Margret, since Zurzg already opened the door an inch you have no trouble to see the dark corridor behind the door. A short glance at Marcus shows no indication of trouble.
Zurzg, while the corridor behind the hidden door has no light itself, you can still see a faint glow behind the next corner. The air here has a slightly rotten fell to it.
A wary Nobody dips back the way they came just a short enough difference to feel comfortable casting a spell without drawing attention from occupants of the storage room. But he returns shortly to continue covering people's back, faintly wreathed in writhing shadows. Or more accurately, he keeps it on the unchecked room or corridor to the northwest until people decide make a move down one path or another.
"I-I will be right behind you all."Nobody eventually whispers after having at least moved down to the steps to stand behind kai. All without taking his eyes off the other door for too long.
Disappointed that he wouldn't be exploring behind the hidden door anytime soon, Zurzg bounds over to the rest of the group, making sure to stand well behind Margret as she checks for traps. On seeing her struggle to identify her hand in front of her face, he bustles past her to search for traps himself.
Margret, you cast light on the pommel of your Greatsword and a purple light spreads around the room.
The corridor makes a left turn into a wide hallway. Thick dust covers the flagstones of this somber hallway. The walls are decorated with faux columns every ten feet, and the double doors at the west end of the hall are sheathed in mettal plate, now dark, nearly black in the purple light. A relief carving of a mournful angel graces the double doors.
You and Zurzg search the room to the best of your abilities, but you find see nothing strange.
I assume that the more human humanoids (Ree’lyn, Kai, Margret and Maltake) are disguised with the dirty red cloaks of the redbrands, correct ?
Nobody makes a face as if readying to say something; and yet, he lightly huffs, unable conjure the words. Ultimately, a simple nod is all Magret gets out of him by way of answer. He is slow to follow however, preferring to cover the rear, or as close to it as possible as people trailed inside. For even the outer robe of his hood up, the tiefling cut a more imposing figure. And no redbrand outfit discovered or absconded along the way was going to change that much for the scholar.
Until all or most had crossed and were making ready to pass the mournful angel, he stays on the far end of the room, and continues to cover from afar. Although at some point as people cross he cannot help but take a closer look at the two closest walls. For wouldn't it be just their luck dart spewing pits or worse opened up behind them the moment they try open the door. Yanda helps as best he can by feeling out the finer points int he wall.
If they sense anything, he tries to quietly warn the others. But if not, he redoubles his effort on keeping an eye on things.

Zurzg pops both flies in his mouth, giving them a single crunch before they head down his throat. He approaches the double doors at the end of the room, opening the left-hand door slowly, only a fraction, to see what lies beyond.
Nobody you too, discover nothing out of the ordinary.
Zurzg, you open the door a bit and fuchsia colored light creeps into the other room. You see a large stone sarcophagi stand on the other side of this dusty crypt, and propped up against the sarcophagus is a human skeleton clad in bits of rusty mail. False columns along the walls are carved in the image of spreading oak trees.
"What an unfruitful task this is." - Ree'lyn finally mutters under his breath after the coordination to explore the secret passage had been suddenly disbanded to be regrouped for the rescue goal. - "Whatever prisoners there are will still be there after we are done with this and they are probably safe as it is." - clearly angry at the lack of focus and volatile minds putting the delicate balance of the mission at risk. - "We liberate them, and then what? They would be more at risk trying to flee from here back to the city and then whoever is in the manor will notice their presence and that will be enough to draw attention to us. Just awesome!"
"Thank you for taking care of the security, Nobody." - he finally add dispensing a brief glance at the Tiefling on his way through the corridor.

Zurzg, listening to Ree‘lyn complaining, you are distracted when a human in a dirty red cloak appears on the far side of the crypt near the sarcophagus. He loses no time before shooting an arrow at you.
Attack: 21 Damage: 8
Just in time you get your shield up to block the arrow. The powerfull impact numbing your arm. At the same moment a crossbow bolt zips past your head from the oposit direction, you turn around to see whats going on.
Nobody, you were looking out for danger, so when the Redbrand appears you fire your crossbow. You need to aim past three people and through a half open door at a moving target, but you give it a shoot. (You use your reaction to roll an attach with your crossbow vs 3/4 cover)

Nobody dared not glance away, but look troubled by the thank you. He had not been entirely blind to the Drow's dislike of his being, so to hear it -- 'There he is!'He thought, and with only the most minute hesitation to slightly adjust his aim, the tiefling fires off a bolt.

The corridor behind the northeastern door is completly dark, you would need some light source to search for anything.

Margret and Zurzg start to search the whole room methodically from floor to ceiling: 21, 14, 17, 14, 22, 16.
After several minutes of intensiv search including Margret useing her familiar, all you find is a lot of dust and two dead flies.
