Manfred moved into the room between Wakka and Genren before flinging a chromatic orb at the vampire. He then extended his healing power to Genren.
Wakka landed two solid blows on the vampire!
Genren pivots to the left and flanks the enemy with Wakka, giving him an advantage and letting him strike in a vulnerable spot. The last thrust drops Skeel to the ground, returned to the underworld!
(Combat over!) Investigating the cellar, you see that the ghouls bear the same skull marks as the ones who attacked the Wayside Inn when you first passed by. Skeel’s clothes are riddled with thorns and barbed seeds, and he has a belt pouch with 50 gold pieces. DC13 Nature:
The barbed seed pods are from plants that are only found in the Mere of Dead Men. This, plus the undead ogres you faced there, indicate the undead threat may stem from that marsh.
"Mere of Dead Men. Sounds like a lovely place." Wakka replied sarcastically to Tallow before sighing. "We should probably let the town and guild know what we've discovered and what we plan on doing before charging in there. Maybe they can give us some insight on where best to start looking too because the Mere is quite vast."
Genren sheaths his weapons and pats Manfred on the shoulder "You're quite skilled with your healing magic, I'm glad to have you on our side that's for sure." Upon hearing the talk of the Mere, Genren pauses "Aye, we won't want to just go in blindly, I'm used to traveling through places like this, but can't say i'm overly familiar with it. Maybe there's some locals that have been in and around the Mere that can gives us more pointed info? Let's get on quickly while this lead is still fresh yeah?"

Tallow :: Manfred :: Wakka(-1) :: Genren(-2)
Finishing your examination of the ghouls, Argus Skeel, and the hideout, you find nothing else of value. You leave the old house and start to head back to the settler's camp to tell the Council what happened when you hear a female voice call out from the side of another building, "You lot are causing problems...so I'm here to "solve" you. Get 'em, boys!"
Six big kobolds surround you and move in to attack with their short spears... map here...
Initiative rolls: Kobold group A: 4 Kobold group B: 15 Female ?: 8 -- Stealth roll: 8(if your passive perception meets or beats this, you know where she is hiding...)
Wakka charges towards the green kobold, hitting it once with the Bite of Winter.
The kobolds to the left of the party move in, but only the pink one can attack Genren(Attack 1: 21 Damage: 5; Attack 2: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.) (Pack Tactics. The kobold has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the kobold’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.)
Next, the yellow kobold to the right of the party reacts to Wakka's charge and double moves to join his green companion. The green kobold makes two attacks on Wakka with its short spear. (Attack 1: 21 Damage: 7; Attack 2: 14 Damage: 2) (Pack Tactics. The kobold has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the kobold’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.)
The blue kobold moves next to Tallow and attacks him. (Attack 1: 19 Damage: 5; Attack 2: 15 Damage: 5) (Pack Tactics. The kobold has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the kobold’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.)
Tallow...
Manfred...
Round 1 (con't): Wakka(-9) -- Kobold group A (pink / turquoise / red) -- Kobold group B (yellow / green(-10) / blue) -- Tallow(-12) -- Manfred(-0) -- Female baddie(-0) -- Genren(-3)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Genren will use his reaction and to get out of Melee range and climb up the side of the build. (Skirmisher: You can move up to half your speed as a reaction when an enemy ends its turn within 5 ft. of you without provoking opportunity attacks.) He glares in the direction of the hidden culprit "She's over there! No more playing hide and seek. Come out of hiding or I'll force you out!" he points at the baddie before taking a shot with his bow at her, he flicks an arrow out of it's quiver, now standing perpendicular to the ground and fires.
Bonus action, he'll toss his dancing sword at the Kobold that attacked him
Tallow casts Sword Burst targeting the blue and red kobolds. He will use a sorcery point so that no allies are hit. Kobolds need to succeed on a DC 15 Dex save or take 8 damage
Genren is able to disengage and climb up the side of the building, reaching about 10 feet above the ground before the burned out walls become unstable. He points out where the female leading this group is hiding, but just misses her with his arrow. The dancing blade strikes true at the pink kobold, however.
Round 2 : Wakka(-31) -- Kobold group A (pink(-10) / turquoise / red) -- Kobold group B (yellow / green(-10) / blue(-8)) -- Tallow(-12) -- Manfred(-0) -- Female baddie(-0) -- Genren(-3)

"That really hurt!" Wakka mumbled through gritted teeth. Turning his attention back to the two kobolds in front of him, Wakka worked to quickly dispatch them so that he could turn his attention to the sneaky leader.
Attack: Hit 20/ Damage 11 Slashing + 5 Force (Using 1 Psionic Energy Die (Psionic Strike)). In addition, if the strike hits, the creature must make a DC14 STR Saving Throw or be knocked prone
When you deal damage to a target with your Psionic Strike, you can force the target to make a STR saving throw (DC:14). If the save fails, you can knock the target prone or move it up to 10 ft. in any direction horizontally.
Extra Attack: Hit 14/ Damage 12 Slashing
Reaction: Protective Field (Using 1 Psionic Energy Die) (Reduce damage from Female Baddie by 4)
When you or another creature you can see within 30 ft. of you takes damage, you can use your reaction to expend one Psionic Energy die, and reduce the damage taken by 1d8+3
“I don’t think we should let him go…” Wakka replied to Genren before slashing twice at Skeel, augmenting one of his strikes with his mental abilities.

Also, based off the DM message, Wakka healed for (1) HP before the emerging above ground :)
