Drabash takes some deep breaths and leans on his battleaxe. "Thank you brother, your assistance was much appreciated." he says to Moses. "I'm not sure," he continues more generally, "that I like that demon escaping, but I think chasing him down is not the best idea. Which way should we go?"

Loremaster - A tangled skein (adventures in Eriador using the LOTR5e game system)
While you investigate the door Tibi doesn't find any reason that the fiends or demons could not have made entrance but the door had resisted their attempts to open or break through. But after thoroughly checking the door Tibi he lays his hand on the handle and finds that the door opens easily for him.
When the doors open, a bright white light pours out. The bright white light burns away the blood and grit staining your clothes. Restorative energy brings life to numb muscles as the glow softens to reveal the interior of a sun-kissed cathedral. How light passes through the scab and into the stained glass windows is a mystery only magic can answer.
Pillars line a path from the door to a raised dais carved with Celestial runes. Embedded in a stone atop the dais is a glowing longsword.
As you bath in the regeneration of the white light the previous Nalfeshnee suddenly appears at the door "Entrance is mine! Thank you!" but as he tries to move forward and push past you radiant energy washes over him and he burns into a small pile of ash.
Everyone gains the benefit of a long rest and Moses finds that the poison that flowed through his veins has been cured. (I have run the long rest on each of your sheets.)
"Praise be to the goddess for this boon and blessing." Kaelani says softly as they soak in the healing warmth and light. He circles around the room, reading the celestial runes and studying the sword.
Despite the evidence that fiends cannot enter the room, Moses still enters last and closes the door before continuing toward the dais. As he walks, he marvels at how the soreness and tiredness he felt seems to have evaporated. He instinctively holds out his arms and looks at them. "Praise be!" he comments to himself.
As Drabash feels the energy pouring into him he inspects his wounds from the battle. "Amazing." is the only word he speaks as he is healed and recovered. He then looks towards the dais and says "Now what?"

Stepping into the room Moses shuts the door behind you. Kaelani looks at the carvings on the dais and reads, in Celestial, “The hero who becomes one with this blade exists no longer.”
As you move towards the dais the translucent image of a woman in her thirties wearing plate armor and bearing a thin scar on her cheek appears before you. As she points toward the hollyphant, Lulu’s eyes turn pure white. A whisper fills your ears and says, “I remember!” A wave of radiant energy erupts from Lulu’s body and in that blinding flash the ghostly warrior, the hollyphant, and the Bleeding Citadel disappear.
The solace of the cathedral is replaced by havoc, screams of panic, and acrid smoke. You stand at the edge of a small town of burning cottages, fields, and trees. A broken sign on the ground reveals the settlement’s name: Idyllglen. Shrieking townsfolk run from cackling, snarling demons and gnolls. You recall hearing something about this town in your previous travels.
Idyllglen was threatened by gnoll tribes. As the gnolls raided the town, Solndor Brightstar, a cleric of Lathander, led the people in prayer to his god for aid. Lathander was moved by the people’s bravery and sent the angel Zariel to defeat the gnolls. After driving off the gnolls, the people erected a statue of Zariel to honor her. Generations later, the gnolls returned to Idyllglen, this time with demons in their ranks and Yeenoghu himself leading the war band. Zariel and the Hellriders came to the Idyllglen’s aid, but not before the town was mostly destroyed.
Idyll Road is the only paved street in Idyllglen. It leads from the west edge of the town to the statue of Zariel (area I2). The street is strewn with broken carts, debris, and corpses.
A chorus of screams rises up as people, sheep, and pigs scamper through the town, chased by a demon with the lower body of a great serpent and the upper body of a six-armed gnoll clutching a wicked sword in each of its clawed hands. The fleeing beasts and townsfolk disappear when they reach the edge of the map. Garoknul stops its chase to battle you.
Beyond the edges of the map, everything is engulfed in a smoky haze. Tibi looks up and at an altitude of about 120 feet or higher is the a similar smoky haze.
"Gentlemen - there is your enemy"Tibi calls out pointing at the creature with his rapier as he launches himself into the air to a height of about 30 feet and flies at the creature as fast (Dash) as he can (OOC) if I've got my maths right he has closed the horizontal distance by about 95 feet.

Kaelani harnesses his sorcerous powers to quicken a spell, then touches Drabash and Moses on the shoulders, imbuing them with bravery. For the next minute, the three of us are immune to being frightened and gain 5 temporary hit points at the start of our turn! (Quickened spell as a bonus action, casting Heroism at 3rd level to affect three creatures) He then tightens his grip on his magic sword and strides towards the demon! (move 30' towards Garoknul.)
Attack: 18 Damage: 12 If the target is Medium or smaller, it is grappled (escape DC 19). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained.
The creature suddenly disappears and reappears 120 feet closer and then moves towards Drabash, 6 blades whirling in its arms.
Drabash is ready though and launches his own attacks as the creature comes into melee range. His first strike hits and so does the second though again the non-magical axe does not cut as well as the magical one does.
The creature returns the attacks in a series of 6 sword strikes as well as a tail that whips out trying to grapple him. A few of the blades find a way past Drabash's defenses as the tail wraps around him to grapple him.
Drabash make a DC 19 Athletics or Acrobatics roll to contest the grapple
Almost simultaneously with the creature disappearing in front of him, Tibi hears the sound of battle behind him. Banking on his left wing he spies that the creature has somehow transported itself past him. "Curses" he mutters as continuing his turn he reverses direction and speeds (Dash) back to the party,

As Tibi wheels back around Moses and Kaelani both light up the demon with their attacks of radiant energy.
