Waves of Peril

Toonary slides the shild off his back, and pulls the mace from his belt.

Reacting quickly Seethe moves towards the entrance of the passage and wait until the creatures are just in front of her. Then she raises her trident above her head and uttering a power word, smashes the trident to the floor. A rumbling sound, like waves crashing violently to high cliffs, generates from he trident towards the corridor.

( Cast Thunderwave. ST CON 13 or be pushed 10 ft away and 15 thunder damage. Half and not pushed on success. )

Two daggers drop into Gridolpho's hands.

Maya keeps her staff at the ready.

Argus readies his sword and shield...

As you ready yourself for combat, the squeaking grows louder, and a swarm of rats roils into view. The rats scrambling over each other in their attempt to reach the Party.

(Roll Initiative!)

(Toonary) I need your initiative. 

(Seethe) The Thunderwave sends the swarm flying back. many of the rats lie unmoving.

(Maya) Your Turn.

"Nice shot, Stormy! We'll all just stand behind you while you do that again, shall we?"

Argus starts singing....“I was caught..... In the middle of a railroad track..... Thunder!”   Argus quickly stops, shakes his head, and agrees with Gridolpho.. “Do it again !!! Do it again !!!”

Maya too would feel the rumble of thunder reverberate through her body. She’d smirk, inspired by Seethe’s thunder and hearing the encouragement of the others, Maya would approach the entrance of the tunnel. She’d wind up with both hands to slap her staff on the ground within the tunnel, channeling a Thunderclap.

(Con saving throw DC 11 Damage: 6)

Argus fights the uncontrollable desire and continues to sing... “.....I looked round ... And I knew there was no turning back....... Thunder!”....  

(Maya) More rats drop, but the Swarm is still a threat.

Even though the swarm of rats has been decimated by the two spellcasters, it presses forward.

(Argus) Your turn.

Argus walks up to the edge of swarm and swings his sword while shielding the swarm.....

Attack: 18 Damage: 6

(Incase I don't get to post on my turn so I don't show the game down)

If Toonary moves the 20 feet needed he would gore at the swarm.  13 to hit, 6 damage

He would then one way or another would seeing his mace at the swarm 22 to hit, 10 damage.
