So I have my SW up, so with my BA the scythe will fly to Ol' Rapy and attack Attack: 9 Damage: 12 (if I hit with guiding Bolt I get advantage, so here is the second roll. 13

(Maya) A flyby attack does not provoke an AOO, so the vine would not work. Also, an AOO has to be done with a melee weapon. The spores do work though.
Both of Toonary's and Seethe's attacks batter the Monstrous Peryton. His red eyes glowing with rage he turns to the Cleric.
Begin Round 2.
Rasp makes a Dive Attack 25 on Toonary , and gores him for 21(p) damage.
(DM) Yikes! I went out of Turn. Toonary ignore what just happened. Maya please go.

Then she’d wiggle her fingers as she’d hum a Druidic hymn. A familiar spirit in the shape of a spider would accompany Toonary.

Rasp cuts through Maya's defenses, scattering her spores.

Sensing that there's no easy meal to be gained, Rasp disengages. With a shriek of frustration he flies away.

"Come come... let's rest a little while over this rocks. I'll tend your wounds and we can eat something. I will keep watch while you rest..."
