Moving ahead straight, you feel the path start to twist and turn. As side passage after side passage go by (and you maybe even turn down a couple), you feel yourselves getting deeper and deeper into the maze.
Wisdom (Survival) check with advantage from whoever's drawing the map.
Encounter Chance: 10
You go another couple hours without encountering any monsters or traps. As midday comes, you face another 3 way split. To the left is an alcove, while straight ahead and to the right are passages leading to the unknown.
After having given his familiar some time to rest atop his head, once more Vusgaar set it out to check out at least the first hundred feet of the potential's up ahead of the group. If not for trouble, then at least for a noteable marker for Meiara. Short of finding something to worry of down a path, the Vusgaar's leanings are as ever the middle path.
Demetrios was always willing to lend a hand, but he keeps his guard up and eyes out for any surprise attacks.
Perception: 7

"This reminds of a peculiar saying." A currently technically blinded and deafened Vusgaar pipes up after so long for more than monotone report. "Though I walk through the shadow of the Valley of Death, I need not know fear... Or perhaps, it went another way. Even so, we should soon make ready to set-up camp, and fortify as best we can."

Meiara holds up a hand. " I just heard something. A scraping and then a thud, like something was shut. We're not alone." Was Meiara able to tell where the sound came from?

OOC: It sounds like the noise came from the direction you came from. Also, allow me to make a quick edit I didn't earlier cause I was in a hurry. It sounded like a door...but like a massive door, sized to fit the walls towering around you.
Following Meiara's map back, you get to where the first intersection you came across should be...and find nothing but a blank stone wall. Clearly there's a reason people don't stay in here for long-the maze itself appears to change on occasion!
"That's unexpected. Well, we could either press on and see what's ahead, stay here and wait for it to shift back, or toss a rope up the wall and climb across it and exit."

Talaak frowns at the wall, not really remembering if it was there before but trusting the word of his allies, "It seems as if the maze does not want us to retreat. We should push forward, though whether it is pushing us towards danger or treasure, I have no clue. I will take point, though you have the map, Meiara, so you should direct me. Although perhaps it does not really matter which way we go, if the maze will block us from going where it does not want us to."
If everyone agrees, Talaak will lead the group, taking directions from whoever has the map. Once the light grows too dim for him to see things clearly, he will take out a torch and light it, holding his greatsword in one hand and the torch in the other.

OOC: A Perception from everyone, please. Feel free to discuss your next action while I'm waiting on rolls from everyone.

Listening through your bat, you think you hear a scrape of stone in the distance.
