You all work together and get camp packed up in about four minutes. The aukarak gets closer and closer, and Tel-Lir speaks in a grim voice, her orders confident and certain despite the situation. "We need to get out of its path. Tel-Kas, Taran, help me pick out the route ahead. Akuma, Vishal, take a look at that thing and try to figure out which direction gets us out of the way the quickest. Caelius, Liana, there may be creatures coming out of the storm ahead of it. Keep them from stopping us. Kaori, some of those creatures may be airborne. They're your responsibility."
This is going to be a combination skill challenge and potential combat. I need the following rolls from people. Taran: Survival check for navigating the terrain Vishal and Akuma: Perception to identify the shorter end of the storm. Caelius and Kaori: Three attacks each (we aren't doing Extra Attack or Twinned Spell or anything) to represent as a whole your efforts to keep creatures away from the party.
I will take the combination of all of these rolls to determine if you make it to the edge of the storm in time (Note: You won't die if you go into the storm, just have to deal with some...weird shit). The storm will currently hit in 5 minutes.
"Y-Y-Yes M-Ma'am." Taran says, already moving, pulling up his mental map of the area and recalling the route of least resistance that was nearest. He didn't look back, if anything came from that storm, the others would handle it.
(Wanting to pull on my Wanderer trait from my background, this seems like an "all advantages we can get" type of situation. Text below for reference.)
Feature: Wanderer
You have an excellent memory for maps and geography, and you can always recall the general layout of terrain, settlements, and other features around you. In addition, you can find food and fresh water for yourself and up to five other people each day, provided that the land offers berries, small game, water, and so forth.
"The relevant equation is: Knowledge = power = energy = matter = mass; a good bookshop is just a genteel Black Hole that knows how to read." - Terry Pratchett
You all run and run, Caelius, Siepha, and Kaori blasting or slashing at strange, half-formed creatures that exit the storm ahead of it. Taran manages to pick out a good path in the direction indicated by Vishal and Akuma, and you make it out of the path of the storm a couple minutes before it blasts past. Looking in, you can see that the inside of the storm looks like a funhouse version of reality, with parts of the world that were never supposed to move pinwheeling around and switching places with each other and distorting. You catch a glimpse of something tall with tentacles, but the storm rushes it past you before you can get a proper look. Finally, the storm is past and you can set up a new camp and get some rest.
OOC: Feel free to rp anything you want in the aftermath of that, and once you're ready to continue, select your activities and roll for three more days.
Taran turns and offers a small bow to Tel-Lir, as they are setting up the new campsite "Th-Thank y-y-you f-for sp-spotting th-the st-storm, w-w-we w-wouldn't h-have h-had th-the t-t-time to es-escape w-w-without your h-h-help."
Day 6: You make your way along the Tundra after escaping the reality storm, and run into another Sartuuk patrol. While Tel-Kas is relaying the news of the storm to them, Tel-Lir confirms that this is normal, as you're making your way further into Sartuuk territory. Tel-Kas returns and you move on.
Day 7: Today is very quiet. Kaori is able to expertly clear the path and Taran keeps a sharp eye out, and you all run into no trouble or other events whatsoever. That evening, while Caelius is talking to Siepha, he feels like he has a bit of a breakthrough. The young dragon's eyes turn momentarily solid blue, and a ripple passes across her skin that looks almost like light blue scales.
Day 8: Today, Tel-Lir tells you that you're approaching the area where the group guiding your extraction team might be in, so pay attention. You all set off, Taran keeping an eagle eye out while Kaori ruthlessly shoves snow out of the way.
You've just started moving again after lunch when Taran spots a light sleet approaching from the horizon. Suddenly, the sleet spins and speeds towards you at a rate of speed you've never seen snow move at, blurring towards you. Then it freezes in place, only fifty feet away, having crossed at least a mile in the blink of an eye. Looking, you can see that the snow is suddenly falling in slow motion.
"Qok," Tel-Kas breathes. "It can't be..."
"It is," Tel-Lir says grimly. "Time storm. Brace yourselves and grab onto each other, or we'll get separated by hours or days as well as miles."
The second Taran hears the word "Brace" he is already moving, ripping out his rope and tying it to Kaori, Esteemed Vishal and everyone else he can reach as quickly as possible. "G-Gather at th-the b-beach?" He shouts to their guides, "L-Listen f-f-for the h-horn."
As the storm comes in Vishal makes a decision and tapping into his powers Kaori, Cael, Taran, Akuma, and Seipha all feel his warm presence protecting them from the on coming storm as he grabs the hands of the two closest to him.
The sleet surrounds you, reducing everything to a haze of gray. The blowing wind whooshes through your ears, and you swear it carries howls and the crashing of weapons, but a second later the sounds fade away. The sleet freezes abruptly in midair for a moment, then blurs into motion, driving down so quickly that it leaves deep holes in the snow and pierces through closes to strike like tiny knives against your skin. It swirls and shimmers, and suddenly the ice is falling in slow motion, and you hear a might roar overhead. Looking up, you see what looks like a dragon the color of aged brass swoop overhead from out of nowhere, white energy surrounding it. The energy blasts outwards, and then the dragon is gone. Siepha's eyes are wide with shock and awe as the sleet begins swirling again, and in the distance, a small group of figures appears, the shifters dressed in what looks like an ancient form of Tel-Lir and Tel-Kas's clothing. They leap at each other with swords and spears drawn, and the sleet swallows them before their weapons meet.
The storm goes on for hours, the eight of you holding tightly to each other and doing your best to weather the storm. After what feels like approximately five hours, the sleet finally clears, and you can see the Tundra again - including the fact that the time of day looks to be earlier than what it was when you went in!
Everyone add a Perception onto their reaction posts please.
"I-I-Is an-anyone in-injured?" Taran asks, undoing the rope lines and checking over his companions for any serious lacerations from the knife-like sleet.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Caelius sighs, relieved to see that no one has rapidly aged or deaged. He will call upon his knowledge of time and space travel (Books, if you need a specific reference, I shall provide such) as well as his knowledge of the seasons to determine when they are.

Siepha is shaking a little, but manages a shake of her head in response to Taran's question. She wraps her arms around herself, eyes wide, and stays quiet.
Tel-Lir and Tel-Kas both shake their heads briefly at Taran. "Likely creatures who were caught in this or other time storms or who were at this location in the past or future," Tel-Lir replies to Akuma. "History, what will be, who knows?"
Caelius: Judging by the rapidly fading stars, you'd say you probably only moved a couple days into the future. Unless you moved a year and two days into the future, or back 334 days into the past...
Anyone who beat DC 15 with their Perception:
You spot a group of people about two miles away. Two of them are wearing Qiku clothes like Tel-Lir and Tel-Kas, but the other two are in Adaran clothes. At this distance, it's difficult to tell many more details other than that one of the Adarans is significantly shorter than the other.
