"I saw a vision of where the dragon is staying as well as other things. I don't want to touch this thing again but it is in the way so..." With a hesitant movement on e he stops speaking, Rekuberk will move forward and try to push the altar once more.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
If Rekuberk becomes again incapacited and/or the cavity under the altar is still not sufficient for the party to go down, Krom will also push it invoking the Moradin in order to enhance his strength.
Chip would look down at the nearly uncovered treasure and take a few steps back. "How about a little of that guidance friend?" The dragonborn would say looking to Krom and Rhogar. The dragonborn would then pull out his crowbar and wedge it down hard into the small gap in the floor before pulling as had as he could the get the alter to move.
Arriving just in time to see Krom fall, Ghorar starts to fly off to check on him, only to hesitate midway and look back to Rhogar. Whatever passes over in the 'look' in the past few seconds is enough to nearly make her fall out of the air from giggling so hard. She eventually alights on the Bronze Dragonborn's shoulder; who at the moment was grinning toothily. "I know, I know! At this rate we might all leave here with concussions just from this! Hah! Might be my turn next if this Savra has any say -- Oh, and good luck Chip!"

With Chip using a crowbar he does not touch the altar and with Kazri's help he is able to move it the rest of the way. Kazri does not experience another vision when she touches the altar a second time.
Below the altar is a wooden coffer tucked inside a 1-foot-square cavity in the floor. You reach down and pull it out and find it unlocked. Inside the coffer is 57 gp and a mysterious key.
"It's all about having the right tool for the job friends!" Chip would say holding the crowbar up high before opening up his bag and placing it back inside.
"Aww! Not curious about the visions, Chip?" Rhogar calls out, grinning from ear to ear until barking laughter gets the better of him. "Could be this Savra or Savara -- whatever the name is -- could give you some insight about your girlfriend back in the mines." He teases. "Speaking of WHICH! We're still checking up on the mine on the way back once we're done here, are we not? Not to delay your (Big Al's) return to Phandalin overly much more, but a certain promise was made."

"Chip, show me that key if you do not mind, maybe we can find some clues about where to use it." Krom will examine the key.

"If we are going back to the mine of the wererats, mind that we are still lacking the means of fighting them with our weapons, beside the two that I can enchant. We may have the raw materials for silvering one or two weapons, but I will have to check if I can do it here in the wilderness. Returning first to Phandalin may be for the best now that we know where the Dragon's lair is located." says Krom to Rhogar.
"Gentleman, I believe that I have found that we have come here to investigate. Though we did not find any gold here, at the very least we have an idea where this Dragon's lair is." Kazri grabs Nature's Grasp from the ground. "I am ready to go back to Phandalin whenever everyone is ready."

"Are we missing something?" Chill interjects. "I can't seem to figure it out but there should be more treasure here. I guess the wererats could have made off with most any treasure that was here. The orcs certainly didn't seem to have much."
Chill looks to Krom,
"I suppose at some point I'd like to upgrade to studded leather armor. That's got metal in it right? A silvered rapier would be a nice touch but you main fighters should have that first. What about that bell? How much metal do you think is in that?" He says looking up in the belfry.
Rhogar's expression darkens after Krom and Kazri spoke of heading right to Phandalin. Yet wordlessly, he strides over to the altar; settling down beside it in such a way as to not risk hurting himself from abruptly losing conscious. "Two should be plenty enough. But entering with the expectations of a fight-...."He pauses, clicks his tongue, and then just adds tersely, "Nevermind. I waste my breathe." prior to placing a hand on the altar, testing to see if its magic yet remained for insult with thoughts and spirits focused on a purpose: if there yet remained a secret or gift to find to aid in the fight against the dragon.
Seeing that others have touched the altar and remained unscathed any who choose to touch it have the following vision.
When you touch the altar you become incapacitated and you have a vision. In the vision, you float through the roof of the shrine, soar toward Icespire Hold and see the white dragon asleep on the fortress’s rooftop.
You now know where the lair of the dragon is.
A minute later the vision ends.
If you touch the altar a second time nothing happens.
(( I missed where Rekuburk touched the altar a second time, sorry. ))

After Chill’s mention of the bell, Kazri looks up at it. (If she’s able to see it) She tries to determine the amount of effort needed to remove it. “Master Krom, is the bell if any use to us?” (Perception: 19)

Rhogar awakens clicking his tongue. "Someone has a one track mind."He mutters while straightening out once more. If the coffers still hadn't been taken yet from altar, he considers it for a long moment. It takes Ghorar nipping his neck when he tries to reach for it however to actually stop him. "... On that note, unless there are any objections or the get the bell plan is abandoned, Rhogar heads out through the rat room, though not without checking it over last time with a finer tooth comb one last time.

When Krom pushes the altar he also blanks out.
But he moves the altar another foot and you can see a wood coffer in a cavity below the altar but you can't quite get it out yet.
"I saw it too! The Dragon is sleeping on the roof of Icespire Hold. Now if only we knew how to reach it", says Krom as soon as he regains his senses.
