Aleister switches to his trusty sword and, shield up, charges forward and opens the door (if it does not open he'll attempt to kick it in 18). If he can get in he will go after 'Ma Barker', at least so as to cause distraction and threaten a two-front attack with Uthvern and George down below.

Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
Thomas snipes at the archer from cover and surprises him for 16 damage Genera misses badly but invokes her luck and the archer stumbles into the path of the xbow bolt for 12 damage. Into his eye. He drops dead
George throws a crowbar to Max who goes "D'oh!" and gets out his own crowbar 19 and misses by 'that" much. Uthvern recovers the other crowbar.
The other archer and the crazy lady seeing the other fall head down the stairs into the cellar hoping to escape out the tunnel. They are quite unhappy to see Max and Uthvern there.
Aleister follows the couple into the shack and down the stair until he comes upon the two facing off with Uthvern and Max.
Genera also follows. She takes a shot at the pair and almost shoots Max by accident.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Surrender!" Aleister shouts as loud as he can. If they do not he will make them, wacking 'Ma Barker' over the head in attempt to subdue her. If needed in the sort of attack - Attk 5 Dmg 7
OCC the actual roll was Attk 7 and Dmg 3, but somehow it was mixed up into the text and very confusing. Needless to say, some folk are probably laughing their heads of as Aleister almost cuts his own nose off. Damn! He needs a standoff area-of-effect weapon in a real serious way.

Thomas waits a bit then follows the rest into the bunker, asking his familiar to keep overwatch outside. Once behind the rest of the group, he tries to distract the two survivalists with fients and thrown objects.

And it’s open.
These two can’t beat you so they surrender. What are you going to do with them.
The captives explain. They where trying to get home after the Change when they met the older man (the father) he offered to help them get back to their children but led them here instead. This crazy family took them hostage and has been using them as slaves on their farm. The slaves where getting restless so the father and sons went to get the children to use to keep them under control.
"Well," says Aleister, "since we're going to take these folk, the parents of the kids who went with Hector, and reunite them, we can take these two," he points to 'Ma Barker' and offspring, "along and turn 'em over to what ever justice might await them there. Probably have to tie them up for the trip, but if they give us any problems..., maybe they wont make it." He scowls fiercely (at least I hope he can scowl fiercely, he is pretty ugly but, with a -1 Intimidation, I'm afraid they'll probably just fall over laughing) at the two miscreants.
"Let's search the place and get outta here, sooner rather than later wouldn't you say." This last is directed at the rest of the party.

Genera's eyes swell with tears she runs through the corridor taking off her armour as she bumps into the others on the way, by the time she reaches her parents, her armour is off and she leaps into her fathers arms then extends her hands around her mother. She embraces them as she cries and mumbles her endeavors thus far. " we are all safe " she finally says as she kisses her parents over and over.

George continues to provide overwatch on top of the tunnel entrance until it's clear the coast is clear. He then does a quick search of the cabin to make sure no one is hiding inside, looking for anything of interest or value while he does.

Aleister will look for something to bind the two defeated slavers, preferably wire. He will search the cellar and cabin for anything useful, arrows, weapons, wax, bow-strings, oil, medical supplies, anything that catches his eye will be carefully scrutinized for usefulness. Investigation +2 Proficiency +2 thus 15 as he tosses the place. Any secret hidey holes, hmmm?

These people may be utter scumbags but they know how to survive without 21st century technology. (Due to my own lack of knowledge on the subject I'll be a bit vague.) This place has everything you'd expect from a prosperous 18th century farm family. Tools, preserves, dried and salted meat, chickens, hogs, root cellar, water supply, milk cows, etc. It is out the way so wandering cannibals are unlikely to bother you here.

See other post plus lots of herbs. Oh, and hidey holes. You of course find nothing but George finds a loose brick in the fireplace behind which is a box with about a KG of gold coins. Is gold actually worth anything anymore?
George gathers the gold - it's likely to be worth something somewhere to someone. People are stupid like that.
'This here is a gold mine. Seems to me you folks could trade it for residence in one of the nearby cities. You've been through an awful lot, but I'm not sure this would be very safe for you all' George looks at Genara and her family as he says this.
'We should button this place up and get moving to catch up with the rest of the kids as soon as you all are ready to move'
Aleister will go for the tools and herbs: Any medicinal herbs and any herbs that might be in his book of leaves, hammers, files (wood and metal), pliers, planes, chisels (wood and metal), a tap and die set (OH! MY! manna from heaven), marlin spike and fid, saws (wood and metal) saw blades, [perhaps a tool box, hmm, just to put things in ye ken], wire, springs, pulleys, a brace and bits (wood and metal), maybe a portable vice, small chunk of railroad track? (make a dandy anvil), vials, saddle bags?, scrap leather, leather punch, leather thongs, an old bullet mold?, a few chunks of lead, copper tubes/piping (did they have a still?), nails, nut and bolts, canvas, oil cloth, wax, hatchet, draw knife, adze, awl, sailing needles (well, heavy duty needles), twine, pocket knives, pack saddle (and mule?), ink, paper/parchment, quills (or feathers), sandpaper. Aleister is very happy, in hog heaven one might say.

Ooc- help action for ALeister. To give advantage.

Forgot to mention that Genera's parent are here. They don't recognise her in the freaky armour.
