Tomoe cannot discern anything regarding the woman's intentions.

Well, as Tomoe doesnt seem to have any inclination to mistrust and it's her day off with her friends, she will simply enjoy the concert unless something or someone gives her a reason not too.

After a few minutes of waiting. Mercy Mercury enters the stage. She is a stunningly beautiful female half-elf. She wears a skin-tight silver one-piece outfit. It covers everything while at the same tight leaving very little to the imagination. She has short silver hair and a lip piercing. She begins singing a very melodious song that starts out slow but then picks up the beat. She is accompanied by thuggish body guards clad in Hide armor and wielding heavy crossbows.

However half way through the song, the red haired woman raises her hand and summons a Marksman's Blaster in her hand and quickly shoots one of the body guards in the head, killing him instantly. The other shady characters raise their weapons and shoots the another one of the Body guards dead. Leaving only 4 more.The crowd screams and begins to run all over the place in panic.

What does Tomoe and crew do?

Tomoe takes a quick look to Lucia as if to ask if its OK for them to go vigilante. Tomoe would have left her sheild, but would have her armor and lightsaber.

Mercy runs away backstage followed by Bodyguard3 and Bodyguard4. The remaining two body guards raise their crossbows and fire on the cloaked warriors. One of the bolts miss but the rest stick to the cloaked man's chest, doing severe damage. He wobbles but remains on his feet.

Also have all the girls roll DEX save DC13. On fail, they are knocked prone and take 2 Bludgeoning. This is because of the trampling of the crowd.

So what does Tomoe and Mystery do on their turn?

Mystery casts bless on Herself, Tomoe and Lucia.

Tomoe draws her sword hilt and ignites the slowing silvery blade as she adopts a  two handed stance. She runs at the closes enemy combatant and takes a pair of nonleathel strikes yelling I JUST WANTED A DAY OF WITH MY FRIENDS!!

Sorry but there is no "Enemy Combatant." There are the guys led by red haired lady and Mercy's body guards. They are fighting each other and ignoring Tomoe right now. She would need to choose who she wants to attack if any.

Ah, specifically the closest person who is part of the group who is attacking Mercy.

Tomoe's attacks targeted Red Haired Woman. Lucia and Kate also focus fire on her. One attack hit, one attack missed.

Lucia, Tomoe, Kate and Ingrid are caught in it. Each of them must move 10ft distance (using 20ft movement thanks to difficult terrain) to get out of the area. They will take 2d4 Pierce for every 5ft they move.

Fighter appears but does not get any turn this round.

"What the-" Woman lets out before her chest is slashed open by Tomoe's blade. Lucia and Kate follow suit, both women attacking her with punches and sword swings at the same time.  The Red Haired woman raises her hands and forms a ball of blue energy around her (Cast Shield) that blocks all the attacks until Lucia takes a step back and twisting her whole body to use her entire momentum, launches a devastating downward kick that smashes through the shield and smashes the woman in the head and cracking her skull. She grimaces as blood runs down her face from the head kick. She says, "Stay out of this! This doesn't concern you!" She somersaults backwards to escape the weapons of Tomoe and crew as she lands on the stage and bolts back stage, shouting orders to her cloaked friends, "Send backup! Alps in the front, Pyre in the back. Strider on high alert." Ingrid tries to reach her but she is knocked down by the panicked crowd and kicked in the gut as they run for the exit. She gets up and runs but doesn't manage to reach Red before she flees.

Cloaked Warrior2 marks Bodyguard1 and lets loose 2 bolts. One of the bolts strike true and stick the body guard in the chest with deadly accuracy. The man wheezes as he pulls the bolt and refocuses. The second bolt flies wide and strikes one of the stage lights. With a horrible sound of shattering glass, the light is snuffed and shards of glass and burnt embers fall on to the stage like rain. Using this the Cloaked Warrior1 quickly pulls out a sending stone and relays the information, "S-Send Backup! Alps front, Pyre Back. Target escaping rear. Strider high alert AAAAH" He screams as more bolts from the body guards strike him in the back, killing him. He falls and the sending stone flies out of his hand and lands on the floor.

A spider on the wall suddenly grows in size and warps. Before long a tan skinned woman with white face paint and black hair is standing on the ground instead of the warping spider. The druid points to Tomoe and crew and causes sharp thorny spikes to jut out of the ground around the girls. Wading through the crowd a fighter in black plate enters the tavern. She is on the bridge. She is a half-orc with light orange skin and a blonde braid. She wields a great sword.

Tomoe and Mystery's turn.

Tomoe has sentinal right? So I ignore disengage and get to AoO red correct?

Forgot about that. Yeah you can get that.

That hits. Red still gets away though since Sentinel doesn't stop from moving.
