When Amelia sees the bandits eyes go on Misha, just before he attacks, she shouts, "No you don't!" And swiftly steps in front of the paladin and protects her from the blow with her shield! Upon receiving a kiss on the cheek, Amelia can only laugh. "You got a lot of gall to give kisses on the cheek in the middle of battle, Meesh! I'm liking you more and more everyday!"

Persephone just stands there, dumbfounded at what she just witnessed.  How did that shield come out of nowhere and deflect that killing blow?!  Whoa.  These strangers are fascinating!

Shaking her shock away, she notices that there is still one bandit hanging around, off to the side of the battle, currently in melee with Jill.  Hoping over, she quickly attacks Bandit3:

As the last bandit is killed by Persephone, Jill very quickly says a prayer to Kelemvor, asking him to guide the spirits of all of the small animals that the party killed to the afterlife.  "The seven of us make a good fighting force, but none of us should ever own pets."

And with that, our heroes are standing over a pile of bodies - who look like they've been put in a blender. Misha turned to Amelia. "People who know me well, know I have lots of galls, yes." she laughed. "Thank you for the asseest."  She looked at the ground and sighed sadly. "Many small forest creatures were keeled in this battle. I hope they hef a nice day!"
