enters the room under the arch and has a look around. He looks up. (Is there a ceiling?) He looks back at the others and shrugs.
