As Rhogar is shaking his head, unable to discern the type of humanoid the bones may have belonged too(nature check of 12), his heard suddenly jerks up to attention. "Check inside it to be sure."He says aloud accidentally with distant eyes. Turning to the others, he pads quickly after the others saying, "Good news, Everyone! Looks like our spotter from last was among the number up front. Or at least, he ain't there at the very least. Which honestly, though that ONE tried to run the first time we've dealt with these Orcs--"He frowns a nd looks up the ceiling.
"Wait. Those guys tried to flee too. Hm... For a bunch of burly brutes, these orcs either have a good sense for survival, or are a buncha cowards come to think of it. But EITHER WAY, he ain't there according to Ghorar. Gonna ask her to do an aerial sweep over the whole place for good measure though."

Chill settles his crossbow onto his pack and frees his hands after it appears the shrine is clear.
"Someone check out the altar. That looks interesting." He says pointing to the altar.
"So Kazri, where do you think they hid the gold? At least we know the wererat story is true. Stinks like rats in that other room. Nice digs for Chip to settle down in. But where's the gold? That's what is like to know."

“Unfortunately the Lady of the Lionshield Coster did not tell me where exactly. She did said that the locals that brought their gold here hid it, so that, I guess, it would not fall to the invading Orc’s hands.” She looks around to see if there would be any sign of a hidden place where they could find treasures. “Perhaps, we may need to look around.” (Perception: 3/Investigation: 5)

"Maybe the gold is hidden in the courtyard or in another room, but we should take a look at that altar.", says Krom. The dwarf proceeds to examine the altar.
Kazri looks around and realizes that the altar’s base doesn’t quite touch the floor. A closer look and the altar has stone rollers built into it and could probably be moved.

"I am sure the orcs made it smell much worse than it was when they left..." Chip would pipe up looking to Chill. "I didn't think the ratfolk smelled.. well... not all of them did...... that badly..." He would say trailing off a bit.

When Kazri and Rekuburk reach out and touch the altar their eyes suddenly roll back into their heads and they becomes incapacitated. A minute later they come back to their full senses.
"uhhh... what's up with them?...." Chip would ask as he moves to the seemingly frozen companions... pulling out his horn and trumpeting it into Rekuburks ear.
Once he comes to, Rekuberk holds his head as If waking up from a night of heavy drinking. "I haven't felt like this since the time I got clubbed by a troll..."
Rhogar peeks back into the room, having stopped out to play guard for a moment. Despite temptations, he holds off on rushing in, trusting Krom to handle the examinations. "What happened? Was there some sort of trap? An ambush, perhaps? Anyone SEE anything before they fell?" He says rapidfire, unable to help himself.

"Lass, lad, what happened? I do not know anything about Icespire Hold, maybe some of my old clanmembers back in Neverwinter may remember something, but we can not leave Phandalin to the Dragon's mercy while we travel back." replies Krom. "Did you see something when you touched the altar? This shrine was a shrine dedicated to Savras, maybe his power was still lingering and you managed somehow to tap into it." Krom will then examine Rekuberk and Kazri in order to be sure that they did not suffer any wounds or damages.
"I guess that the gold hidden here is long gone or maybe it is in one of the towers. Since our lass says that she knows the name of the Dragon's lair, we should quickly examine the remaining buildings of this shrine and go back to Phandalin as soon as possible."
You do notice, after Kazri and Rekuburk regain their senses, that the altar had moved about 1 foot on stone rollers when they first pushed it and there looks to be a cavity underneath but you cannot reach it as the altar still covers it.
