Mr. Biggz grins broadly seeing things go swimmingly so far. But with only a minute to spare before sleeping beauty wakes up, the Bugbear focuses again on the mission, and in following behind Margret at a fair distance. Just enough to avoid any accidentally shifting of his armor drawing attention in her direction.
But as he'd go, he'd whisper to her and anyone that followed up on her heel. "Want me to go take care of the sleeping beauties back by the building? Shouldn't take no more than a second or two. Doubt Chatterbox will have the shot from on high."

Sometimes you catch a glimps of an arm or a head, but rarely and only for a split moment. Most of you are still at the sw corner of the guard house, so the two sleeping ones are in plain sight of you.

Otrov will let loose a non-poisoned bolt at the sleeping ogre when she sees any of her companions come around the corner: Attack:21Damage:10. Otrov will then duck down after her shot and hide. 20

As he loomed above just about ready to bring down the axes, Biggz pauses for a few seconds just to murmur something almost reverent sounding in [goblin] before trying to behead the first of the pair. Then the second one with a bit of a flourish perhaps to make sure the off-hand axe really dug deep, but cut through cleanly.
Bonus Action: Off-Hand Attack w/Handaxe to Orc#2. To Hit: 21 For: 11 non-magical slashing damage(plus Defensive Flourish). Crit Damage for Sleeping: 7.
(To DM: If the 1st attack wouldn't hit assume the off-hand is for the first Orc and will apply the Surprise Attack Bonus. So for sake of ease, just use the 1st' attack damage rollers.)

Bigz first strike cleanly separates a head from the rest of the now dead body, but in an attempt to be extra quick, the attack on the second Orc is messed up and instead of connecting with the sharp blade, you hit him with the hand that holds the axe. The orc opens his eyes in anger, wich turns to surprise when he realises that he was punched by a bugbear and panic when he notices the bloody axe in the bugbears other hand. He rolls over, away from under Bigz and gets up. âWroâŠAAHHHrâŠâ he tries to say something in Orcish, but a bolt hits his shoulder before he can even finish the first word. He howls in pain and shouts in Orcish: âVe arms, kulknej ayh under inras!âŠâ Now injured but ready to defend himself, he takes a step away from Bigz to get close to the wall so he can not be surrounded.
Otrov when you hear the shout in an unknown but pained voice, you loose your shot that you prepared: (crit damage on the attack: 14)
A louder roar of pain can be heard from the ogre, now one of his eyes is blinded by a small bolt, but it wasnât enough to kill the giant.

Dain sends his fmaling ball into the screaming orc...

He uses his action to move towards the bugbear if necessary (If a normal move won't get him there.) If he can get there with a normal move, then he will use his staff on the orc if it is still up.
The Orc dodges away from the flaming sphere ,but you still can smell some singed hair. âWho are you?â He growls loudly while avoiding Dains strike as well.
With the distances involved i will rule an extra round between the attack on the gambling party and the two sleeping Orcs/Ogre. So Sleep and flaming sphere are up for 3/10.
You are in the North West corner of the yard. One injured Orc is traped between you and the building and another one is magically asleep in the NE of the yard. You hear shouts of pain from the South East and it is save to assume that Otrov attacked one of the Ogres and injured the giant. You donât have a visual on any other Orc right now.
Starting this round i will start to bot Kala, feel free to make suggestions to her. She seams a little bit surprised and overwhelmed by the situation.

If the orc is already down, he moves behind cover and takes the dodge action.
