How many cubic feet is the surface of a person. Hmm. If you really want she can just splash some water on it and call it a day. Same effect, just different fluff.
Just googled it. Surface area of an average woman is about 0.000278 f2.

Lets say 5' 6" tall by 1' 6' wide by 6" deep or 4.125 cubic feet which is all irrelevant. I just read the spell and it says "You instantaneously clean or soil an object no larger than 1 cubic foot." You are larger than 1 cubic foot so it won't work on you - ever. Not just in this case.
Using water requires two waterskins so someone will have to help you.
Do you people watch The Walking Dead? Walkers aren't all that dangerous unless they catch you in a confined space or surround you. Zombies are the same, out in the open you can pick them off pretty easily because of their slow movement rate. If someone helps Sarah wash the poison off she is safe, the zombies can't catch you. The two fighters aren't going to get away with the body so I declare victory for you.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Whoopeee! Surrender or suffer the indignity of groveling after an ignominious defeat!" Aleister hollers at the two. (He will really want to get a close look at the 'fluffy, but nasty ammo the slingers were tossing around.)
"Who was this corpse?" He asks the prisoners politely. What are the tattoo's on the body of, if anything? Arcana 17 History 4

You search the fighters and discover they only had two of the poison grenades.
Sarah looks over the captured men. She wants to know what have they been up to lately. Looks like it's a lot of work to cart around zombies. Do they get overtime for that? Bet their boss must be a real taskmaster. Who is their boss anyway? They been working with them long? Is it a big group? How many zombies are there and how the heck do they manage to keep them together and... gentled? They've got health care, right? Where are they set up? Maybe she might want to join up. Is it hard to join? Anything she should know to help get her an edge?
How might Sarah prove herself? Is there a specific trial? How might she approach their headquarters showing she means no harm? She doesn't suppose you might have better directions? Could you show it on a map? Also, what's the organizations objective? Spread the Word of Hela? Meritocracy through undeath? World domination? What else can you say about the High Priest? How did he become blessed of his goddess? Where does he come from?
How might Sarah prove herself? Is there a specific trial?
The High Priest will give you a task
How might she approach their headquarters showing she means no harm?
Well, I could lead you into the Temple (somehow this strikes you as a very bad idea)
She doesn't suppose you might have better directions? Could you show it on a map?
Yes
Also, what's the organizations objective? Spread the Word of Hela? Meritocracy through undeath? World domination?
Also yes
What else can you say about the High Priest? How did he become blessed of his goddess? Where does he come from?
He says that you need to die (as did the world before the change) and embrace Hela. Your 'friend' doesn't know anything about the High Priest's life before the Change. The priest says that that time is less important than dust on your boots
Quietly, Thomas takes notes of the information coerced from the prisoners, after cleaning himself off and resummoning a new Steed. He also sketches the tattoo patterns of the priest and his followers.Aside to the group he recommends a complete burning of the bodies to prevent resurrections.

Once the prisoner has pointed out where the Evil HQ is on the map, she motions to her companions to move off to talk privately.
"They need to be killed. Then burned. We can't trust them enough to let them live. Everyone okay with that? Also, I'm not sure how this cult is mixed up with the critter but in the end it doesn't matter. We need to do something about them."
'Oh, more than ok with that - and happy to take care of these fiends myself. And we need to burn all of this - and maybe even any of your armor that got covered in crap from their slings. I'm not entirely sure what was in that stuff.'
George pulls a knife from his belt and tosses it in his hand meaningfully as he says this. 'but we should start with killing these two and burning their friends.''
"If you ball the armor up, I think I can clean it off with magic," Sarah replies.
Once the armor is clean, she assists in sending the cultists to their goddess and burning them. Sarah also puzzles over the idea of a death cult. It surprises her that Hela was involved as traditionally she wasn't an 'evil' goddess. That came from post-Christian vilifying. Her halls were simply where most people went when they died, such as children, the elderly, the diseased and victims of untimely death outside of battle. Still, if she got to choose, it would be Folkvangr or bust. With their 'guests' deal with, Sarah cleans off the armor.

Your armour is the last remains of 21st century material sciences. The poison used by the death cultists is the last remains of 21st century chemical science. One of the reasons in setting this game latter than the time frame of the books is to have these technological 'magic items' available for use in the game. The wonders of past civilisations is actual real here.

Okay. Sarah splashes herself off with her water flask.

OOC: Can Sarah do her charm whammy on one of the humans?
You search the fighters and discover they only had two of the poison grenades.
The tattoos are all necromancic in nature.
Sure, what do you want to know?

Aleister learns nothing about the significance of the tattoos?
Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
The tattoos seem to be of a ritual nature with some aspects of rank involved.
