Thalas takes the time to truss up the goblin and then deliver it to the others. After learning that Akra took off north into the woods alone he goes to follow after her. He is able to find her tracks and follow her north but has yet to see or hear her.
Unaccustomed as he is to forests and therefore not being able to see the sky, Thalas doesn’t rush it but makes his way smoothly and steadily along the narrow trail following Akra’s steps.

Loremaster - A tangled skein (adventures in Eriador using the LOTR5e game system)
Akra grins as she continues to chase the goblin. It reminds her of the many times she and her brothers would race across the island. Sometimes she chased them. Sometimes they chased her.
In her mind is only the chase. What will she do when she catches up? Who knows!
As Akra's 'hunt' was in progression, Bozzlewick still found it hard to believe such blatant foolishness had occurred during the immediate aftermath of the battle. But, as tempting as the notion of joining in pursuit was... Actually, it wasn't all that tempting for the gnome, and he'd have said as much had anyone asked him!
However, none had done so, allowing Bozzlewick to instead focus on the task of overseeing the prisoners' arrangement and security detail. Of Thalas' own departure to try and catch up with Akra, the gnome had but this to say: "... Incredible."That was it. Just one word before shaking his head and leaving the goliath to hopefully wrangling in their wayward companion.
Or failing that, returning with news of her unfortunate demise! Regardless, once each goblin had been secured to spokes of the wagon (or if the idea was rejected, to a nearby tree), the gnome confiscated any remaining weapons were on their person, patted them down for extra good measure, and then gave them an impromptu medical check up to try and gauge how long it might take for the goblin to rouse on his/her own.
As Thalas drops the other goblin at his feet and pursues Akra, Ungrim once again shakes his head. "Bring the Princess back to the cart as soon as you find the her. Gundren and Sildar are still missing, and we have to find them". That said, the dwarf hauls both goblins onto his shoulders and heads back to the cart. With the help of Bozzlewick, Ungrim secures the goblins to the nearest tree. "Better not tie them to our cart. Those gobbos smell terrible." Turning towards the direction the dragonborn and the goliath went, the dwarf says to Bozzlewick and Nyxaris "At least you two have more sense than our thrill-seeking Princess. Chasing blindly after a gobbo is a recipe for disaster." Ungrim turns towards the gnome once he has finished examining the unconcious goblins. "How long do you think they'll stay that way? Can you ask the horses again where they took Gundren? What about you, Nyxaris? Do you have any other tricks or spells that could help us find them?"
Bozzlewick inspects the two goblins. The one Ungrim punched is out cold but in not too bad of shape. He may be out for a bit but a splash of cold water would revive him. The other goblin, the one Thalas brought you is in very bad shape and near death. He is not just out cold, it is dying. It wasn't bludgeoning damage that knocked it out. If this goblin doesn't receive some healing soon, very soon, it will die.
Akra
Soon you find yourself on a path that leads north. The goblin ahead of you comes in and out of sight as the path veers left or right and trees get close to or cover the path.
Make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw.
Thalas
You are moving more slowly than Akra and so you can't hear her ahead of you. But you are paying better attention. You soon find yourself following a path that meanders north further into the woods. Besides the tracks of the Dragonborn you can also see on the path that about a dozen goblins have come and gone along the trail. You also see signs of two human-sized bodies being hauled north.
Knowing that it is highly likely that Akra has run into trouble Thalas elects to continue a little further up the track but does so even more cautiously - Stealth roll = 8

Loremaster - A tangled skein (adventures in Eriador using the LOTR5e game system)
Thalas, used to the deck of a rolling ship rather than a trail in the woods, finds it difficult not to crunch dead leaves underfoot or snap a twig or branch that litter the trail.
"Hmph! Now isn't this a moral dilemma?" Bozzlewick muttered darkly under his breath. But while he'd go on to entertain the notion of hastening the goblin's demise, the thought is quietly buried as he instead took out some peculiar neon green gel from his patchwork satchel, and began the process of carefully applying it near the worse of the near dead goblin's injuries, before placing a hand onto the gel and stimulate it with subtle magical discharge.
If he had wanted to, he could've applied enough of his latent magic as to instantly mend much of the injury using the gel as a booster, but instead choose a slower route just to bring the goblin out of danger of dying within the next few seconds while he's fielding Ungrim's questions: "Hm! Give me an unexplored tomb and a body at least 20 years younger and I'd probably be just as impetuous as our dear princess. But, that's neither or there! This one that I'm arguably wasting precious resources on should be up in moments. As for their compatriot, they'll probably be out for at least a few minutes if someone doesn't splash some cold water to wake'm sooner." He explained.
"I can certainly ask the horses where they took them. But, given the silly ones are still here, best they'd could probably give us is a rough direction. One that I believe we already have. Still, someone aughta coax them over and check from injuries."By the time he's done finished explaining the goblin would be fully healed enough to possibly begin even stirring to consciousness...

Nyxaris steps from the wagon’s shadow, voice low and resonant. “Ungrim… where are the others?” He studies the northern trail, still as carved stone. “If they chase the fleeing goblin, they walk into danger.” His gaze returns to the dwarf. “If you require my aid in finding Gundren and Sildar, I will act. Illusion can mask our approach… or draw out what hides.”
