Ash smiles at him and takes his hand. "You really are DEAR. You're keeping me sane and helping me figure out all of this crazy. And that stuff could be useful as well you know.Youre playing has already gotten us some gold and nice things. Although I doubt I'll be going on boats anytime soon eh?" She offers him a smile, now having calmed from the episode earlier. She glances around for the rest of the group, spotting them not that far off. "Perhaps we should head back over to them? Dont need to be left behind now do we?"

Guys, do you know anything about dietys or the holy magic in depth, or that kind of religious field? Erm.. km really bad at that kind of thing, and you all are pretty smart, so i thought we would ask you for direction or ideas, perhaps? But, i feel like Ash should give the details, really. Or maybe a summary.. i dont want you to have to relive every detail..
Ash nods and looks between Amara and Enkindle. "You both seem to have really good deities. And knowledge on deities. I was wondering... Well uh... Two things... One... Do either of you have knowledge of a higher being named Yahweh? He seems to be in the good nature? And two... I want to... rid myself of my patron... I never wanted to be a part of him in the first place and now I don't like the direction he is trying to lead me in... But I know I can't get rid of him on my own... Could either of you help me figure out how?" After a slight pause, Ash glances over to Jezz and lowers her tone to a whisper between the smaller group. "Oh... and we all know Umbra is sketchy right? Something is not right about that bear..."
Ash squeezes Quinn's hand as she hopefully awaits the others replies about her predicament.

Enkindle blushes, still very unushed to recieving thanks; even the unspoken kind. "How'ja-... heh, Guess'n its pretty obvious huh? Th-thanks, by the way. Guess I know where to go next." Her sheepishness turns to curiosity as it falls on the blade and coin. Without thinking, she picks up the latter and gives it a once over. Despite not having wielded one in what felt like ages, the way it almost melded with her hand and every movement so easily left the genasi beaming on the spot.
Remembering herself only due to the sting of her wounds, she give the deep gnome guards a look of 'Is it alright to take?' if they're around. And if not, she make some mute prayer to Helm for the boons prior to rejoining the group. At least long enough to see them reach the closest thing to an Inn. Caught on her way back out with questions, her expression goes from mild interest to distaste at the end. "You two, huh?" She deadpans. But before an answer can be given, she brushes it off with an eye roll.
"Yahweh is one'm obscure bastichs from where I from, so I can't help ya much there. As fer... well, cleaning up yer **** up -- assuming of course this patron business is what I think it sounds like -- that ain't gonna be easy, to say the least. Typically, ya gotta make some sorta deal with them. 'n deals between the outside and in get pretty binding. Like, to the point it takes something damn near legendary to properly sever it... or some divine intervention. Though in that other case, its kind of a 'transfer of contracts sorta thing."Enkindle visible shudders in disgust.
"So I hear at least... But Look, if'n yer in some serious shit with this 'patron' of yours, I'm willing to help however I can. But I make'n no promises on being much of one. Sorta out of my personal wheel house."If there is no more, Enkindle heads out to Diggermattock Hall.
Two dozen or so svirfneblin occupy Diggermattock Hall well-lit cavern, some moving briskly with messenger pouches in hand while others huddle around several stone tables covered in maps and other papers, talking in hushed, serious tones. The back of the room is dominated by a dais carved from the rock of the cavern, atop which rest two stone desks facing each other. Two svirfneblin — one male, one female — sit behind the desks, conferring with advisers and each other. They turn their attention to you as you enter.
Huey excitedly points to both of the svirfneblin's sitting behind their respective desks, and in a loud attempt at a whisper (which can clearly be heard by anyone and everyone), says to Jezzika "MAMA! Look at cute gnome things!" He then laughs a joyous laugh, and jumps up and down with excitement and pure joy. "Huey wanna go home! Take Huey home?"
Ree'lyn accompanies Enkindle as she see to the arrangements for the caravan. - "Is there an immediate authority who we could speak to, please?" - the Drow whispers to the farthermost Svirfneblin.
When Amara dreamed this time, there was no angel. Instead, she looked upon the ruins of her village. Fires burned in the ruins of houses, and the bodies of elves were scattered around. With a surge of horror, she recognized the bodies of Laia and Kira, lying side by side with looks of horror on their faces. A massive ooze made its way towards them, slow but inexorable. With a cry, Amara threw up her hand, and holy fire more powerful than any she had ever summoned scorched the ooze into ash. Amara ran to the bodies of her family, falling to her knees beside them. As she reached out to touch her adopted daughter's hand, a gentle golden glow emanated from it, washing over Kira's face. Slowly, the light began to move across the young elf, knitting together wounds, healing burns, and restoring her body. At last, she took a shuddering breath in. In tears, Amara pulled her daughter to her, holding her more tightly than she had ever done so before. She heard Sarastriel's voice sound in her head for only moments. "Escape the darkness. Return home. Protect your family, for if the enemy rises, they will need you." Slowly, the dream faded away, the feeling of Kira in Amara's arms the last thing to go.
When Amara woke, she could have sworn she was glowing for a moment, although maybe that was just her waking up. It was only far later, as they were entering the hall, that she realized with faint uneasiness that Sarastriel had said nothing of Umbra.
"Yes!"one of the deep gnomes at the table says, "I am Dorbo Diggermattock, and this is Senni Diggermattock." Dorbo says, gesturing towards his wife. "What can we do for you strangers?"
Enkindle greets the lookers with an awkward wave. Though before she can say anything, seeing Ree'lyn step up, she lofts a brow, only to shrug it off. "Sorry to bother ya'll. We'll be outta ya hair or, uhm, lack thereof in just a second. Just wanted to find out if'n this the place to go to arrange trips to the surface?" She asks, then after glancing at Ree'lyn adds, "There's also some other shit as well. Tho'... judging by how everyone's act'n, I'm guess'n words already reached 'ere 'bout all the demons stomping around everyone's backyard?"
"You could say that." Dorbo agrees. "I've got caravans to the surface regularly, but I can't let anyone leave unless this medusa problem we've been having has been solved over in the Rockblight district. Go in there, take care of the problem, and you're free to leave on the next caravan up."
"Since my companion has mentioned the demons and you show to be up to date on that, can you tell us who is organizing a resistance, if any?" - Ree'lyn's voice is still low just heard by the four of them. - "Rockblight district you say? Also, what kind of strategy do you suggest against a medusa?"- Ree'lyn's distress is evident. His face shows every aspect of disgust and tiredness.
"Resistance?" Dorbo asks, as if he didn't understand the question. "WHO is organizing a resistance? We don't HAVE a resistance. If anything makes it past the gates we will most likely flee. They're demon lords, not goblins. We don't have much hope against them. Strategy against a medusa? Don't look at it. Aren't you people adventurers? Shouldn't you know all this stuff?" he scoffs. "Take care of them, and you can leave. We think there's three of them. Go on."
A deep sigh and shrugging off the obnoxious gnome, Ree'lyn gives away little else besides a smirk. - "I see there is just so much your wizards could do. So, should we bring anything from these creatures for confirmation of their deaths?"
"Their heads, probably. After gouging out the eyes." Enkindle deadpans, and then rolls her eyes. "**** it. Ain't like we in much of position to complain about it. We'll round up the rest 'nd see it done."As she starts to turn to leave, the fire genasi stops short and looks back. "I hope ya'll ain't really serious 'bout cutting and running. Regroup, sure, but quit'n? After living down here with chuckle ****s here cousins-..."She thumbs Ree'lyn's direction. "'nd all kinds of ****y to deal with for only Helm knows only how long?"
"Naw... ain't no way ya'll been getting by with that alone. Ya little earth turds are made of tougher shit than that. Just gotta dig deep. Pull out the ancient mombo jombo, if'n ya have to. Or dare it be said, put aside the nonsense between yerself and them Duergars perhaps for at least an alliance against these so called 'Princes'. 'cause cut'n 'nd running alone ain't gonna do it."For a brief moment, it looks as if she might add more -- a promise, even of reinforcements. However, she knew better that actions spoke louder than words. So, she left on a course straight for the Inn the others were staying at.
"That isn't a bad idea as, a nobleman of gracklstugh I could speak with the other clans but ultimately that decision is yours alone." Ronnal speaks up to a join force but stops there. "Once we have rested, I believe we can take care of the Medusa problem."
