Chronero - Single Player DnD

I know, but I am not sure what to do. I am afraid if I do not bring her with us, she may try to follow us anyways. She has made her intentions clear. I do not suppose you know of a way to safely get her more combat experience? 

Lucia says, "Afraid there is no safe way to get combat experience. Training can get you only so far."

Tomoe sighs and sits on her bed. So, what can i do? She is desperate to help me, she made an oath and i am sort of obligated to honor that. But she is 10 years my junior and has no formal training. Tomoe pulls her knees up to her face and wraps her arms around her legs. 

Lucia sits down besides Tome and puts her hand on her shoulder. She says, "You know... don't stress about it. Let's just try to keep her safe while we face the challenges ahead."

Tomoe leans in and rests her head on Lucia's shoulder. She closes her eyes and says softly. The burden of leadership is stressful. 

"Yeah... But I guess that's the life you get as a knight eh? Knights in Ultemor don't have their own squires. Squires are all trained by the Guard."

Still snuggling up with her beloved Lucia, Tomoe replys It is common enough a practice in Edo. Though i never had one before i left. Emi-chan is like my little sister, so i was not surprised when she begged my father to come with me. I did not expect her to want to fight though. It was never something she cared about.

Lucia says, "Alright. I'll help you keep her safe."

Tomoe smiles, her eyes still closed as she continues to nuzzle into her girlfriends shoulder. Thank you. 

Suddenly Tomoe shoots up. OH! I almost forgot. Kate, you were amazing as always. I do not tell you enough how much i appreciate the effort you put into completing our tasks. 

"Well someone's gotta do it. You're the defender and Lucia's our utility man. Someone has to dish out the damage."

No one cleaves a man in two like you Kate. 

Just them Ingrid returns. Onee-sama, the bath is ready...She turns her face away and blushes slightly ..and there is room for two if um..you and Lucia wish to...share..

Lucia says, "Come on, let's go. The hot water will help with the sore arm."

Tomoe gets up and leaves for the bath with Lucia. on the way out she whispers to her dutiful squire. Much better attempt at subtlety. Keep practicing and you could tell anyone anything and they will never know anything. 

She then leaves Ingrid and Kate alone in the room. 

Kate doesn't say anything. she just stands next to the wall and wonders how crowded the place will be with he 4 of them.

In the bathroom, Tomoe has dressed down to her birthday suit and gotten into the very hot water. Ah, you were right, this feels great on my arm. I have been meaning to ask you something. Back at the pool, what made you decide to ..um, whats the word? Fall?... for me? My flirting has never worked before so i was quite surprised when you kissed me back so passionately. 

Lucia says dismissively, "Who knows? People are weird." She grabs Tomoe by the shoulder and messages her arm.

Tomoe hisses slightly in pain, but doesn't pull away. Well, whatever your reason, I am glad you did. AH!, right there. That is the spot. 

Meanwhile, back in the room. So um..Onee-sama told me a lot about you Ms. Kate. She thinks highly of you. You should have seen how disappointed she was that night you told her you had a boyfriend. Ingrid laughs thinking about it. 

Kate doesn't laugh. She just says, "Yeah, I remember that." Kate isn't being mean. She just doesn't find this funny so she isn't laughing. However she looks mean since her most common look is a serious, no-nonsense look.

Ingrid isn't sure how to make small talk with Kate. So, Onee-sama never told me how you got captured.

Meanwhile back at the bath. So, let us get to know each other more personally. If we are to continue being intimate with each other, we should in fact, know each other more intimately. Oh, how about we make this a game. I ask you a question about yourself and after you answer, you can ask me anything. Nothing is off limits.

Kate says, "Got hot headed is what happened. Ran into a Rat Liver drug house alone and ended up getting roughed up."

Suddenly there is screaming coming from outside. It sounds like a young girl. Ingrid and Kate hear it. Tomoe and Lucia can't hear it. Kate says, "Come on, let's check it out."

Lucia smiles and says, "Alright, I can get behind that. I already asked you a bunch of questions before so why don't you start."
