Happy with the Breastplate "I think its best we leave this place and tell Gundren our progress. Head back to Phandelin and get some real rest guys. We can get to the last rooms tomorrow. We need our tiethling at full strength. Besides we need info so lets take the head of one of the bugbears"
It is evening by now, do you want to travel in the night?
Are there any windows on this other building? Dain would send Sabastian to scout it while they were doing the short rest. If there was a way the tressym could get inside he would have him go in to look around as well.
"Send your familiar out to check if the dwarf is out there somewhere." Dain suggest to Margret. "Mighten be he be gone already himself. If no gone, then have em come in here and be with us."
(To DM: If Spiders aren't the equivalent of crabs for anyone else, they certainly are for goblins!)
With how large the legs were, Zurzg settles for breaking down and carrying off at least 4 legs for the nights meal as soon as he had a chance. Nobody meanwhile continues to doze in his corner of the room..
(To Storm: As a reminder, it was hinted that the Ooze wouldn't chase the familiars into areas too open. Between the furnace room, our current general area, and the fairly larger intersection where we fought the stirges in the beginning, it is highly unlikely it'll venture beyond the mini maze of tunnels where it resided last.)

The building itself has no windows and the door is charred black by fire. But when Sebastian searches around the building for a way in, he discovers a hole where part of the roof collapsed.
Dain would have him go in to look around. Just a bit though, push into the hole and look around, then inch further, and look around. if nothing is obviously dangerous, then go all the way in and fly around, but staying up close to the ceiling.
Sebastian ( and i assume you are looking through his sense too) sees dust, ash, walls blackened by fire, and heaps of debris beneath the sagging ceiling show that this room was damaged by a destructive blast. The furnishings—tables, chairs, bookshelves, beds—are charred or splintered, but otherwise well preserved. A scorched iron chest stands near the foot of one of the beds.
He doesn‘t see anything else, smome singed books on the shelfs, burned wood, some rubble on the ground from the damaged roof. He does notice that something is wrong in here, but can not pinpoint it.
The halfling goes up to the door and inspects it, taking a rock and throwing it in to see if anything responds. If nothing, she’ll do a little step-in and step-out - check the room quickly - testing the water so to speak, before returning to the group. Perception - 7
"Well the other building has something strange about it, but seems empty." Dain says once Sabastian has returned to him. "Sabastian didn't spot anything in there, other than some burned and blackened stuff. It was like a fireball went off in there..."

You don‘t notice anything when you get closer to the house, and when you try to open the door, you realise that the hinges of the door are stuck to the point where you can not simply open it. It will need some force to open that door. (Athletics check to open)
"There is a fairly large iron chest in there." Dain says. "Scortched but intact." he shrugs. "Just saying it appears to be an empty room, not sure why we wouldn't at least check it out before heading out."
Otrov nods in agreement with Dain, proposing the last room be done carefully, with Nobody being protected.

Otrov prances back and asks someone to open the door, the hinges are rusty. She continues to mock battle with her want “Pew! Pew! Pew!”
