Otrov, if your stealth roll is higher then 15 (number changes for different encounters), then you are succesfull and get advantage on the next attack ( since you hide at the end of your turn, that means the attack in the next round)
Margaret makes a quick step forward and strikes down the bugbear on the right side. At the same moment a bolt hits the bugbear in front of Zurzg between the eyes and he falls death to the ground. Zurzg uses the opening to jump after the drow and you can hear how the goblin corners his prey and finishes him.
Zurzg, as the drow collapses in front of you, he changes. The skin turns from a purple grey to a pale tone, all hair disappears and the whole body becomes more slender to the point where you could call it malnourished.
The last bugbear gets hit by Dains flame, but is able to avoid some of the heat by dodging. He uses the opening left by Zurzg to run for his life.
When you look after him, you see a stalactite fall from the ceiling and when you look up, just at the edge of your darkvision, you see two more spiders crawling on the ceiling.
Margaret, because of your new senses, you are the only one who also sees Nobody comeing back together with another Bugbear and a second Neznar.
Kai can only hear the falling stones, so in anticipation she will cast Cure wounds on herself for 10. While one of the spiders on the ceiling shoots some web at Zurzg:

Dain sends his flaming sphere in to strike the newcomers... I would hope to hit where it can burn the most enemies with the secondary damage, assuming they don't move.

Because of the flaming sphere sheding light in 20/40 radius, everyone Otrov included can also see the spiders now, Nobody, two injured bugbears and Neznar.

There's just the briefest of instance in which Zurzg seems hesitant to fall back now that the enemy was on the run. If they're prey was smart enough to try and set an ambush, surely they had something new to take advantage of them being clumped up? And would the little ball of fire really stop the webs from getting them, or simply free them at the cost burning them in the process?
"Orders... are... Orders." He reminds, and after final look back at the spider's general direction, took a steadying breath before scampering his way back Margaret's side. But once there, he dropped the morning star and pulled out a javelin to huck at the nearest spider by that point.

Margaret your arrow hits its mark, but Zurzgs javeline misses. A blob of sticky web comes flying at Margaret: 16 (hit?) and a third spider crawls out of the shadow it was hiding in. One of the spiders that is close to Dains flaming sphere crawls away from the heat and shoots another sticky blob at Zurzg: 19 (miss). Finally the Drow points his staff at the 4 of you and a big sticky web starts to fill the whole tunnel around you. He then takes cover behind the waterwheel (3/4) The two bugbears stay close to the wall and carefully approach (dodge).
Everyone who enters the web or starts it turn within it needs to make a Dex save DC 15 on the start of their turn, on a fail you will be restrained by the web. Otrov is the only one outside of the web for now.
To end the restrain, you need to spend an action to make a Str. Check.
The web from the spiders can be broken with a DC 12 Str check.
The web from Nezznar with a DC 15 Str check.
If you are restrained by both webs, you need to beat the higher DC to break free of both.
Otrov, you don’t see Nezznar from where you are, you would need to enter the webbed area and roll a Dex save (DC 15). If you save you would get advantage from being hidden. If you fail, you roll normally and can not hide again.
Without entering the webbed area, you can shoot at Spider 2(advantage) or the two Bugbears (plain roll). It is still Nobodys turn before the next round starts.
