The Ornate Bullywug watches Zin and Hallard both clap their hands to their ears and collapse into the swamp with a distinctly froggy grin that is also clearly of delight - death saves for both of them please as well as No. 2 for Gilly.
The Ornate Bullywug bows to the More Ornate Bullywug sitting on his Giant Toad and launches himself at Thrash with his spear extended {Attack: 18 Damage: 10}. Thrash frantically gets his shield in the way in barely sufficient time to deflect what had the potential to be a deadly thrust.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tiro, feels he must take the attack to the Bullywug and drives his trident into the OB's side with both hands.
Attack: 5 Damage: 10
Then as he pulls the trident from the side of the Bullywug, he raises his hand and calls fiery water down upon his head sacred flame for 5 damage unless he saves (Dex 13).
Tiro now feels a bit deflated after being on a high from his expert attacks against the normal bullywugs.
As Tiro lunges forward with his Trident he steps in a hole and falls to his knees and the Trident strike completely misses the Ornate Bullywug. (OOC: my bad you could only cast a cantrip as a bonus action if the spell description describes it as such).
Thrash reverting to his ancestors nature continues to bite and tear at the Ornate Bullywug and with great flick of his head rips one of its arms off. Blood pouring from the wreck of its shoulder it collapses into the marsh.
As the Ornate Bullywug collapses the More Ornate Bullywug climbs to its feet stands on the back of the Giant Toad. He croaks menancingly at Thrash and Tiro and waves its spear in the general direction of the bay where the party's ship is moored. As it does this the dozen or so Bullywugs that are accompaning him also start croaking in a demented chorus and point their spears at the bay.
Tiro upon seeing this decides that he needs to buy some time and raise some support. He casts fog cloud centred on the location of the MOB, creating a sphere of fog 20 feet in diameter. (OOC: I think it will be wider than this because the fog will not descend into the water, but that volume should spread out above the water.)
He calls out to Thrash, "Get the others and bring them to me, we are going to need them. Hurry!"as he moves towards Gilly, and lifts his head up out of the marsh. When Thrash arrives with the others he passes one of the potion of healing and says "Feed this to Hallard, it should bring him round. Be careful to make sure he gets it all."

(OOC: Not sure how many people I am going to be able to scoop up and bring to Tiro due to difficult terrain and stuff but...)
Thrash lets the dead bullywug fall to the ground but will continue to chew his enemy as he moves to pick up his fallen companions and bring them over to Tiro.
As a fog appears as if out of nowhere and descends on the More Ornate Bullywug and his followers their croaking changes from an aggressive croaking to one slightly less so. It will take Thrash two rounds to collect the rest of the party and bring them to Tiro. After that ....?
While Thrash is bringing the others to Tiro, Tiro attempts to revive Gilly by casting cure wounds on him for 4 of healing.
(OOC: I didn't state this earlier as I was not sure that our beloved DM had finished his actions.)
As a bonus action, Tiro throws his head back in disgust and exclaims (under his breath) "How many ones can a triton roll!!!!"
The potion of healing that was administered to Hallard cured him for 8
Tiro says to Gilly, "Do you have any healing spells left to revive Griff?" then without waiting for an answer Tiro stabilises Griff using one charge of his medical kit.
With no response to his question, Hallard shakes his head and looks around for his staff. With it in his hand, he feels a lot more comfortable. "SO whats out plan now?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gilly sits up slowly, clearly still not feeling well. It takes a few moments for the blue-skinned firbolg's head to clear. Seeing Griff unconscious, he crawls over, lays a hand on the human, and releases a bit of healing magic into him.
Hallard turns Thrash, disbelief on his face. "Hold up one second. We rushed towards your queen and so far it has nearly killed all of us! We heard some omnious sounds and it nearly killed all of us, even when you told us not to worry!" he then turns to the rest of the party, "does anyone else require some more time to rest or do we think it best to keep moving and more importantly which direction do we go?"
As Griff wakes up he mutters "Huh, wha, where are we? And where did all this damn fog come from?"
As he further regains his senses and looks around at the rest of the group & realises how beat up everyone is looking he says "I think we might need to retreat back to the boat so we can recuperate fully. After that we can re-think our options as storming through an army of frog men certainly isn't working for us"
Now there are two ...

Thrash will remain focused on chewing on the ornate billywug!
bite Attack: 15 Damage: 5
Thrash would then glance towards the even fancier bullywug and hiss as he a second wind filled him with more determination...

Assuming the potion is administered to Hallard.
Hallard opens his eyes and slowly climbs to his feet. "What happened? Whats going on?"
If it takes a couple rounds for Thrash to collect is here is a couple death saves to be used as needed.

"We go to queen... move quick." Thrash would say as he spits a bit of bullywug bone from his mouth.

ooc: So are we still just chilling within a very close distance if the bullywug army?
