Blaize seems baffled on what disguise he should use

Fire bolt- Shoot a streaking ball of fire towards a foe and deal a measly 1d10 fire damage. Use eldritch blast instead.
Fireball - Drawing magic from your inner reserves, you unleash a devastating nuke that explodes in a circle, hitting multiple enemies, and burning them to a crisp with a godly amount of 8d6 fire damage. Make your DM’s fights look like garbage. It’s also a nice way of TPK your entire party and have them triggered at you for the rest of the week.
The cleric's apartment is of high quality. She was obviously in the top 1% of PPA society. There is nothing obviously out of place (death cult symbols or such). You can't check in drawers or closets as its dark in there. perception check please.

“Can you tell me the difference between a witch and a wizard?" "Sure, a wizard is what they call you when they want to hire you, and a witch is what they call you when they're getting ready to run you out of town.” SunWolf replied ― Barbara Hambly, The Witches of Wenshar
Oops, I meant only Thomas as he was using clairvoyance to scan the apartment. Doesn't matter. He spots something odd about a book case. Some scratches on the floor indicate that it has been moved recently.
"Scratches? That's promising. Now we have to get in. Full sneak with Invisibility and Pass? Otherwise we'd have to dress as staff members and I'm not sure we'd past muster."
‘Is it truly a good idea to go through a hidden door? Why would it be hidden? What mystery wouldn’t the owner want others to know?

OOC- Can I put the Clairvoyance target behind that bookcase/door?

OOC - Tricky question. The RAW for Clairvoyance says "You can use the chosen sense through the sensor as if you were in its space. " Since Thomas has DarkVision... :D

"Perhaps check the other rooms around it too," Sarah suggests.

Normal 'peasant' clothing will let you walk the streets unmolested... except for the muggers of course.

Sarah begins looking around a little uncertain how the priestess managed to run her cult and hob-nob with PPA elite.

OOC: Yep, it's an omen for sure ;)
OCC Are we in her room, or is Thomas clairvoying the room? Do we all need a percep check?
Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.

"Whatever that priestess was up to shouldn't be ignored."
Well she was the leader of a death cult that killed people and turned them into zombies.

Yes but there is no light
OOC: Can he hear anything? You can switch between seeing and hearing. Also in the surrounding rooms/hallway?
