Nobody, you are 60 ft away from her, if you run, you can make it.
(Oh, he was most certainly running! Just without that kit, odds are he wasn't gonna be much help. Thankfully, we got the back-up healer on the case)
Nobody staggers to a stop gasping for air and with his hands quickly falling to his knees for support. "Kai... are you..." He said breathlessly before looking up in time to see her at least conscious for the moment. "Thank Ohgma... I thought.... But, it's okay. And th-thank you too... Dain, wasn't it?" Nobody nodded to whatever answering confirmation comes before casting his gaze skyward in the direction the dragon fled.
"Oh dear... It went towards the forest...Which is where we gotta go. Which is not good. Maybe... W-we should get going towards the trees. Quickly. At the very least it'll have a harder time spotting us from the air, and even harder time clawing at us at the very least." He suggests to anyone nearby, then moved to help Kai up. Short of some sound reasoning to stay out in the open, the tiefling would help lead the proverbial charge, motioning outliers to follow, and those that did not need to be close to stay spread out until within the relative safety of the treeline.

Hearing some good advice, Relgalyn will drop his illusion and gather his gear and start racing after the tiefling towards the tree line, "Sorry for not being much help back there, but there's not much I could really do against a dragon and I'd rather like to keep living."
"Zurzg not get to taste dragon..." The little goblin looks disappointed as he trots after everyone else, seemingly unconcerned by the danger, or by Kai's near-death experience.
Seeing everyone reuniting and then turning and moving towards the forest, Otrov inhales sharply. Whoa, I am really good at this hiding thing. I think they forgot about me... she thinks to herself with a grin. Time to go! And with a burst of dirt and dust, Otrov emerges from hiding. She'll dash the entire way, "Hey! Hey! Wait for me!" she pants. "Are we running after the dragon? Oooh, she's got something coming to her, eh everyone?" Otrov will patrol the rear, looking out for danger, as the party heads to the treeline.
You see the dragon In the distance circling back, but she stays far away from you this time . She keeps flying south and after a while you loose track of her.
I assume you keep on traveling towards Falcoons lodge, could someone give me a survival check please to find the way.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Survival: 5
Zurzg bounds through the trees and bushes ahead of the group, mostly guiding them in the direction of the lodge, but sometimes in the direction of a tasty-looking rabbit or squirrel.
letting out a loud exhale as an archer would do she lowers her bow and puts it away. Other than frost on her red cloak she kept as a memento she is unscathed
She yells to Nobody
"Comeback! We need to stay together we will head to the treeline once we gather!."
She poofs Marco to her shoulder while walking over to Kai offering a hand up
she smiles warmly
"I am so happy your still with us"
She looks towards the chaos
"I suppose we better run or they'll loose us"
she starts in a slow jog following the chaos but waiting for Kai
Dain will walk to the trees with the stragglers. Once there he would wait for the chaos to subside, then figure out who is the leader for guiding them to the lodge. "I can help with whomever is taking the lead." He says, and then casts guidance on that person.
You are still on the grassland, acording to the map it is still 5 or 6 miles to the forrest. If you don‘t get lost going north, you should make it by evening.
(Excerpt From My Last Post: Short of some sound reasoning to stay out in the open, the tiefling would help lead the proverbial charge, motioning outliers to follow, and those that did not need to be close to stay spread out until within the relative safety of the treeline.)
(To Storm: I accidentally left off the word 'given', but he wasn't going anywhere without someone speaking up with sound reasoning against the later. Only Zurzg actually full on bounded ahead, and stated as much... )
While at most Nobody had begun drift a step or two after Zurzg, if perhaps at best make sure he didn't get too far, the confusing shouts followed by Magret's spell turned worried tiefling into an angry one fairly quick. So he turned back to glare at her, arms folded, and teeth slightly bared in agitation. But he would not respond further via magic or words, nor got any closer, knowing better than to bother by now.
Now was not the time to let draconic instincts only further fuel dissonance. But, if the next words out of her mouth was to belittle or chastise, well... he didn't know what he'd do...

Kai inhales sharply as she comes back into conscious. She blinks her eyes for a minute before moving to sit up. "Well... OW." She takes a moment to steady herself before checking the sky. Seeing no current danger, she rises slowly to her feet with a wince. She soon follows after the others, muttering slightly. "How many of us actually got hit by that?"

Otrov, running into the group as Kai is getting up, sidles up beside Relgalyn. "Eeeeyup. Prolly you didn't see it but ah,"she nods at The Prick cradled in her hands and then to the retreating dragon, "Yeeeah, kind of drove him away with a bolt to the neck. Quite an decent shot actually but nothing too difficult." Otrov hitches up her belt a little and squints off in the distance.
The silence ticks by a bit too long, awkwardly I'm sure, for the half-elf.
Yeah, don't come back stupid snake! If you know what's good for you. Otrov the Viper is ready for you. She lovingly bends her head towards The Prick, realizing a bit too late that Relgalyn was right there (and who knows who saw!) Otrov coughs awkwardly and shuffles a bit further away from the group, waiting for the next move.
Nobody quirked a brow, but otherwise continued to frown, at the very least. During the whole time he had been glaring at Magret before, he doesn't even seem to register the bard's(Relgalyn) words. After looking again to where the Dragon had flown off, and getting this real pensive look on his face, the tiefling nodded at something before speaking to those still around. "Dragon's on full retreat. We likely have at least the next hour to ourselves. Let's continue to use it. Once there we can worry about treating wounds."
Without another word, he starts off again for the treeline at a brisk pace, but not a full on jog. And this time he would not stop for anything short of being restrained in some way. Once -- /if/ he ever catches up to Zurzg, the tiefling was content to observe the rabbit chasing antics, but called out only when it appeared the goblin might run off more than 60 to 70ft away from the party while in the forest.

"I'm fine." Dain says, barely any frost even on his clothes. The arcane ward he had around him previously was gone though, having faded after doing what it was made for.
