Krakkan laughs at the pathetic attempt to stop him. He draws the battle ax with Paavu inscribed on it and steps up to the goblin. He raises it with two hands and swings with all his might Attack: 23 Damage: 12
Slightly angered at the fact that he has missed with two of his spells the veins throughout Forge's body begin to glow brightly and his hair that usually hangs low starts to becomes violent like a live flame whipping through the air. Walks an additional 30ft. to close the final distance on the goblin while gripping his staff tightly with both hands. Upon reaching the goblin Forge raises the staff and attempts to bring it right down atop his head in hopes to knock the creature unconscious.
Zook is relieved that his illusory dwarf voice actually made a difference and allowed a small advantage to Krakkan. Seeing that the tide of battle has turned, and that the last remaining goblin is now highly outnumbered by his companions, Zoom decides to remain with Mandaway.

Hawk will round up his companions and tell them:
I think we need to regroup and rest. Mandaway needs time to get back on his feet.. and I could do with some food. I say we take a break in the Temple steeple, we can take turns to keep watch from the bell tower while others recover. You guys with me?
He then starts dragging Mandaway towards the Temple doors (front door), but he is more agile than he is strong (Strength: 9).
Hawk goes to drag Mandaway towards the Temple but is struggling to make any progress. (Using the encumbrance rules, Hawk is unable to drag by himself. Bert almost can, Krakkan can lift and carry with no difficulty)
Bert will help carry Mandaway to shelter. "Everyone, it seems pretty clear that these goblins had some help, and I know giants can throw heavy stones. Anyone see anything that helps fill in the puzzle? I love puzzles. I'll go outside and sneak around a bit to try to find out more, and also keep an eye on any threats." As soon as he's secured in the temple, he'll head back outside, trying to keep quiet and unseen (stealth 25) and looking and listening for any sign of anything else (perception: 19). He doesn't need a short rest but his companions look a bit beat up and could use a break while Mandaway hopefully recovers.
Bert also tries to drag the goblin bodies to the temple, and asks for help dragging the worg bodies there as well. "Krakkan, I also hold no love for goblins who seem to be celebrating the elimination of people from a whole town, but we could have tried to keep one alive to ask questions."

I was going for a ~3h short rest, to give Mandaway time to come back to consciousness.
Hawk will have some food (what looks like strips of dried meat) and a small nap (Hit Die: 3). He paces around the Temple a bit, looking around (Investigation: 1) and also spend some time in the bell tower looking around for any clues of what happened here, and keeping an eye out for any potential enemies (Perception: 15).
He tells Bert: Don't go wandering too far, we need to stay together!
Forge will sit quietly within the temple, pulling out his notebook and jotting down a few notes about his recent battle and about how one spell went off perfectly though another had caused him some failures and perhaps he needs to do some adjustments to his aiming algorithms.
(Using Arcane Recovery during short rest to recovery spell slot.)
After the first hour of time Forge will spend his time switching his senses back to Alf, his companion in the sky to keep watch over the Temple while Mandaway recovers some and watch for additional threats within the town.
With the 3 hours, pick 3 places you would like to investigate from the map. (A farm and the house with them is 1 place)
Hawk:
You find two sacks that you think probably belonged to the goblins you fought here. One sack contains three blocks of incense (worth 5 gp each), a silver holy symbol of Mielikki shaped like a unicorn’s head (worth 25 gp), and some stolen (and worthless) personal effects. The other sack holds three empty vials and an unlocked wooden offering box containing 37 cp and 15 sp.
Forge:
Flying around, Alf sees nothing that is going to threaten the temple, but there are a couple of goblins still in the town that seem to move between some buildings.

Once back inside the relative safety of the temple, Zook finds a secluded corner, where he sits down and meditates, attempting to bring calmness to his mind and body. Mentally replaying the battle, he tries to identify any errors he might have made, in either movement, judgement or physical execution. When faced with the worg, who could have easily eaten him with one bite, he fought well, perfectly executing his “cottage kick.” He didn’t see the goblin who shot him with the arrow, though; should he have been more in tune with his surroundings?
After awhile, he gets up, goes to check on Mandaway’s condition, then searches the tight, quiet alcoves in and around the temple for mice or any other small animals to converse with. If he finds any, he’ll ask them about what happened here in this village and when it occurred.
"There are still a few goblins in the area moving about the town. They don't seem to be approaching the temple at the moment so we are safe. It doesn't appear any other threats still remain in the area." Forge just wanted to make sure to relay this to his companions before quickly returning to Alf to allow everyone to rest calmly for the remaining time.
After his search, Zook goes back inside, checks Mandaway's progress one more time, and then goes to find Hawk.
"Are you ok? How is your injury? Have you found any clues as to what might have happened here, or where everyone went? It all seems very odd. I haven't even been able to spot so much as a mouse in here... Of course, maybe that's because there's a cat is in the house." 😂

Both goblins hear a sound behind them and turn, slightly confused. Krakkan uses this opportunity to anhiliate goblin 1.
Goblin 2, still uninjured and unable to see where the voice of the dwarf is will slash at Krakkan with a scimitar. Attack: 18 Damage: 4

Hawk puts away his bow, then runs towards the action (near Bert and Krakkan, I stay about 5 feet behind them). He shouts to them (not too loudly):
Keep the last one alive if you can!!

[Nope :( ]

Krakkan huffs in pain. "Well that actually hurt... I'll gladly return the favor" he then swings upward at the goblin like a giant, bladed windmill.
Attack: 16 Damage: 10

Bert tries again to subdue the goblin with his rapier, positioning himself opposite Krakkan, flanking the goblin: Attack: 20 Damage: 6
Krakkan were you swinging upwards with the bladed edge or to knock out?
Either way there are no more threats. You either have a dead or unconscious goblin depending on how angry Krakkan was. What do you guys do now?

Mandaway seems to be doing okay, you change his bandage and the wound doesn't seem fatal. He is recovering. There are no small animals here though.
