Closing her fingers around her amulet the cleric prays to Procan and asks for thee help. 

(She casts Bless on Toonary, Maya and Gridolpho) 

Gridolpho’s teeth clamp down hard on his ever-present toothpick as the thief produces yet another dagger while giving the cleric a withering glare. 

Maya will take advantage of its focus on Toonary and flank the beast, charging it’s side with her spear.

Attack: 18 + Bless 2 Damage: 9

Toonary will move his Scythe to 1K Teath.

Thanks to Seethe's Bless , Maya's and Toonary's attacks strike the Beast causing him to roar in pain, and outrage. However, his tough hide turns aside Toonary's Spiritual Hammer.

Enraged by his wounds Thousand teeth chomps Toonary for 12 points of damage (p), while his great tail slams into Maya for 6 points of damage(b).

(Maya) Make a Strength Saving Throw (DC 15) or be knocked prone.

Thousand Teeth's mighty tail knocks Maya down into the muddy bank of the pool.

New Round.

Specifically forcing himself to ignore the possibility of divine favor, the thief whips another dagger at Thousand Teeth.

(When it’s her turn)

Maya would pick herself up out of the mud with a grumble running deep in her throat. She’d flourish her spear and cast Faerie Fire. (Dex save DC 11)

Whispering to her God again, Sheethe concentrates on Toonary’s wounds and he feels like if running water are cleaning them, easing some of the pain. 
She then utters another word, this time it sounds more energic and the radiant energy surrounds the massive reptile.

(Healing word lvl 2 on Toonay for 6 and word of radiance con save 14 or suffer 3 radiant damage) 

At the end of Gridolpho's turn, Thousand Teeth use's Legendary Action, and Bites Toonary for 22 points of damage(p).

TT made his save against Faerie Fire.

 Toonary again attacks with his spiritual weapon, and with his mace.

The Devourer eyes each of you, if the beast could speak a string of profanities would surely fill the air. Suddenly, he turns and makes for the safety of the pool.

(Attacks of Opportunity.) 

"Coward!" Maya will react with activating her Halo of Spores.

“That fecker has three of my daggers! Ya better be stoppin’ it or you’re paying for ‘em!”

Toonary swings again with his mace.

Nat 20, crit hit, 10 damage.

Toonary's swing catches Thousand Teeth right on top of the skull, and the great beast crashes to the ground never to rise again. The Devourer is dead.

Gridolpho begins retrieving his daggers.

"Hey, your Wetness? What'd I yell ya about puttin' those whammies on me?"

Maya will let out a whistle after witnessing Toonary's epic smash, throwing her hands up to celebrate. She'd sheath her spear. "Quit yer whining Grumplestiltskin. It was great team work." She'll give Gridolpho a pat on the head with a muddied hand on her way by to give their minotaur a hug got a job well done. "Great job!"

"Thank you." The druid would grin over at Seethe, "Wanna help me investigate his waters?"

Maya will begin checking out the beast first, seeing if there's any valuable parts or materials worth harvesting of this beast.

“Yeah, yeah. Teamwork. Whatever. Ok. Let me think. I’m a giant feck-off lizard. I ain’t interested in shiny treasure, only food. So where would I dump the inedibles that I couldnae stomach?”

The thief scans the cave looking for a likely nest or lair.
